This is our second time trying Supreme Pizza and I'm surprised that we don't come here more since we live so close! We got the half and half everything special and chicken pizza. Both were topped with plenty of cheese all on top of a thick but not overly oily crust. The toppings on both sides were nice and hefty as well with layers of meat and an assortment of veggies on each slice. They offer 10% off pick up making it only $20 for a large pizza! Ordered with them a dozen times over 5 years... I live 15 minutes away in Richmond. So, only stop by once in a while from work on way home. Order ahead always. Pretty good pizza. I just had one of the most terrible experiences in attempting to resolve an issue of my Half and half pizza with a couple extra toppings... and scattered recipe that i did not order....... they made a mistake... yes this happens. I called... I asked my girlfriend to explain the problem... she was on speaker phone. The person who could resolve the issue and may be their main speaker for the company for that night... because there is 10 guys cramped into the kitchen.... He told my gf.. he could not do anything in credit, and "I can not take your word for it." Asked us to bring the pizza back, and he would replace it. Yay. Not cool. If they did not scribble on paper to take orders... they would have all my previous orders on file. So, this contact at Supreme, suggesting we were wrong or would waste our time to let them know there was a screw up. He was very rude... and... short with my gf.... and then hung up. I called back twice... and once put on hold for 5 minutes... next time i called minutes later... denied any wrong doing, mistakes, and denied that he was in any way rude... and said he was disconnected by accident ... obviously. His name is Mohid. Manager... I don't know. All i wanted was to let them know there was a problem in their pizza line... an apology would have sufficed... a replacement pizza credit better... I'm sorry that this has ended badly. Maybe they are too busy, and do not need to take care of any SMALL problems... does not affect the bottom line. CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE... What a great pizza place in the neighbourhood. They offer free delivery as long as you're in the area. We got a chicken pizza and it was heavenly - very satisfying! The pizza was toasty hot, thick, fluffy, and substantial with lots of cheese and topping. The flavour was also on point - with just the right amount of chicken and vegetable - not too salty like some could be! The order came with free drinks and the pricing is super reasonable as well. My mom and I wanted pizza for dinner and also I was in the mood to treat my family. So I gave a ring to Supreme Pizza for a delivery earlier and it arrived on expected time the staff mentioned. I loved how Supreme put so much toppings onto my pizza and it was so worth it. I ordered 2 for 1 pizza (HHH and Chicken Pizza) specials and had nothing to complain about really. Even my parents loved it too, I also loved both Hot Hot Hot and Chicken Pizza. I often find SP to be generous with toppings and it was unforgettable once again. This is my favourite pizza delivery place. I consider it "90s pizza" and you don't get a lot of it these days. Nice thick crust, lots of cheese and toppings, tangy delicious sauce. I love the newer, more "authentic" pizza places, but this place isn't trying to be that. Judge it on its own terms. I miss the free coke with delivery though. read more

This place has been here forever and has great value. They offer 10% pickup and free delivery over a certain amount as well. We decided to get pickup and it was ready in 10-15 minutes, very fast quick and easy service. We ordered the HOTHOTHOT (definitely recommended) and a Supreme. The pizza is ok but the customer service could be better. for instance cant find a menu on their website that reflects accurate prices, when i first began ordering they were not charging delivery but then suddenly started without saying anything. when asked they said they always did. My most recent experience had them take my order for 2 medium pizzas but they delivered 2 large. They blamed me then told me they wouldnt sell me two large pizzas for that price, left, then came back with the order saying they would give me them for the medium price but wouldnt deliver anymore... Wouldn't say it was the best pizza but it was alright! A little bit too greasy and small portions for the price the lasagna tasted weird! Good garlic bread and the Salad was soggy because it was soaked in sauce.. maybe add more to it other than just lettuce and one slice of tomato but other than that lots of toppings and cheese on the pizza which was good because most places don't add a lot of toppings..delivery was fast and maybe get someone who knows how to count as a delivery driver because I had to use my own calculator on my phone to make sure I was given the right change maybe provide him with one for deliveries read more

If you like thick, cheesey pizza, you'll probably like Supreme. Dont be fooled by what it looks like no the inside of the location. The pizza is always hot, never re-heated, and they're really fast. Delivery is also very fast. Their pepperoni is big and thickly sliced and they put cheese ontop which a lot of places dont. The grease level is there but not as much as Dominoes. You wont get wet holding your slice. The crust is doughey so if you like thin crust be warned. Love this place. read more

Guy on the phone was a complete ass. I asked for a pizza for delivery, 4kms from the shop and was told it was too far. I told the man on the phone that's it's 4kms away. He said hold on a minute, spoke to someone then came back on the line and said "ok" and hung up quite rudely. I call back and spoke to someone else unaware my pizza wouldn't be made or sent because "ok" sounds like it's on it's way.
