Got to try the pizza at this Pizza Garden location. The pizza were ordered in and it seems like it had it really rough in transit. I tried the ham and pineapple and the chicken pesto. Both slices were very tasty. Pizza garden uses better ingredients for their pizza. Their pizza are thin crust pizza. They are not greasy at all. More on the healthier end compared to Pizza Hut or Dominos. I quite like them. I will probably get them again even though I am not a pizza person. read more

We ordered a few pizzas here for a small gathering. It was my first time eating their pizza and I was impressed. Food: 5/5 - a great selection of pizzas ranging from the lactose intolerant cheese people to the hearty meat lovers to the vegetarians. They fit the bill for all pizza lovers. They will even split the pizza order in half for the large sizes. A great way to sample the different types of pizza. Service: 5/5 friendly service Ambiance: not sure as we did takeout. All 5 of us enjoyed their pizzas. read more

Normally, this is decent. But my most recent order of 4 pizzas was major disappointment. 3 of the 4 were raw. They are likely having a bad day. But how they were allowed to leave the restaurant in that condition is mind boggling. I was offered a credit and they were very sorry. So I commend their attempt at a resolution. It still fell short but they tried. Massive disappointment and fail. I will give them one more chance with the credit they provided. But if it is anywhere new as bad, then never ahain read more

I mean it's ok but I found just walking there was a bit of a turn off. This location needs a serious pest control intervention. I saw at-least 8 big rats on my way in broad daylight. The eateries in the area have created an ecosystem of dependence between the patrons of the area and the rat infestation. The shear volume of garbage I saw the day of was crazy. People just dump their trash and fill the garbage bins on the daily no matter how many times they get cleaned out. The pizza was average at best prices are a bit higher than most pizza places. I just had a hard time getting that vision of seeing big fat rodents scurrying everywhere. Also to the lady that was walking her golden lab and didn't clean up after it you should be ashamed. Honestly if your not dying of hinder I'd go to another area. read more

Love the pizzas here! This place is right under my building - how lucky am I! The pizzas are fresh and yummy and they are very popular, so the pizzas keep getting churned out and no matter when you go, you are almost getting a fresh one. My favorites are the Spicy Chicken and the Spicy Beef, especially the Spicy Beef - very unique and amazing flavors for a pizza. And they are thin crust NY style pizzas which is the best part, at least for me - I am not a fan of huge crusts. Stays open till 10 and always my fallback option for a dinner when no plans are made. It is not cheap cheap but it is tasty, so once in a while it is okay. All staff I have met have been nice and very quick to service- barely any wait ever. read more

I like most of their pizzas. I am not a fan of their Hawaiian pizza or any of their pizzas with a lot of meat other than chicken. I first tried this Neapolitan style pizza chain at their UBC campus location, and this location has similar quality. Their ingredients are good quality and fresh. I recommend their 18-inch large size because their pizza crust is getting super thin now! I have to admit that a pizza crust is a filler that makes you full, but now I have to eat half of an 18-inch pizza to get me satisfied. Seating is limited. There are two tables sit four people, and there is a window counter table that sits three people. Tip: more veggies and less meat taste better for their pizzas. read more

Good service, friendly staff, fast service, fresh Pizza, high quality ingredients, good experience

First Visit to this Pizza Restaurant at the Lougheed Town Centre but won't be the last. First of all Pizzas we ordered were delicious! Website was very easy to use. Many choices of very Italian Pizza flavours. The Staff was very friendly when I went to pick it up and the restaurant itself is in a newly refurbished location so was clean and shiny. We will be back!! read more

I really like this place. For a chain, this is really good. It is quite authentic, nice thin crust and quality toppings. It is very close to my place and I always call for pick-up. There is I think like 3 or 4 tables if you want to eat in. Service is pretty friendly and the place is fairly clean as well. I'll be back..... read more

Fantastic pizza that is borderline artistic in presentation and flavour. The staff is absolutely a delight to deal with. I will definitely visit for pizza again in the future when I'm shopping in Metrotown. read more

First visit, decent pizza! Expect to pay a bit more than the cut rate pizza chains, the quality is there for a few dollars more at PG Across from skytrain/Metrotown so expect lines but the staff serves quickly, limited seating, not a bad idea to have one of your party scout a table in advance or just take out read more

