Vegetarian pizza was quite good. However we found the Greek pizza very salty. Nice crust though!

However, getting a table here is extremely difficult, and you'll likely have to wait quite a while even on a weeknight. I recently also got to try their tagliatelle, which was delicious. However, the lasagna was served lukewarm for some odd reason, and was a bit of a let down. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed their regular pizzas more than their award winning pizzas. Although the alla facciazza was very unique, I didn't really like how the pistachios weren't crushed. I actually liked the Maradona much more!

Cocktails in the $16 range which seems crazy but normal these days. We ordered bruschetta. . It was two toasts. One had tomato basil ( delicious ) , the other was roasted red peppers and olives not at all to our liking. One person had the lasagna but didn't seem super impressed. The other had the margherita pizza with ricotta stuffed crust. With chili oil and balsamic it was amazing. That's the money I think Dessert was affogato - vanilla gelato with a shot of espresso on the side. Perfection. Best espresso I have ever had. The menu isn't huge but the quality in ingredients is there. Just very disappointed that there were no vegetarian pasta options other than baked gnocchi which would not be my fave. Some vegetarian pasta with. The option of added ricotta would be amazing !

Vesuvio, another name for Vesuvius, Mount Vesuvius…read more Interesting name for a pizzeria. I will enquire next time I visit the meaning of it. Ladies and gentlemen, this is best pizza to day I had outside of Italy. As part of the extended birthday celebration, my anti-carb partner indulged me to choose. Of course pizza, but which one? Vesuvio is a relatively unknown hidden pizza joint among sea of pizza franchises like Panago, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Little Caesar's within the 2 km radius. The flow of foot traffic at Vesuvio is steady where other eateries in the strip mall are asleep in this covid ridden time. We had the #7 carne (prosciutto and pepperoni). Let me tell you, the thickness of the crust was perfect. It's edge was thin. The sauce and cheese were in perfect balance. After four slices, and half a pizza later, I was looking for more. Great service and great price. Definitely worth it. Will be back

Oh man this place is good! I finally cracked and got a third party delivery app because my desire…read moreto try this pizza was verging on completely consumption. The only disappointment was that I sat on my moral high ground instead of just giving into my wanton desire. So far I have eaten two of their pies; Pesto Chicken (self-explanatory ingredients) and the Little Italy (classic Pepperoni). The quality and freshness of the ingredients is visual, for example the Chicken was sliced thick, easy to tell it was from a single breast piece. When you put that sort of care on their over the top good thin crust, you have a perfect combination. The Little Italy was all flavour and not greasy, so satisfying. Next time I order, pretty sure I'm going to try something with less traditional ingredients, which normally is a crap shoot, but I have faith Vesuvio can pull it off....maybe their Bianca (Zucchini, Spinach, Corn, Sun Dried Tomato and Bleu Cheese) or Quatro (Ham, Shrimp, WTF Crab!, Mushroom). Price point is beyond affordable, third party delivery was fast and efficient. Vesuvio is literally a 12/10, now my go to pizza place, 100% recommend.

We ordered delivery for two pizzas (4 flavors: prosciutto fig, Bulgogi, Hawaiian and Quattro…read moreFormaggi) and 20 chicken wings (Parmesan garlic) on a Saturday evening, and it took around 75 minutes for the food to arrive. I understand that it takes time to make and deliver the pizzas especially during the rush hour on a weekend but the wait time was still slightly longer than expected. The food was also cold (not even lukewarm) when they arrived. (Our location was only 10 min away!) The flavors were slightly lacking because the toppings were quite sparse. From my photos, the distribution of the toppings look pretty decent but, mind you, the pizza was huge (18"), and so the space between each piece of topping was actually wider than it looked in the photos! (If that makes sense to you!)

Nice place in Coquitlam for Neapolitan Pizza…read more Tried a couple of their pizzas and was generally quite satisfied. The price is decent and there's usually some specials online. Ordering on the App/web is pretty smooth and easy. You can also buy pizza by the slices in store. The pizza and ingredients were fresh. It wasn't overly salty or greasy and the pizza was cooked well without being overly burnt / charred. However, I wished they were more generous with the basil on the pizza (if you look at my picture you can see the basil is tiny). The caprese is also a bit salty because of the capers but I just picked those off. Also, because of how thin the crust is, I think it's better to eat it fresh because if you get a pizza with lots of toppings, it can get soggy fast.
