It's hard to find a good eye doctor when you have an astigmatism and other eye issues, at least in my experience but this place was fantastic. They can get you in quickly. Everyone is so nice, it's clean and I have not seen this well out of a prescription in years!!!!!! If you need an eye dr this is the place to go!!!

Ended up having to pay everything out of pocket. They also charged me additional money to get a written eye prescription. The lady who does the billing is extremely rude. I had a very hard time getting her to send me an actual bill. She just kept calling and harassing me at work. It's been over four months. I had to finally make a trip up there and just pay the money. I will NEVER go back here again.

Any time you wait to resolve billing issues after 6 months, it becomes very difficult to work with insurance companies and I'm sure they knew that... so they gave themselves 1 month to figure this out. Whatever they asked for (pre-authorization from my wife's PCP) we gave them but they still had an issue because apparently they didn't get what they needed. After I called to try and resolve this matter (and their mistake on extending this timeline so long), whoever I spoke to was super rude and condescending as if I was in the wrong.. "Well did you call back to make sure we received the referral?!" No I didn't, I don't work for you. If they had an issue, don't wait 5 months before saying something. I don't recommend anyone coming here. Super expensive anyways and they have horrible customer service... any other company would admit fault and write off the (less than) $200 fees they were trying to collect. Their doctors are fine, can't really say anything bad about the care. But then if you need contacts or glasses just be ready to pay $$$$ or go elsewhere anyways.

I was a little reluctant when I made my latest appointment in light of the Coronavirus pandemic; but I really needed new glasses for exercising because I was getting dust and dirt in my eyes which bothered me for days. I can't say enough about the extra steps the staff took to make sure my health and safety were top priority. I called from the parking lot and answered screening questions. Then they took my temperature before I entered the main lobby. Once inside, I saw that the exam rooms were wiped down and disinfected after every patient.
