I must, first admit, that I can be difficult to please. I enjoyed my initial appointment with Dr Semma. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I loved my previous glasses and was not ready for a change. I did, however, change my lenses. Lisa was my lensecrafter. She was easy and pleasant. After a week my beloved glasses broke. I was extremely upset. Dubin was able to work with the lense manufactures so there was no cost for lense replacement (extremely helpful as I have a difficult lense.) for my new frames. I choose a new pair of frames that had a lot of glitter. After a week the oils and lotions on my face caused dullness on them. Did I mention I am difficult to please? From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left, every interaction with a staff member was outstanding and that same level of support and care extended to Dr. Yaldo himself. He explained the process from start to finish, his experience in the field (which is outstanding, btw) and the advancements in technology in this field that enable a fast, painless, and very effective results - not to mention the fact that he owns and uses the the state-of-the-art equipment. Knowing i've been wanting to do this for so long, and feeling very comfortable with the staff and the Doctors, I decided to schedule my surgery date right there on the spot for the following week. And i'm happy to say, a week from that date i was able to throw all my unused contacts away! The. Best. Feeling. Ever. So, I walked a few feet down to the other end OF THE SAME DESK and a very nice woman checked me in. I waited for less than 5 minutes before they called me. I didn't get the name of the technician (a tall woman with short silver hair and lots of fun pins on her shirt), but she was very pleasant and fun to talk to. She did all of the pre-exam stuff and the puff of air thing. I'm probably the only person in the world who likes that! After that, I waited in a room for maybe 10-15 minutes for the intern to come in. He was really good as well. (I forgot his name.) And then, Dr. Jimenez came in, and he went over what the intern did, re-checked a couple things and sent me on my way. Everybody there (with the exception of the first person at the Welcome desk) was so nice, patient and kind. Even after trying on a dozen pair of frames and then deciding that the glasses were more than I wanted to spend, the assistant was very understanding. I will definitely continue to go there.

Our insurance covers $300 for frames so I ordered some new glasses, my current ones are probably five years old or older so I definitely need a new pair. I was already in the area so I arrived for my appointment a bit early. My husband arrived five or 10 minutes late one time and they turned him away so be aware that they are pretty punctual. My guess is because I think they just have the one doctor for eye exams. They had a nice selection of glasses as well, if you're looking to get new glasses. I would return to this location, but I will admit I missed my old ophthalmologist and the nice waiting room, etc.

I made an appointment with the new doctor but left before seeing her because the current office staff is not only incompetent, they are cavalier about customer service.
