They were prompt, courteous and extremely careful with all of our belongings. After making the trek I had to hire a different moving company to unpack and unload the truck, which was literally filled to the brim. If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a disaster and the most unprofessional movers I have ever experienced that made for the most stressful move I've ever done. First, they never call to confirm what time they will be there, I had to call multiple times and then they show up 3-1-/2 hours late! With only 2 guys when I booked 4. Then half my stuff doesn't even get moved so I lose a deposit on storage. Then, they dump all the trash from a previous pickup at my BRAND NEW COMPLEX!!! It is illegal for them to dump there and now being fined from my complex that I've been in less then 24 hours because of these criminals! Unfortunately I can't even rate this company. Everything started out ok but little did I know they packed there truck so tight that it out pressure on many of our things that broke. The owner refused to give us any compensation for a broken dryer door hinge that was broken due to pressure against the dryer door. The owner told us after we got our dryer fixed with his verbal approval and later took it back and claimed he cannot give compensation since we didn't use his authorized vendor. In the end we did not claim all the many broken items we just wanted some type of compensation for our dryer. This company has bad business practices. read more

AWESOME service by awesome folks. This is a long overdue review for work done back in December of 2017. My husband and I were very impressed by the folks that helped us move our belongings into a storage unit. They were on time, had a great attitude, listened to specific requests, were careful with our furniture pieces (and were careful not to drag them on our new floor) and just kept working until the very end. Their expertise also shows in the way they organized and loaded their truck - maximum use of space and the items did not really shift en route to the storage unit. I will never hire anyone else to move ever again. These guys ARE superstars. I have always done the moving myself and had no idea what to expect, but they rocked it. Florin and Marc arrived on time, even with short notice. My house was a mess and I was stressed out. Their manner was calming and they gave me direction so I could give them direction. They made me feel less overwhelmed and got to work right away. I feel like every box, every piece of furniture they packed was treated as if it was their own. They wouldn't let me do much and kept reminding me that this was what they were there for. The move felt smooth and effortless. I have moved many times, and hired quite a few movers. This was one of the best moving experiences I have had. I can't remember the managers name, but him and Marcel did the move for us. The funny part was my neighbor was moving at the exact same time I was, so I got see side-by-side how much better Superstar Movers is than most companies. Not a single item was damaged. We used Superstar Movers to pack our room and storage and move them into a moving POD for an out of state move. We had Marcel and Florin, they were fantastic! It was our first time hiring professional packers/movers and they were worth every penny. Our POD arrived with all items intact, they did a great job and were enjoyable to talk and joke with through the long grueling process of moving :) The only hiccup was the 2 hour start delay. Pathetic service,booked two days back before moving , they were supposed to come at 11 in the morning but when they not show up , I called him at 11:30 am, first he told me that he would come around 1 o'clock, but his guys didn't showed up. I again called him then he said his guys would come around 7 PM .Again at 6.45 PM I called him to confirm,he said he will check and never called me back.Total lack of ethics and not trustworthy.I am assuming they overbooked and take advantage of people who are relying on them. I would not recommend them unless you want to be stuck at your apartment waiting for a full day with all your stuff packed. read more

The best moving company I have ever hired! I haved moved a couple of times. I was very concerned about moving, because I have my grandmother's antique bedroom set, which is old and easy to break. My friend told me his Co worker hired Move It All Movers and that he was very happy with their service. I called David and explained to him about moving the antique set, and he assured me that they knew how to handle old antique furniture. The moving day, after sighing papers David and his team got to work. I was so worried about the furniture, but after seeing how they handle the the antique furniture with care and delicacy, as if it was the own. I knew I didn't have to worry. The moving was easy, and smooth and without any damage, or scratches. They disassembled and reassembled the bed furniture. They also made sure everything was in the right place.I am 100% completely satisfied! And, I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! read more