I've seen Pizza Gardens everywhere and just never thought to try it because it seemed like another mediocre pizza chain. I finally gave this location a shot because it's relatively close to my house and I'm partial to thin crust pizzas so my boyfriend recommended we go (he insisted that it's actually good and not greasy). Plus, there was a $16 for 8 slices deal which we couldn't pass up! We tried basically everything available on the counter including Hawaiian, Cheese, Capicolla, Bacon + Mushroom, Supreme and Pepperoni. Our favourite was by far the Capicolla although all of them were pretty good! The Capicolla had the perfect amount of heat and mushroom to meat ratio. The only downside was we found a hair stuck in the cheese on one of the slices, but it wasn't a big deal and the server was more than happy to replace it for us. I'm definitely a fan and will come back for reasonably priced thin crust pizza. read more

Pizza Garden - 8 slices for $16 deal! - Pizza Near Me - Burnaby, British Columbia

Decided to try this place out as it was the closest option to us at the time of my pizza craving. I'm usually hesitant when it comes to the pizza chain restaurants as they are usually not that great, especially when it comes to thin crust. That being said, we were hungry and needed pizza. Customer Service: Great. Very friendly and pleasant. Pizza: Very good. Especially the thin crust. The ingredient quality could be a little higher, but overall it was tasty and my 2 year old liked it which is a plus. Price: I thought it was reasonable. They keep it simple with two dish sizes and the smaller one did the job for the family. Would I go again: Yes! And parking was easy which is nice especially near the Metrotown area. That is bonus. read more

Nice pizza in Burnaby, the delivery was fast, the pizza was hot and the taste good! perfect for a Friday night!

Delicious high quality wood oven baked "fast food" pizza! You must try their cheesy garlic sauce!

Great place and fast delivery. We were in town for a hockey tournament and needed a quick dinner later in the evening. Called and they delivered to our hotel in 30 minutes and saved the day. Very good option if you do not want to go into the mall area of Burnaby and are looking for good pizza. read more

Seriously the best pizza by the slice you can find outside of commercial drive. I typically go to the location in new west station, and they always have a good selection of fresh pizza. The staff are quick and nice. Very reasonable prices. If you're looking for a quick lunch, i highly recommend it. read more

I ordered online. This is easily the best pizza I have ever had, and absolutely hit my tastebuds in all the right ways. Also, the delivery guy was super nice and polite, and it came really quickly. I still think about that Supreme with no mushrooms. read more

Fabulous pizza, great customer service. Finally nice, clean place to eat. All the pizzas are fabulous. I have been there number of times and they are consistent with all the above. Will be back and will recommend. I wish for them to grow and open more locations. Fresh, delicious, Devine! read more

This is one of my go to pizza places. The food is always fresh and the price is fair for what you get. It's cooked in a brick oven which gives you that nice crispy crunch. read more

I stopped here the day of my recent ENT appointment as it is in the same building. I haven't been to a pizza garden in years but I remember it being better. The slices were over cooked and soggy. Yes, they managed to get both in one. Definitely overpriced for the quality. I don't anticipate that I'll go back any time soon even when I'm in the area. I'll try the cafe next door. read more

Although the food was fine, if not a bit salty, our problem was that the cashier was not wearing a face mask during our visit to pick up an order. In addition to this, the other patrons in front of us were not checked for their vaccine passport. We will not be returning until after the pandemic unfortunately. read more

For a chain pizza place, I'd say this is probably the best. I'd heard good things about their other locations and have seen them pop up over the past years so I knew they must be doing something right. They are. I've only visited this location which is brand new, and my pizza has been awesome every time. Delicious and thin chewy crust with high quality dough. Ingredients are fresh and high quality as well. Everything you'd expect from a really good neopolitan style pizza place. read more

Good pizza! Spinach and feta is incredible We were greeted with s smile and in a few minutes we were served hot food. Decent prices We will be back read more

Unfortunately the customer service at this location is just awful. Standing there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me even though they see me, I guess they had other things to do other than serve their customers or perhaps just two angry boys who were forced to work there by their parents. Then throwing my pizza slices on one small tiny sheet for takeaway. Too bad they weren't friendly or polite here. read more

