I needed a quick bite pizza and wondering which is better Uncle Faith or Megabite Pizza in Commercial/Broadway station. I stopped both place and the freshness were almost same. Some looked dried and others has runny cheese on it. However I noticed one big difference. Uncle Faith pizza has more creative and more vegetarian choice. And topping looked more densed. This time I had pesto, eggplant and artichoke pizza. Very good volume and delicious. Definitely I will try that again.

Love their pizza. The crust is light and airy with a perfect crispy base that's super thin and sesame seeds on the outer edge. I love the Beef and Blue with extra blue cheese sauce. So good.

I was so hungry after work and Uncle Fatih seemed like perfect place for a small meal. It was a very small pizza shop comparing to Fresh Slice in this area and ordered a slice of Pulled Pork which cost $2.25 after tax. Pizza itself was alright and not much toppings on it. Crust was light and crispy which I liked. I can taste a bit of BBQ sauce but didn't taste much of pork toppings. Toppings were slightly dry. Uncle Fatih is bit better than Fresh Slice, however I'd rather go to Fire Pizza instead for better tasting pizza. Perfect place for people watching. Floor was dirty from food debris and seating space was quite narrow and small.

Ordered Uncle Fatih's pizza last night at around 12 am. It was a medium chicken bbq pizza. The pizza turned out surprisingly well. Was made fresh, was tasty and nothing was apparently wrong. The next morning I ate the rest of it, and it tasted like great next day pizza. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. Thank you.

Call me a Veggie Lover 4 Life! The amount of artichoke hearts along with the other toppings that that this pizza is contains is seriously just sooo much. The need to almost "taco fold" the slice to fully enjoy this experience. This place is definitely not a disappointment :)

A popular, bustling little pizza shop on Broadway and Commercial - by the slice style with takeout options. As recommended by Mark H and Johnson C in their 20-minute convo on how mind-blowing this pizza was, I just had to try it. Okay, so it's pretty darn good for by the slice! I asked for their two most popular pizzas and was handed the blue cheese and Hawaiian. Tasty, hearty and highly satisfies a need for some greasy goodness. If you're looking for a cheap pizza joint, going Uncle Fatih is a win! What`s more: - All of their pizzas are FULLY LOADED with toppings - so tantalizing! - $4.50 for two slices and a drink - $32 for two extra large pizzas to go - Speedy service

Not bad but not that good, either. The location off Cambie often has a gummy crust. The one at Briand Commercial is OK.

Our picky 6yo son will eat some variant of this dish most of the time. The restaurant is gorgeous - brightly lit, classy, and arranged on two floors, each with a dedicated kitchen. The upstairs even has an open kitchen. Despite feeling very upscale, the restaurant is super welcoming to all, from families with kids, after-work crowds, folks on dates, and even well-dressed stockbrokers discussing their latest trades. The food was outstanding and had inspirations from Italian, Mexican and Japanese influences: 1. The kid's cheese pizza turned out really good - thin crust, Neapolitan style with slightly charred puffy crust from the wood oven. Our son ate most of it before the brick-chicken arrived! 2. The smaller dishes are meant to be shared - the Japanese Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Cauliflowers are good sides for a protein-rich entree. Wife ordered the lighter Baja Scallops and enjoyed them. 3. The star of the dinner was the Brick-Pressed half chicken. Crispy seared crust and super-moist meat underneath. Unlike many places they added a bit of spice from the chilis and even mixed in some beef tallow for additional richness. Our son enjoyed it too, and was not fazed by the slight heat from the chilis. A crispy skin always elevates a chicken! Highly recommend Nightingale for epic food, great service, and welcoming vibe. Reservations are available but make them early. The restaurant was packed even on a Wednesday evening!

Service was very quick, friendly and engaging. I really liked the chicken nice coating and crisp to it. Pizza was underwhelming - tasted a bit burnt to be frank. rest of the dishes had nice flavor - however didn't have much of a wow factor - Good place to try out - maybe one day will be back to explore the menu -

They quickly jumped at my presence and returned to their stations as if they're caught slacking off. First idea was to order a deep dish but a few moments later upon entry I decided otherwise. I opted for 2 slices and a pop. Meatloaf and cheese. The sever didn't bother to warm them. They were dry and like old pizzas. Taste is okay/sub/average considering the price but very unlikely I will return.

I didn't have very high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the pizzas here. They offer a variety of veggie and meat pizzas that can be made with regular crust or deep dish style. We ordered a small deep dish margharita ($19.99) and a medium deep dish butter chicken ($23.99) pizza. Both weren't true deep dish pizzas, but the crust was nice and thick. I'd recommend the pizzas here to anyone who likes a breadier crust. My only minor complaint is that the pizzas didn't have enough sauce to complement the thick crust. The pizzas kept well for leftovers too. They tasted just as good the next day heated up in our toaster oven.
