The food was excellent. Bread sticks, pepperoni pizza, and great meatballs. Quick and Hot . Service was wonderful.

good pizza, good resturant and fast. clean space to eat and kids enjoyed their food. win win

Solid Indian pizza place. I usually get the Tropical Hawaiian here, and while it's on the slightly thinner side the crust is always done very well and toppings are pretty good, especially the generously sized bacon bits. Would recommend this, especially on Mondays when they have discounts on their 'speciality' pizza. You'll get something a fair bit better than Domino's for the same price. read more

Pizza Pizzeria - Tropical Hawaiian - Pizza Near Me - Burnaby, British Columbia

I found this restaurant on Skip The Dishes, whilst browsing for late night eats on Canada Day. I saw that they take care of their own delivery, something that I respect for some reason, AND delivery was free after a certain price point, another thing that I love. I went with the Hawaiian pizza, my favourite since childhood. A lot of places don't do Hawaiians to my taste, so it can be a bit of a gamble. Then, seeing as I'd had the pleasant experience of discovering mango lassi a few months ago from another place, I added that to my selection, as well as a nicely priced personal butter chicken meal. To balance out the drinks tray, and to test their authenticity, I threw on an Indian chai. 45 minutes after hitting "order" I had a delicious meal in my hands, I think delivered by the owner himself. He was SO courteous and professional, the best courier experience I've ever had. I did expect a decent level of treatment after tipping well (Happy Canada Day!), but this was on another level. Skip The Dishes ought to know how fortunate they are to have such a lovely business on their list. The Hawaiian pizza was beautiful, no pools of grease(!), sliced with care, and just generally a Google Image of the word pizza. I'll admit I haven't tasted it yet - I'm too full from that delectable butter chicken to even think about pizza! I took a sip of the mango lassi, which had a good level of bite, and the chai passed my sniff test, but they along with the pizza sit in the fridge waiting for tomorrow. It seems I have breakfast figured out :) I hope to have the pleasure of dining in one day soon! Thank you for the great food and the best service, Pizza Pizzeria! read more

has been our go to pizzeria for years lots of delicious choices and excellent Indian cuisine read more

I ordered online, but when i get there they did not rec'd the order but my account is being charged. the stuff is very nice to honour the ordered i made online. The pizza's really good, i got the BBQ chicken.. will order more soon . read more

Think a new owner took over 2-3 mths ago & totally renovated it, as you can see when snooping over the counter. Especially when you look at their glossy brochures with new pizzas, pasta & some butter chicken specialties too. Also sell by the slice, which i found the Hawaiian good. Also offer these slurp-like drinks called Screamers. some window seating & 2-3 tables so comfortable enough for a casual place. Good that they deliver in this area, as it's away from the main streets. lots of parking in this medium-sized plaza, think there's a IGA here. read more

Ordered 2 Gourmet pizzas from them last night. This will be our new neighborhood pizza place. My BF loved the butter chicken pizza. I ordered the House Special and it was decent. I think they forgot the extra tomato sauce on mine but its forgivable due to the abundance of toppings they put out. So many pizza joints nickel and dime but these guys know what they're doing. The samosas were awesome and I would definitely order off the Indian menu in future. Its nice to have both options in the same place. read more

I accidentally found this spot on 10th avenue when getting money from the ATM. It's a pizza place, but they also have a decent Indian food menu....it's absolutely a "hidden gem". Their Indian food is cooked perfectly. My favorite is the butter chicken and garlic naan. I highly recommend the extra spicy butter chicken, it's addicting. The food portions are good and the price is more than reasonable for the quality. If you frequent Indian restaurants, you know the portions are tiny and the food isn't guaranteed to be good. This place has both, quality and quantity. They are family owned and super nice people. You'll find the owner in a turban and his wife in a sari. I walk in there and say, "Put me on your magic carpet and fly me to the chocolaty river of spicy butter chicken!!!" We have a good laugh and he gets right on my order. Super nice people, great food, great price and my new go-to spot for Indian! 11/5/13 Update - They now offer the option of Gluten Free Dough and Dairy Free Cheese on their pizza's. There is a small upcharge, but maybe worth it. read more

Although this is the Metro Vancouver area, you'd be surprised at how difficult it is to find eateries and restaurants that cater to the inflammation-free lifestyle. Vancouver still needs to do so much better in this area!! In my case, I've got food sensitivities, so I have to be choosy if I don't want a severe drop in the quality of my life. Thank God for Pizza Pizzeria. This place has a large selection of delicious and different pizzas that you can customize with gluten-free dough and dairy-free cheese. I highly recommend this place to anyone with food sensitivities or who just wants to make the right change in his life by eating healthier. As someone who's tired of being treated like a second-class customer in LOTS of other restaurants that thoughtlessly don't have many gluten- and dairy-free options, I'm thankful for Pizza Pizzeria. Try it today! read more

