Once I entered the location I was greeted by the front desk help and he told me that the doctor would be out to see me soon. I was taken to the back with an assistant who did some generic eye tests prior to the primary exam by the doctor. Both were very friendly. The doctor greeted me, told me what the process was going to be, and walked me through the processes and steps that I would go through with the eye exam. The doctor was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions and also techniques in order to better take care of my eyes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a thorough exam. He did a thorough exam and explained my eye conditions in very informative ways, and recommended a variety of cutting edge treatment options. He is highly competent, dedicated, warm and well-related.

Not sure. I think because they are conveniently located, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, relatively quick to have my new glasses ready for pick-up, and they make me feel like I want to go back. You won't be disappointed. You don't need an appointment. It reminds me of going to the barber. You sit and wait for your turn. Go now! :)

Spacing out appointments (both visits I was alone in the waiting area) , masks on everyone, sanitizer, pretty much everything they can do and remain open.

Dr. Takahashi was very thorough, and also explained every process she was doing and what the test is looking for, etc. She also is very personable and spunky. She offers the retinal scan for $30 (it's elective), so you dont have to do the dilation drops that make your vision blurred for a few hours, so that was nice. This is a world of difference compared to the Pearl Vision up the road, and even compared to other private practices I've used in the past. I definitely recommend coming here for a much more thorough eye exam, and more personal and professional care. TIP: The location is actually tucked away on a side street behind the Panera. Also, although her suite is technically in the 955 building, it's better to drive past the first parking lot for #955 towards the next building, and then turn in to the parking lot, as her suite is on the other side of 955.

I didn't even make it to see the doctor, the woman was so rude I just cancelled my appointment. When asked why she was so rude, she called me "loud." I am a Black woman, I was not yelling, raising my voice or getting upset. I was simply trying to understand why I waited 20 minutes with no update. I would not suggest going here, especially if you're of color. They clearly overbooked their appointments and will take no accountability for wasting your time or stereotyping you.

Plus, I learned more about my eyes in one visit than I had in 20+ years of visiting eye doctors. That alone is awesome.
