My friend and I split the Cowboy Roll, Cougar Roll, Dragon Roll and California roll. They were all so fresh and reasonably priced- most rolls were $12-$15 which is pretty standard. It's cozy and casual. We got miso soup, endamame, ans the gyoza for starters. The dumplings were so fresh! Nonetheless, it is worth the visit even if I'm parking across the street. The food is always great, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Decided I wanted sushi and found this nice, quaint restaurant. The customer service was great and food delicious. The only cons were the parking and cigar lounge next door. It was hard to find a park on a Friday evening but eventually I was able to secure one near the restaurant. As far as the cigar lounge, every time the door opened I could smell the smoke. So, if you come be sure to sit towards the back. I ordered the miso soup (large) and it is a nice portion size and tasty. I would definitely order this again. For sushi, I ordered the spicy tuna roll and the romo roll. Both rolls were excellent and very good. My date ordered the shrimp tempura and tiger eye roll and not being a sushi eater he enjoyed the food! I will come back to try out more of the rolls and traditional foods they offer! read more

Sushi house is an all time favorite for my family. We come here often and always get the Kengi roll, salmon nigiri and rainbow roll, but often try other rolls on occasion. We don't live very close so it's truly a drive to get there, but we love it so much we keep coming back! Fish is always fresh! Quiet, Quaint, and Fresh. This little sushi house across from Trader Joe's off Lemmon and the Dallas North Tollway is a little hole in the wall that you'd never expect. I tried the Ahi Tower (14.95) with Salmon or Spicy Tuna. I tried salmon and found it to be so fresh and delicious with the avocado, crab meat, and tobikoes. Apparently their lunch special prices are significantly cheaper than dinner, but for the portion sizes- I still didn't think it was that worth it. I did receive free miso soup with my purchase. They have a lunch special for sushi rolls which is choice of three rolls plus miso soup for $11.95. Inside is very small but nice, the wait staff was a little unsure about some of our questions which was disappointing as you want to be sure about your raw fish.
