The server was super friendly and nice but the restaurant was way too loud to really hear each other without feeling like you're yelling.. the food is delicious - belly bite has great texture - soft and smooth - and taste - salty with a sweet sauce. The pizzas were delicious with the stone oven crust but hands down the honey I'm home over rogi. Honey I'm home is sweet and salty just right. I'm not a particular fan of potato on pizza. Just amazing food--probably the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I used to come here all the time for Pizza! My favorite is Gold Member! This time for my friend's birthday, we had brunch! The potatoes were buttery and perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. The short ribs were full of flavor and paired beautifully with the truffle hollandaise sauce on the egg. We also shared the short rib and lobster roll appetizers--both were absolutely delicious. And for the birthday celebration, and they made it extra special by bringing out a bubble machine and fun lighting for videos. It was such a cute, celebratory touch! I also loved the overall vibe! Come here for happy hour! Pizzas are only $16 each CAD and beers are $6 CAD! For $16 USD, you get a pretty decent sized quality pizza and a beer! The Big Prawn Pizza is a MUST. Forget about everything else and trust me on this one! The size of the pizza would be comparable to like a 3/4 Blaze build your own pizza. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients here and I was so shocked on how big and fresh those prawns were. If you were to order anything like that in Los Angeles it'd be $25+ usd so $34 CAD. The I'm a fungi pizza was Alright, I'd probably order something else next time based off the locals or server recommendation. The place itself is like any pizza/brewery. I have been to The Parlour before but that was for drinks at night. It is a great place with drinks and amazing music but they also have a good brunch selection! I was pleasantly surprised! It is a good spot if you want to make a last-minute brunch plan because their wait times for brunch are not that long. The staff was very friendly and accomodating of everyone's dietary needs. Would highly recommend trying their Hangryman and Goldmember benedict, both that perfect brunch meals after a night of drinks. It comes with hash browns, bacon, sausage.. the works. I would say that the side of fruits they give is not that much. We also got their pizzas for brunch and instantly fell in love with them. You can do half and half for their pizzas so we got half of their Zeus pizza and half of the goldmember. Zeus was my personal favourite, the caramelized onions were amazing and it was super cheesy. It's been awhile since I've been back. Glad we made a reso cause it was busy! The patio was full and inside was mainly filled with a couple of tables that looked like it was reserved. They have happy hour 3-6pm everyday, which is a pretty good deal and probably why it was so busy. We were seated at one of the high top tables. The stools weren't the most comfortable. And it was quite loud inside. Our server was quite busy with a large group, so we didn't get our water until our first dishes arrived. Understandable as I could tell she was busy serving others, but would have been nice if someone else brought it over. Other than that mishap, the food was good. Rogi pizzette- only sampled a little since it had cream in it and was pleasantly surprised. The flavour was on point and the sour cream added balanced out with the potatoes and sausage. This was one of our faves of the night. Big Prawn pizzette- not a huge fan of seafood on pizza, but I liked all the other toppings on the pizza with the pesto and sundried tomatoes. For both pizzas, the crust was tasty. A little doughy and chewy but had enough structure to hold up when eaten. Arugula salad- good sized portion. Pears didn't taste that ripe so it wasn't very sweet. But the salad overall was refreshing and lightly dressed. Steak carpaccio- I wished the bread was slightly crisper and maybe brushed with oil or butter. The steak would have been better if it had more capers as I felt it needed more salt. But it was still a good dish. Salmon tartare- this was my favourite. It was served with fried crackers (not sure what to call it lol) but it was the perfect vessel for the salmon. The salmon was well seasoned and had great flavour. Overall, it was a nice meal to enjoy. They had a variety of dishes to choose from. Although busy, food came out pretty fast. Other than the water, it was a good experience and honestly I would probably come back again for happy hour. read more

If you have money to spend and are looking for great drinks, sexy vibes and to let loose....this is the place. I love that their drinks come as doubles. I don't do single shots...it's a waste in my opinion. Tasty...their drinks were creative and tasty. I personally didn't like the pork belly, but that's just personal taste....I hear it's an acquired taste...and I certainly haven't acquired it yet. I wasn't a fan of the candied salmon either....I found it tough and chewy...but I guess it's the beef jerky just with salmon?....probably just another personal taste situation. What I did love though were their meatballs....melt in your mouth and wanting more kinda taste. I was wanting some fries and they told me they don't have a deep fryer. I feel that their appetizer selections came a bit short....just you know..a bit more in terms of finger foods. With that amazing bar and that rocking space some more options would've been much better. Loved the service at the front door....really welcoming and happy to have you there. I've been to The Parlour several times, it's my go-to when I have company. Love their pizza and beer selection. If you are feeling adventurous, try the Pickle Back pizza with Dragon Sauce. The vibe here is good, cool spot with lots of art and good music. In the evenings it does turn into more of a club feel which is a lot of fun! Just make your reservation early as they do book up fast, which is easy to do online. read more

We met friends from out of town the Parlour restaurant before a concert. The staff were friendly, but forgot something off of 2 of 3 couples orders. They were apologetic and to be honest we were fine without the appies as we had ordered a few other things for dinner. The pizzas were amazing the smash burger my wife and I shared was good. I felt the burger with a handful of potato chips at $22 was a bit high. I guess you're paying for the location as well. Our drinks were refilled margaritas were very tasty. They have a happy hour menu so we tried two of the smaller pizzas off of that menu they were both awesome. I would definitely recommend the Parlour if you were coming downtown. read more

