    Beef carpaccio

Stopped by for a snack after an event. We got seated right away and ordered a negroni. Drink was great. Also got the lobster rolls as a snack - the bread was nice and soft and the filling was really good too!

Showed up early because I'm old and don't like loud music anymore. Food and server was great. Ordered most of the dessert menu. Carpaccio and meat pizza was great. Chocolate cake I would order only if I were on a date with a vegan.. carpaccio I would order if I were on a bad date with a vegan. Anyhow.. everything is well labeled and they take into account allergies and stuff.. which is nice.

Come here for happy hour! Pizzas are only $16 each CAD and beers are $6 CAD! For $16 USD, you get a pretty decent sized quality pizza and a beer! The Big Prawn Pizza is a MUST. Forget about everything else and trust me on this one! The size of the pizza would be comparable to like a 3/4 Blaze build your own pizza. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients here and I was so shocked on how big and fresh those prawns were. If you were to order anything like that in Los Angeles it'd be $25+ usd so $34 CAD. The I'm a fungi pizza was Alright, I'd probably order something else next time based off the locals or server recommendation. The place itself is like any pizza/brewery. Dark setting with high chairs and I believe they have a karaoke room and tables you can reserve.

I have been to The Parlour before but that was for drinks at night. It is a great place with drinks and amazing music but they also have a good brunch selection! I was pleasantly surprised! It is a good spot if you want to make a last-minute brunch plan because their wait times for brunch are not that long. The staff was very friendly and accomodating of everyone's dietary needs. Would highly recommend trying their Hangryman and Goldmember benedict, both that perfect brunch meals after a night of drinks. It comes with hash browns, bacon, sausage.. the works. I would say that the side of fruits they give is not that much. We also got their pizzas for brunch and instantly fell in love with them. You can do half and half for their pizzas so we got half of their Zeus pizza and half of the goldmember. Zeus was my personal favourite, the caramelized onions were amazing and it was super cheesy. Would recommend this place for a night out with your friends as well as for brunch the next day!!

Cozy date night spot with good service and delicious pizzas (made infront of you) and drinks. We Ordered: I'm a Funghi (Roasted Mushroom, Cream, Prosciutto, Mozza, Gruyere, Shroom Dust) $29 Classic Pep (Fior Di Latte, Extra Pep, Easy Chili Flakes) $29 Dips: 610 and Spicy Aioli Make sure to order these two dips because they pair perfectly with the pizzas. My favourite was the spicy aioli and my significant other's favourite was the 610. Food 5/5 Service 4.5/5 Parking 3.5/5 Ambiance 5/5

It's been awhile since I've been back. Glad we made a reso cause it was busy! The patio was full and inside was mainly filled with a couple of tables that looked like it was reserved. They have happy hour 3-6pm everyday, which is a pretty good deal and probably why it was so busy. We were seated at one of the high top tables. The stools weren't the most comfortable. And it was quite loud inside. Our server was quite busy with a large group, so we didn't get our water until our first dishes arrived. Understandable as I could tell she was busy serving others, but would have been nice if someone else brought it over. Other than that mishap, the food was good. Rogi pizzette- only sampled a little since it had cream in it and was pleasantly surprised. The flavour was on point and the sour cream added balanced out with the potatoes and sausage. This was one of our faves of the night. Big Prawn pizzette- not a huge fan of seafood on pizza, but I liked all the other toppings on the pizza with the pesto and sundried tomatoes. For both pizzas, the crust was tasty. A little doughy and chewy but had enough structure to hold up when eaten. Arugula salad- good sized portion. Pears didn't taste that ripe so it wasn't very sweet. But the salad overall was refreshing and lightly dressed. Steak carpaccio- I wished the bread was slightly crisper and maybe brushed with oil or butter. The steak would have been better if it had more capers as I felt it needed more salt. But it was still a good dish. Salmon tartare- this was my favourite. It was served with fried crackers (not sure what to call it lol) but it was the perfect vessel for the salmon. The salmon was well seasoned and had great flavour. Overall, it was a nice meal to enjoy. They had a variety of dishes to choose from. Although busy, food came out pretty fast. Other than the water, it was a good experience and honestly I would probably come back again for happy hour.

