    No problem with the eye doctor (very good). However, the lady that handed out my glasses showed no…read moreinterest in adjusting my new frames. I asked her to, but she put it back on me. Rather than argue, I simply accepted the glasses out of the box with no adjustments. I simply planned to return in a week to have one of the other very skilled people fix any problems. Of course they don't fit, they hurt my nose and I'm mostly wearing my old glasses. This is nonsense. The same thing happened with my last pair of glasses. My bifocals were too high because the nose rests and frames were not adjusted out of the box. I returned and found that my nose rests and fames were completely wrong.     I had an extremely frustrating experience today, March 27 2026…read more I booked my appointment online and showed up on time, only to be told--after driving all the way there--that my appointment had been canceled. No call, no email, no notification whatsoever. When I asked why it was canceled, the receptionist said, "I don't know." Then it somehow got worse--she claimed that I had called and canceled my own appointment, which is completely false. Why would I go out of my way to drive there if I had canceled it? When I asked whether they notify patients when appointments are canceled, she again responded with, "I don't know if it notifies you or not." That level of confusion and lack of accountability is unacceptable. And then the only "solution" offered was to reschedule me for next Thursday morning. Why would I come back here after my appointment was canceled without any notification, only to be told it was somehow my fault? That's not a solution--that's doubling down on poor service. This was incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. Poor communication, inaccurate information, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