It looked like they were known for their pizza, so we got half/half - one of the funghi and reg pepp. They offer dipping sauces for an additional charge. At first, we didn't get any sauce, but after having a bite realized that it was desperately needed. Without it, the pizza was so bland. Couldn't take any mushroom flavor or sauce. The patio of the Parlour is large, with a good amount of outdoor seating for folks to choose from. I was a major fan of the split pizza option, where guests can have two types of pizzas in one. This is rare, and this is a great thing, especially when you're visiting for the first time. The Parlour was close to our hotel so we decided to grab pizza for dinner after a long day. The menu looked promising. We ordered a Plain Jane and a Yaletown. The Plain Jane was a standard cheese pizza and the Yaletown was topped with Tuna, Red Onion, Green Onion, Avocado, Cilantro, and Spicy Aioli. I thought the size of the pizzas was solid, you can easily share or have leftovers. We enjoyed both of them! The crust was very good. It worked well for both kinds, so I imagine the rest of the menu would be good as well. I'd recommend trying them out. read more

Potatoes on pizza? Genius. Potatoes on pizza with caramelized onions and truffle oil? A revelation. Honestly, the Goldmember ($28) was one of the best pizzas (if not the best) I've ever had. (As Austin Powers would say, "Yeah, baby, yeah!") If there's a pizza heaven out there, then it's at The Parlour because these pizza gods are serving. First of all, get a load of these toppings: Yukon gold potatoes, caramelized onions, cashew burrata, roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, and mushroom dust. For any fungi fiends (fun guys?) out there, this will punch you with that earthy mushroom flavour. Throw in some thin potato rounds and savoury onions with burrata 2.0? That's melt-in-your-mouth, sweet and savoury goodness right there. Second of all, sink your teeth into a crust that is light and airy yet still gives you the right amount of chew. If you're anti-crust, think again. The only downside is that the corner slices, while larger, aren't as decked out in toppings, so you win some, you lose some. Of the 6-7 slices I had, half of them were Goldmember despite there being an array of pizzas to choose from at my friend's birthday party. I also had The Big Prawn ($29), Hamilton Street ($26), and another pizza which I don't recall. I liked them all, but Hamilton Street was more unique with its blue cheese, pear, walnuts, and balsamic glaze; it reminded me of the Pear Baguette at Finch's Tea House. Mark my words - I'll be at The Parlour next time to devour an entire Goldmember myself. read more

Very cool place to eat or party. I've been here a couple of times now, and it's always been a riot. The first time I came here, we enjoyed two different types of pizza. We heard they had some of the best pizzas in town, so we had to see for ourselves. I can't remember the type of pizza we had because the cocktails were equally as delicious; however, I do remember devouring every slice in record time. The second time I came here was to dance and drink. I heard they threw a good party, and your party gal had to see. The environment was bumping, the drinks were delicious, and the wait staff were on point. The only thing I'll ding is it was very crowded and didn't have a lot of extra room, and the prices were high. However, that being said, it is Yaletown, so what would you expect. I enjoyed a couple Manhattan's, which were made perfectly by the bartender, and danced the night away. My last note is the inclusive environment. As a fem identifying gay man, it can be so easy to feel uncomfortable in straight establishments. However, I felt celebrated here, and I even had a straight gentlemen come up to me and compliment my outfit. If you don't know where to go out, enjoy The Parlour, you won't regret it. read more

Pro tip: spray a bit of avocado spray on your left overs and bake in a 350 oven to bring it all back to life the next day. The staff are all a delight, especially the Bar team. The good: Came here for dinner and drinks before seeing a show downtown. The food was very good. We order pork belly bites, Caesar salad, carpaccio, a chicken burger and two pizzas. Everything was tasty and fresh but the pizzas were definitely the best items. Great crust, cooked perfectly and excellent flavours. To drink we had a few cocktails and wine, both of which were good but would probably try others next time. Parlour had a super cool vibe, lots of unique artwork and an open kitchen where you can see the massive pizza oven. They also have a patio for sunny weather which would be an awesome spot to chill in yaletown. The bad: I don't normally add anything "bad" in my reviews, but this is something people need to know if you are planning to dine here. I had a reservation for 5:30pm which we arrived at about 5:25. Our first server was very friendly and prompt, but about half way through our experience they switched servers. She came and introduced herself, then tells us we need to leave by 7pm as they need our table for another reservation. Then we didn't see her again until the bill came at 6:45. For me, I hate feeling rushed at dinner. In my experience, you normally get 2hrs to dine minimum, so this really dampened our experience. Overall: Food was great and it's definitely a cool spot to hang out. However because of the few things including the service I'd say 6.5/10 read more

We got here just before they opened so we were able to get seats when they were ready to invite people I . The hostess saw that we had 2 strollers and offer to seat us at the bigger table on the balcony (which was more secluded) MAJOR KUDOS HERE cause going out with a baby during covid is already enough anxiety. We got 2 virgin blackberry crush which was perfect for today's weather. Slightly tangy but ever so refreshing! The Hamilton pizza is my all time favourite. Not a lot of places have blue cheese pizzas but the Hamilton is on a whole different level. It was the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. We also go the steak carpaccio which was another one of my favourites. I actually forgot how good this was. But the sauce paired with this dish is amazing! read more

I loved the section of the city it was in, its in this old warehouse section and outdoor seating is on old loading docks, which I thought was super cool! Once inside, you're flooded with old world craftsmanship and dark walls with interesting but cool paintings and pictures. It reminded me of restaurants from Mad Men and pictures being Don Draper dining there with my lovely wife. Simply a cool place. Decor-1950's elegance with modern accents such as artwork and pictures. Large bar and lots of seating areas. Very intimate and romantic with dark walls and dimmed lighting. Service-I have to say it was better then the other places in Vancouver we ate at.