If you have money to spend and are looking for great drinks, sexy vibes and to let loose....this is the place. I love that their drinks come as doubles. I don't do single shots...it's a waste in my opinion. Tasty...their drinks were creative and tasty. I personally didn't like the pork belly, but that's just personal taste....I hear it's an acquired taste...and I certainly haven't acquired it yet. I wasn't a fan of the candied salmon either....I found it tough and chewy...but I guess it's the beef jerky just with salmon?....probably just another personal taste situation. What I did love though were their meatballs....melt in your mouth and wanting more kinda taste. I was wanting some fries and they told me they don't have a deep fryer. I feel that their appetizer selections came a bit short....just you know..a bit more in terms of finger foods. With that amazing bar and that rocking space some more options would've been much better. Loved the service at the front door....really welcoming and happy to have you there. Will come back and try their pizza.

    Pizzas at the Parlour Resturant

We met friends from out of town the Parlour restaurant before a concert. The staff were friendly, but forgot something off of 2 of 3 couples orders. They were apologetic and to be honest we were fine without the appies as we had ordered a few other things for dinner. The pizzas were amazing the smash burger my wife and I shared was good. I felt the burger with a handful of potato chips at $22 was a bit high. I guess you're paying for the location as well. Our drinks were refilled margaritas were very tasty. They have a happy hour menu so we tried two of the smaller pizzas off of that menu they were both awesome. I would definitely recommend the Parlour if you were coming downtown.

Made reservations and got seated at a small AF tall table with no back support on the seat. We asked if we can move to an empty booth table, but the hostess said there were reservations there. So def make reservations before you come here. The place is a vibe. Great music and decor. Dark AF inside though, we barely good read our menus haha (we're not that old). It looked like they were known for their pizza, so we got half/half - one of the funghi and reg pepp. They offer dipping sauces for an additional charge. At first, we didn't get any sauce, but after having a bite realized that it was desperately needed. Without it, the pizza was so bland. Couldn't take any mushroom flavor or sauce. The short rib and burrata app even had more flavor. All in all, this place didn't even make the top of our lists from everything we ate during our trip.

Best pizza I've ever had straight up. The Goldmember I think? So good. Great happy hour too

Very cool spot in Vancouver. This was probably our favourite dinner spot we went to. Very vibey and warm atmosphere with lots of cool decor and details, the staff were all very kind and assistive with the menu/cocktail selection. The pizzas are phenomenal! Well portioned and fresh ingredients. Definitely a great date night spot but we went with friends and it was perfect as well. 1000% recommend.

Their food was really good, truffle fries are quite rich and flavourful, same with the beef carpaccio. I don't think the menu mentions it comes with these sliced toasted baguettes which were topped with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Service was slightly disappointing as our service was quite flat. Two instances, both not the fault of our server, but the bar had a friend a drink in a dirty glass, she ordered a clear drink but it was brown tinged, and had a weird flavour. Multiple people at the table tried it before we told the server that it seemed off. It was slightly off putting, but our server went back and got a new one for my friend. Second thing, they said they updated their POS so for some reason the person who had the most alcoholic drinks had been put in with a really high autogratuity, but it was strange because everyone else at the party had the regular autograt of 20% I believe and the only person who was drunk ended up getting 30% or something of the sort. Our server again, amazing and took care of it working with the manager who fixed it and came to apologize but the optics of that only happening to the one drunk person if the party, well you know. Kinda left an unsatisfactory taste in everyone's mouths regarding the service. Food was still great and so was our server, and the manager who came to personally apologize about the issue.

Everything on the HH menu is $5 3-6pm and all day Wednesday. We also got the meatball appetizer and the Baccala on toast. But then a very large party was being seated at the adjacent restaurant that the bar seems to also serve, and she got tied up pretty bad. We did see a couple come in and wait for a pretty long time and then just take off. And then the bar was closed for this private party at 7pm, and we had sort of planned on a nightcap after dinner in there. If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, and cosy bar this is not the place for you. This is a place where Vancouverites get dressed up in their finest dark washed jeans. Am I being facetious - yes I am...but lets face it that's what passes for high fashion in this city. Celebrity sightings are not totally uncommon here, the servers are all friendly and quick to bring your drinks, and you're guaranteed plenty of beautiful people eye-candy. It's also a bar targeting a slightly more mature age group with their larger disposable income - so no annoying teeny boppers knocking back B-52's here and whoohooing it up. One shocking thing I discovered on my last visit to OPUS Bar, was that they aren't allowed to do "real" bottle service there. So if you order a bottle of Goose for the table, be prepared to have your server take it away and bring it back out only when requested or when glasses start to go empty - thankfully Champagne & Wine are exempt from this strange rule.