The Pizza? Delicious. Had Pizza Garden at a friend's house and loved it. Unbelievable pizza. The crust is soft but firm, that little bit of crunch but that nice chewy texture. A balance between doughy and bready in the best ways possible. The toppings are fresh, flavourful and the pizza is light but filling. A great choice if you want something that feels like it's made of real food instead of cardboard and processed oils and cheese that may be a few electrons short of plastic. The Delivery Policy? Not so much. I like 4.3km away from the nearest location and they refuse to deliver to me despite being a 12 minute drive. I don't know what the going rate for delivery distance is on pizza but that feels pretty steep. And frustrating. It's a straight shot down the main drag. I assumed it was just their website being weird (as sometimes happens with online deliver pages) but no, I called them, and they were unable to deliver to me. It's against their policy, they said. Which was frustrating and disappointing. How can it be so close and yet so far? I expect that if you're going to have a Burnaby location and it's going to be that close, it would deliver. Disappointed and frustrated. But hey, maybe you'll be lucky and live within literal spitting distance of the pizza place. read more

Good pizza - a little overpriced by the slice I'd say. Usually pretty quick service and decent hours. I'd suggest having the Metrotown location open until midnight/1 AM as many people do pass through and there's not much on that side to grab at such an hour if you need it. read more

Ok. So dont get me wrong.. This place is all good.. It's clean never busy great place to go after school and ya know. It's pizza. It's just that the quality of the pizza is shit? And also it's like 2.50 per slice. And 2.50 per can o soda. Ya. Not great right? Also. The service there is great. The employees are extremely friendly. Just the quality of the pizza. read more

Finally, a pizza restaurant that does it right. After many attempts at trying to find good pizza in Burnaby, I have success at last. We ordered a Hawian pizza take out and it arrived, fast, hot, and best of all both my wife (who doesn't like pizza much) totally enjoyed this pizza. The crust was thin, delicious and we even ate all the crust. We definitely found the best pizza in town here at Pizza Garden. read more

I like pizza garden, don't get me wrong but if I'm rating their Commercial location with 5 stars this one gets 3* at most. I know it's the same "brand", but if you try their pizza at both locations you'll know what I'm talking about. Also their slices are smaller at this location. Hopefully you'll go back to the days when you first opened up before your cash till starts speaking for customers. read more

Potato & gorgonzola, yum! Super fast delivery, lovely delivery guy, I'll be back for sure.

Before coming to pizza garden I actually looked up good pizza places around my area and this place starred at 4 here on Yelp, so I figure to try it since it was near by. $19 for a box with different pieces seems like a good idea with high expectation knowing it's a $19 pizza box of 8 pieces. I like the fact that it's thin crust and the pieces were big. However it's so bland. Eating a pizza knowing it's already a "bad food for you" you want to emphasize the taste and expect this almost savoury taste every bite to just make it worth rebelling eating fatty food. But No it didn't happen this time around. Lacked of dressing, lacked ingredients, and lacked even the little joy you get when you bite into even a basic pepperoni pizza. The place is nice and everything, person that served us was nice, super nice girl! But I did not enjoy their pizza at all. Im so sad about that. I may still give it a second try. Maybe it was just that day I don't know. But over all service, atmosphere, location, and price; it's perfect. read more

The pizza here are pretty good, it's Italian theme pizza so I didn't know what a few of the toppings were. They use a stone fire oven and Italian flour for their crust apparently; the crust certainly had a kick of a different taste I never experienced before and it's quite thin. Pros: + Many options for slices in-store + Toppings variety (Italian theme) + Lunch value ($2.39/slice or $5.73/2x slice+pop) + Unique taste Cons: - Expensive - Uneven baking, certain parts are burnt - Limited seating read more

Just stopped by for a quick pizza+salad dinner and had a great experience. There is an excellent selection of vegetarian pizzas and the salad is made fresh. My favourite part, however, was the tomato pizza sauce - yummm - really good! The staff was very kind and attentive too. I'll definitely come back. read more

Very good! Also excellent prices. My 3 picky kids all ate here happily. Great selection of flavours.

After enjoying their pizza at the Main Street location, I was pleasantly surprised by the Burnaby location. Dropped by here after shopping at Metrotown for a late dinner and it did not disappoint!
