Half chicken dressed with Mexican onions.

The chicken is as advertised, supreme. I had the half-chicken with Mexican rice and refried beans. The chicken was perfect, with just the right amount of spices. Served with three different salsas, so if you crave more heat, that's an option. Ambience is strip mall chic, so not a place to go on a date night.

Too oily to even eat, falling apart, very sloppy.

This is the worst experience I've had at this place, I will never return. My carne asada burrito was poorly put together, very oily tortilla, just falling apart. Tastes like a burned grill instead of carne asada. You know damn well you shouldn't have wrapped that burrito up and served it to anyone. Clean the fucking grill next time. Whoever made my burrito was very lazy. I called to speak with a manager and the woman Beatriz said there was no manager available. I want my refund for this, better hope I don't get sick. You lost a loyal customer.

Supreme chicken is aptly named. When a place has chicken in its name, that's what you should order. The chicken is fantastic. It's cooked to perfection and it's juicy. They use nice big chickens. I ordered the half chicken with two sides. Their "half" chicken is as much as many other places' whole chicken. My dad had the spare ribs. I tried them, too. I'm sorry to say, they were a miss. Stick to the chicken and you will be very happy. The sides were just OK. But did I mention the chicken? It's Supreme. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Most people used takeout but we ate on the premises. You order at the counter. They have a steady stream of people coming in who seem to be regulars, so that tells you a lot. It's a very simple place, and they keep it clean. Want some tasty charbroiled chicken? Supreme Chicken is the place to go.

Of course I had to try Supreme Chicken when it opened up near my house. I can't refuse chicken as it's my go to meat and the name of this place made it sound really good! I made a pickup order through grubhub and my order was ready within 30 minutes. I walked in the restaurant to pick up my food and wow is this place small. Also, it was pretty busy. There were about 4 tables and every seat was taken and there were multiple people in line wanting to make an order. I must have been the only person that placed an online order because the nice lady at the front knew exactly what I ordered without even asking my name. For $15.50 (including tax) I got 1/2 a grilled chicken, two 8 oz. sides and a few tortillas. I think that's definitely a great value for the amount of food you get. However, the food fell short. Although the chicken looked beautiful and was moist, there was hardly any flavor. Unfortunately, the macaroni salad and mexican rice lacked flavor as well. Again, the macaroni salad looked tasty, but once I took the first bite I tasted absolutely nothing. I would have to say that the rice was the best part. It had the most flavor, but could still use some more. If everything had more flavor I would be a happy camper. I believe this place can be great with some fine tuning, but it just wasn't up to par with my taste buds.

Assembled tacos, meat was very juicy, cilantro was fresh, tortillas were thin and tasty!

Wow! The food here is amazing! Ordered the whole chicken and Barbacoa, with sides of rice & beans, salsas, tortillas, cilantro, & onions. Chicken was juicy and the skin was nicely charred. Barbacoa came in a container with all of the juices, had leftovers and those yummy liquids was absorbed by the meat. Rice was mexican style and chorizo beans tasted like more. Love that I was able to make my own tacos and have a plate of food as an alternative. Food lasted 3 days for me and my wife and this meal was worth every penny!

We ordered smothered…read morebrisket fries, pulled pork sandwich, smoked wings, mac and cheese, potato salad, and a hot dog. (Yes, it was too much food!) The brisket fries were easily my favorite; they were smothered with the perfect amount of cheese, queso, and I'm so happy to report they did not skimp on the brisket! The mac and cheese was colored green for st pattys which was originally off putting, but if you can get past the color, it was delicious. The employees were super friendly and very helpful when answering our questions. And the food was prepared incredibly quickly, so we had very little wait time.

My dad always said when you stop for Q, you should at least smell something in the air, I should have listened! I ordered smoked chicken and a brisket sandwich yes I was hungry. I was asked for sides, I didn't need them but they came with everything. I picked mashed potatoes, green chile Mac and some beans. I'll start with the sides, mashed was good could have used a touch more butter but that's just me, not a deal breaker. Green chile Mac was creamy with huge chunks of chiles which I was surprised by and it actually worked really well and even had some for a snack later that night. Now the baked beans, not really working, had an off taste a bit too soupy and what I think was sliced hot dogs.. ahhhh not good at all. I've seen that combo work but the restaurant used a sausage type or bits of brisket, in this case that wouldn't have saved it. Time for what hurt the most the chicken. You know the feeling when your stomach and mind wants something, you are to go, mouth set for a taste explosion but what I received made the Sahara look like an oasis. Chicken was so dry and even the skin was like leather and the half a chicken reminded me of a Cornish hen but that doing a disservice to the hen! Just overall DRY and for a Saturday I'd expected it to be just off the smoker at noon alas nothing was accurate in my opinion. I was just MAD! I expected more based upon reviews. I'm thinking that the chicken was old maybe cooked a few days earlier and not wrapped up tight.. either way I was disappointed! The brisket sandwich was fair but again for a spot that has good reviews and awards something was off! And again channeling my Dad an original OG Q' master his words always echo. Your meat should be cooked and seasoned well enough that you don't use bbq sauce. Bbq sauce is used only to cover up bad Q! Again that's my frame of reference! Overall, the neighborhood needs a good bbq restaurant but right now, you all need to re-access and come out swinging this was not your best day!!!

They don't have plates or much silverware which was a bit weird (lots of to go boxes though) but other than that this place is so worth checking out. Clean restaurant. The guys working that evening were super accommodating and had good energy. There was a small wait for my food but I didn't mind at all. There is plenty of seating if you want to stay and dine or you can call ahead and do a to go order. This would be a good place for groups and watching sporting events or enjoying the music. I went with the smoked sausage, ribs, green chili mac and cheese with baked beans. The sides were all good, the smoked sausage was the stand out and the ribs could be better. I do understand the difference between a little char and burnt pieces, however mine were more burnt and it was a detractor from the ribs. I ended up trying to pull that part off and eat the softer parts. In the game of bbq, you're gonna have a few pieces that are in direct heat and have more flame exposure, just don't give those pieces to me. Capable of cash, card and contactless payments with no hidden surcharges like many places seem to be doing. The portions were plenty and enough to share or to make two meals if you're watching your intake. Parking is along the street and pay attention to the signs. Some areas have time limits and there's a garage nearby if you choose. I drove by because on the main street, it seems unassuming until you're looking for their signage. Around the corner are other businesses and some residences so it threw me off a bit. If in the area, I would dine here again to explore more of the menu. Of course, if you go later in the day, the chance that they'll run out of an item is higher.