I will admit that I was first drawn to this place because of the repetitive name, expecting there would be something unique about it. And indeed, the usage of Indian flavors in the pizza is something I haven't seen elsewhere. My relatives and I got the "Indian style" pizza and the butter chicken pizza, large size. The five of us ate until we were full and had two slices left over, and all of us agreed that the pizzas were absolutely delicious. The butter chicken pizza was the more popular of the two, with a combination of butter chicken sauce (?) and marinara sauce that is just one of the best ideas ever (you can ask about this when you order). On the other hand, the Indian style pizza was also delicious and well spiced. Also, the prices are completely reasonable and probably cheaper than your usual pizza store. This place is a gem. read more

Not worth it I had tried the pizza The promos or misleading everything is extra and the people serving you at the counter don't feel like they should be there and they are doing you a favour read more

This is one of the best tasting pizza places I have been to and the owner offered custom preparation suited to my needs . It was like no other place I have ever been to and it was unique, both with the taste and the homeliness. The person running the place is very friendly, and gave us a warm welcome into the restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. read more

This Pizza place is a hidden gem! we ordered the Butter Chicken pizza and it was a delicious and unique treat. The crust was super tasty and reminded us of Naan bread which is very unusual for pizza. This Friday we are going to order the meat lovers and check that out and I will give every one a heads up on the taste. Luckily we are in the delivery area but if we weren't we would do the drive out there. read more

This is my favourite pizza place till now. They have so many choices. Pizzas are always loaded with toppings. Staff in the shop is always able to give me great guidance on choosing pizzas. Must try their butter chicken and Indian food. They have many special deals for every single day in the week. If you are looking for a perfect pizza, this place should be in your must visit list. read more

Wow I was really impressed when I walk in it was really clean and the owner was so friendly so we ordered two pizzas the butter chicken and all meat unbelievable all fresh. So the owner was talking about the butter chicken how his wife makes it from scratch so I gave us a sample the flavors the taste it was amazing it wasn't even spicy so thank you so much for the hospitality. And yes I would definitely recommend this pizza and is so much on the menu thank you again. read more

We have ordered Indian food from here before which has been excellent (please expand the Indian options!). We had pizza from here tonight to watch the US election, all was excellent, service great, and they called back due to to an issue, and offered compensation which we refused - mistakes get made, no big deal. Family was really happy with their choices (including those of us needing dairy free). Thanks and will order again. Suggest more Indian options and dump the chicken strips/lasagna etc off the menu :) read more

I started ordering in June because they offered a variety of food in personal sizes so I could try a little of everything. The pizza and Indian food were all excellent. My order today was absolutely delicious. The pizza always has fresh ingredients and is never too greasy or soggy. I have been to many expensive Greek restaurants but I have never had a better Greek salad than the one I get from Pizza Pizzeria. The vegetables are always fresh and crunchy and they dont skimp on the feta or olives. Their prices are very reasonable and their quality of food is excellent. They have a customer for life in me read more

The bread sticks were good, pizza was okay. And the lasagna was just tortilla chip salsa with Cheese on top.

We have eaten here twice so far. The first time we ate in and the second we got delivery. The delivery came pretty fast and food was still hot. The butter chicken pizza tasted real nice and my cousins loved it too. We will definitely be back. read more

Bad, rude service. There is no reason to be rude especially when you only have one customer.

This is the best pizza joint that I've been to in the lower mainland. The quality of the ingredients is top notch, the menu is well thought out and creative, and the pricing is more than reasonable. Not only is the food delicious and well priced but the service is second to none. It seems like a family run restaurant and it is very clear that they care about their work not only in terms of taste but also in terms of ensuring the best experience for all of their customers. Overall I love this place and will be making regular appearances going forward! read more

Wonderful place. They first put a lot of hard work restoring the place. It's clean and homy. Come just to see how nice they made it. And if you like pizza, you'll love theirs. This is pizza with passion. You'll know just by looking at it. They treat every costumer like a friend and always welcome you with a smile. They under promise and over deliver. Just moved to area, took friends and wife, children. Food was fresh - the greek salad, was made from scratch when we ordered it, none of the vegetables were pre-chopped, it was all delicious, the place was clean, we met the owner who was very nice. We will for sure be back. My wife loves french fries and although it is not on their menu, she asked if they could make some so he just chopped up some potatoes, coated them in chick pea flour i think??? and then fried them and brought out samples of several batches so we could chooses how salted and how crispy we wanted them- they really went out of their way. Glad they are in our area. read more

I love this place the new owner is such a nice guy. The quality of the pizza is amazing. They always give you your money's worth. I left a review on this restaurant earlier expressing my my delight, and for some reason it is now gone. The pizza here is excellent but the butter chicken is the best. Great Pizza and they had vegan options. Loved it!

Absolutely terrific place. Great food, excellent prices, and fast delivery. Their house special vegetarian pizza is something to experience, and I'm not a vegetarian. Recently we tried their Indian food (my wife doesn't eat a lot of pizza... that's fine, more for me and the kids!) and it was incredible. The chicken samosas are ridiculously good, and we loved the butter chicken. The "vegetable of the day" was Chana Masala, and it was the best I've ever had.
