I NEVER write a negative review, but in this case I had to SHARE my VERY BAD experience with Superstar movers. It happened that we needed to move twice within 6 month interval. Fir the first move we've had Florin, and besides he was 5 hours late, he worked hard, quick, and protected all the furniture and mattresses or the move (all belongings we packed ourselves before the movers arrived). He disassembled all bulky items and put it back together. So besides the fact he was so late to arrive for our move, we decided to hire him for the second move. We checked with Florin his availability for the day a month prior, he confirmed he will do the move. I checked in 2 days before the move just to make sure everything will go smoothly. I was promised 3 guys for this second move. We packed all our belongings again. On the moving day 2 unknown individuals showed up instead of Florin. We were told he was not available, had to go somewhere. That was Richard and young absolutely inexperienced mover. They hardly disassembled any furniture, were not protecting (wrapping) anything. When I asked about protection, I was told it was not needed. When they reached my baby grand piano they had to detach the legs in order to carry it out. The younger mover started to disassemble it, but ruined the screw heads by using 5he tools inappropriately (my husband saw how it himself), but we were told that the screws are damaged and they can't do it, won't do it, they don't have the right tools. My husband was sent to Home Depot near by to get the instrument and the screws. He brought them and somehow the legs were detached. During all this drama my mattresses were dragged on the ground by the second person, stepped on (I have show prints), and loaded on the track. Surprisingly our belongings won't fit into the track, even though we decided not to take with us a second bed and both nightstand. The TV, the printer, and a lot of other staff were loaded into my car and into my husband's car all the way up to the ceilings. How come? It turns out we've got the smaller truck for you. And the right tools are in the bigger truck. How convenient on the day of our move the right truck is not available with the right tools and the right people! I have no doubts Florin was moving someone else in the bigger truck, with the right tools and with 3 people that I was promised. Finally we arrived to our new home, and now Richard refuses to assemble my furniture. He can't attach the piano legs and threatened me he'll leave it just like that. He refuses to assemble the only bed too. He complains that his truck has brake problems and he has to leave. They carrying our boxes on themselves without any personal protection whatsoever and complaining the boxes are too heavy! All the furniture they carry on themselves, not disassembled, not using any devices and complain it is too heavy! So he makes me to beg him to assemble the bed (I have nowhere to sleep otherwise) and he does put it together, but very poorly. Needless to say the bigger problem was the piano legs. Again, complaining there are no tools, screws, G-d knows what else was missing, he attaches 2 out 4 screws to each leg. He leaves 12 heavy boxes in the garage refusing to bring them up. Charges me a fortune, almost double of what Florin charged me for! The damage: my both mattresses are soiled with the dirt that does not come off with vacuuming or baking soda, there are their foot prints on the top of each, all furniture has deep scratches, there are scratches on the freshly painted walls, on the staircase. Thanks G-d we protected our new hardwood floors with the paper, otherwise they would be scratched too. And of course, I had someone to reassemble my bed and reattach the piano legs before it collapses. My sofa has newly appeared black fingerprints, I will have to hire a professional to remove them and the dirt from the mattresses. I was waiting for two weeks to come down. I complained to Florin about this disservice, but the only thing he did is apologized. And I am left with all this damage..... read more

As soon as I found out I was going to be moving to an apartment on the third floor with no elevator, I knew I was going to need movers. My only previous experience with movers was when I helped my grandmother move and they were okay, but they also nickel and dimed her for everything. After that negative experience, I turned to Yelp to find out more information and request quotes from different companies, this company was the ONLY one that took the time to call me back. Florin's customer service from the first phone call to the last thank you, was exceptionally professional, honest and patient as he answered ALL of my questions. The day of the move, I had both Florin and Jarbin assisting with the move and it couldn't have gone any smoother. From the moment they arrived, they introduced themselves to everyone (I had family present to help unpack) and went straight to work. All of my belongings arrived safely to my new apartment and I paid EXACTLY what I was expecting to. All the plastic, moving blankets, extra tape and anything else I needed was included and there were no hidden charges. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs movers! Move It All did an exceptional job. This guys know what they are doing. Me and my husband couldn't take the day off work and today was our last day to get the move done. We had no idea what we were going to do since our 3 bedroom apartment had lots of heavy furniture and nothing was packed. We called Move It All Movers and we scheduled an appointment the next day. They showed up on time, packed everything we had, and wrapped everything. They worked super hard and moved my 3 bedroom apartment with nothing damaged in less than 6 hour. While all the other moving companies pay their customers to leave reviews, Move It All didn't ask for it.... They truly deserve 10 stars if Yelp allowed me to. Definitely recommend!!! read more

Hey guys! After a long unpack and finally settling in the new place, I want to say that I am extremely pleased with how amazing the Super Star Movers were! Very fast, efficient and eager to help. They took so much stress out of this big move for my family and I. They went above and beyond and carried a smile and great attitude the whole time. Professionalism at the highest level. If you're looking for a an amazing deal with some truly great guys, these are your men! Florin and Richard were able to help me save some money and were very helpful and friendly. If i could choose 10 stars for this company I would. Superstar Movers were great from the beginning until the end. I moved from Irvine to Oregon and everything went sooo smooth. In the beginning , they answered all my questions and there was no pressure to go with them like the other companies did. Very friendly, they wrapped everything, loaded the truck and unloaded everything without breaks. Nothing was damaged and the price was the same as they promised. Guys I would 100% recommend this company. I don't plan on moving anytime soon but if I do, I won't shop around I will choose them again. Thank you guys for your great service!! read more

The owner refused to give us any compensation for a broken dryer door hinge that was broken due to pressure against the dryer door. The owner told us after we got our dryer fixed with his verbal approval and later took it back and claimed he cannot give compensation since we didn't use his authorized vendor. In the end we did not claim all the many broken items we just wanted some type of compensation for our dryer. This company has bad business practices. read more

The superstar movers are really the best people I've ever hired for finishing up a move. After some searching online, I decided to give them a ring in the evening and scheduled them to come the next morning at 8. To my surprise, they came a little before time! (I thought that if I asked them to come at 8, they'd be there by 9 but I was wrong!) But anyways, They're really punctual and finished on their given time as well. It was something similar to what I'd say German efficiency, and it was amazing. I hope other movers learn from them, the experience itself was worth the money. read more
