They're rude and curt and will roll their eyes and sigh at you if you are unsure about your selection or if you require more assistance with anything. Reminds me of the Soup Nazi episode on Seinfeld. "What do you want??" "No glasses for you!" Twice we got glasses here with scratches on them from the beginning and the last time we went there they ordered the wrong size frame and got mad at us when it didn't fit! Frustrating experience. Will choose a new doctor for next time because I expressed my concern and was just ignored.

Thus the vision insurance would not pay for it. They took it upon themselves to pull an old medical insurance card that they had on file for me from many years ago. Ended up having to pay everything out of pocket. They also charged me additional money to get a written eye prescription. The lady who does the billing is extremely rude. I had a very hard time getting her to send me an actual bill. She just kept calling and harassing me at work. It's been over four months. I had to finally make a trip up there and just pay the money. I will NEVER go back here again.
