My bifocals were too high because the nose rests and frames were not adjusted out of the box. I returned and found that my nose rests and fames were completely wrong. The doctor was asking me about my contacts and i told her about the script. She told me she wanted to get a trial contact to see if i liked it, i had assumed she offered to try to get me to get my contacts from them. After the eye exam the person who does the picking out the frames, she said i had to pay $75 for the contact exam? I told her i didn't get a contact exam just a glasses exam, then i asked about the trial contact the doctor recommended? They told me you don't get the trial contact if i don't get another exam, which i just had done 30 days ago. I said the doctor didn't say anything, she told me about a special picture i could get of my eye for $39 and i did pay that. They didn't acknowledge what i said, disregard my situation. so when i pick up my glasses today, they basically tossed them to me in the box and said "bye!". The first time i picked up my new glasses, they were so nice, they gave a cleaning kit, extra cleaner, a travel kit, then they made sure the glasses fit and were comfortable. This time was much different, i just got the "bye!". So i wish i could go back and take back my praise, it would be that that visit was the anomaly and the poor service is the norm. Very disappointing and won't be back.

My husband's glasses were wildly expensive and they came in after two weeks, and they forgot the coating. So off they go back to be remade. Another two weeks.