Richard and Florence did a great job at moving our stuff today. Just one tip for people who want to move their items to the storage area for a while: make a list of the stuff like boxes, moving blankets and other stuff that you would like your stuff to be put in and ask upfront about details like whether it is included in the moving service or not, if not what is the price of all the extra stuff.. I wanted moving blankets wrapped around my stuff along with cellophane wrapping before putting into storage area so instead of buying them from the Home Depot I for 13 dollars each, I got 12 for 100 bucks from Richard. read more

Few things I hate more than moving. But, these guys made it super easy. They took great care when wrapping our stuff and making sure it didn't get scratched. I was super impressed with how they took my 60 inch tv, and wrapped it securely, then placed it perfectly on the truck so it didn't move around. I NEVER write a negative review, but in this case I had to SHARE my VERY BAD experience with Superstar movers. It happened that we needed to move twice within 6 month interval. Fir the first move we've had Florin, and besides he was 5 hours late, he worked hard, quick, and protected all the furniture and mattresses or the move (all belongings we packed ourselves before the movers arrived). He disassembled all bulky items and put it back together. So besides the fact he was so late to arrive for our move, we decided to hire him for the second move. We checked with Florin his availability for the day a month prior, he confirmed he will do the move. I checked in 2 days before the move just to make sure everything will go smoothly. I was promised 3 guys for this second move. We packed all our belongings again. On the moving day 2 unknown individuals showed up instead of Florin. We were told he was not available, had to go somewhere. That was Richard and young absolutely inexperienced mover. They hardly disassembled any furniture, were not protecting (wrapping) anything. When I asked about protection, I was told it was not needed. When they reached my baby grand piano they had to detach the legs in order to carry it out. The younger mover started to disassemble it, but ruined the screw heads by using 5he tools inappropriately (my husband saw how it himself), but we were told that the screws are damaged and they can't do it, won't do it, they don't have the right tools. My husband was sent to Home Depot near by to get the instrument and the screws. He brought them and somehow the legs were detached. During all this drama my mattresses were dragged on the ground by the second person, stepped on (I have show prints), and loaded on the track. Surprisingly our belongings won't fit into the track, even though we decided not to take with us a second bed and both nightstand. The TV, the printer, and a lot of other staff were loaded into my car and into my husband's car all the way up to the ceilings. How come? It turns out we've got the smaller truck for you. And the right tools are in the bigger truck. How convenient on the day of our move the right truck is not available with the right tools and the right people! I have no doubts Florin was moving someone else in the bigger truck, with the right tools and with 3 people that I was promised. Finally we arrived to our new home, and now Richard refuses to assemble my furniture. He can't attach the piano legs and threatened me he'll leave it just like that. He refuses to assemble the only bed too. He complains that his truck has brake problems and he has to leave. They carrying our boxes on themselves without any personal protection whatsoever and complaining the boxes are too heavy! All the furniture they carry on themselves, not disassembled, not using any devices and complain it is too heavy! So he makes me to beg him to assemble the bed (I have nowhere to sleep otherwise) and he does put it together, but very poorly. Needless to say the bigger problem was the piano legs. Again, complaining there are no tools, screws, G-d knows what else was missing, he attaches 2 out 4 screws to each leg. He leaves 12 heavy boxes in the garage refusing to bring them up. Charges me a fortune, almost double of what Florin charged me for! The damage: my both mattresses are soiled with the dirt that does not come off with vacuuming or baking soda, there are their foot prints on the top of each, all furniture has deep scratches, there are scratches on the freshly painted walls, on the staircase. Thanks G-d we protected our new hardwood floors with the paper, otherwise they would be scratched too. And of course, I had someone to reassemble my bed and reattach the piano legs before it collapses. My sofa has newly appeared black fingerprints, I will have to hire a professional to remove them and the dirt from the mattresses. I was waiting for two weeks to come down. I complained to Florin about this disservice, but the only thing he did is apologized. And I am left with all this damage..... read more

Hiring movers used to be stressful as you watched 2 guys who didn't give a shit about your stuff or their jobs toss boxes marked fragile onto the truck. Florin and Marcel were the complete opposite. They wrapped every item in plastic and blankets. They were extra careful with fragile items. While careful, they were very quick...they were also friendly throughout the process and asked several times if things were going up to expectations.
