I came here for lunch. They have lunch and dinner specials. I went with a two item combo bento. I got the teriyaki beef and vegetable tempura. It came with rice, one gyoza, and fruit. Nice touch on the fruit. So yummy. I didn't care for the teriyaki meat because the meat was so dry and tasteless. They just drizzled teriyaki sauce on the meat. So disappointed. It also came with miso soup and a salad with thousand island dressing. I did enjoy the salad, fruit and vegetable tempura. That was pretty much it. There are plenty of tables inside and a clean restroom. I liked the service we received and the waiter refilled our waters. Definitely efficient in the service. This is the second time I come here and this place has not disappointed me. Now I love sushi and I have yet to try many more from this place but so far the rolls I've tried have been delicious. They have a seating section for people with kids which is very convenient given that I have gone with my family. The area comes with toys for them to play with and a tv to watch movies in. They have a good variety of meal options for the kids as well. The service is great and the waiters/waitresses are very attentive. The sushi here tastes very good and is great quality. My favorite so far is their Fuji roll which comes with spicy tuna and cream cheese. I recommend this place if you're in town and want have some good sushi. We ordered a large takeout order for dinner at the front of the store - takoyaki, spicy crunch roll, chicken katsu, and shrimp crunch roll (not pictured). They packaged it all neatly and put all the sauces in separate containers, which I really appreciate because it kept the crunch from getting soggy! The cashier was friendly and helpful with our questions about some dishes. There is outdoor seating available, but we ate at home. Even though we live 20 minutes away (with Winchester Rd. traffic) and that we did a quick stop at the grocery store, the food was still warm and everything tasted great! I've also tried their beef udon and it was great! Every lunch/dinner entrees comes with free salad (love their dressing), miso soup (really good and flavorful considering that it is only complimentary, compared to other restaurants who give out free miso soup just for the sake of it. If you see a movie at the theater that's directly across the way and you plan to eat here, show them your tickets for a 10% discount! Very cool!! They place an orchid on each roll plate as part of the presentation - nice touch! The food presentation is always beautiful. My favorite thing to order is the shrimp potato, every order of sashimi (SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS), the pechanga roll, and the samurai jack. The miso ramen is also amazing.
