I should have learned my lesson the first time I got a terrible cut at this location, but I tried to be positive and not reflect that all will do the same as the last. BUT I WAS WRONG. Hair is an extremely important part of how someone feels. If your hair is good your confidence level rises 100%. If it looks terrible, the world has come to an end, it's a black hawk down and everything on your calendar is cancelled. Going to work is a dreaded event and you are reminded every time you go to try and fix the haircut a licensed professional has screwed up. It is even 10 times worst when you have short hair and the cutter can only try to remedy their mistake so far. I left with a crouching tiger hidden dragon haircut. I have an A line haircut and my sides had grown too long so I asked for just my sides to be a little trimmed up and this guy cut off all of the back of my hair! I can see my scalp on one side...there are chunks missing....WTF? The A looks like a P. I am literally lop sided and the left is so short I do not want the other side cut that short to try and fix it. So I am stuck. I can not even bump it with my mini flat iron that I normally use. Even a week since the massacre it has taken everything in me from not going back in there to give him my thoughts. After all what will that do? Which is why I am warning others. I was so upset and he clearly knew what he did was wrong so he quickly pushed me out the door before the my time bomb went off and I made a scene. It is even more evident now how bad a job this man did and I am terrified to go into another place a month from now when hopefully my left side grows back. By the way it does no good to complain to the District Manager because clearly they are still hiring the wrong people. Thanks Supercuts. I will thank you every time I never return. read more

I was looking for an affordable, clean location for a haircut-I chose this Supercuts mostly because it's near where I live. I was pleasantly surprised by the expert service I received from Lisa, a stylist here. My only surprise came from the fact that their prices are on par with the fancier salons in the area. This location for Supercuts is not the best experience I had. The stylist that shaved my head was not knowledge and was too afraid to use the hair clippers to shave down to stubbles. He was not that great but friendly and nice guy. I would hope they can shape things up to have better stylists and knowledgeable. read more

I don't expect to be wow'd by a haircut from Supercuts, but I at least expect the cut to be symmetrical! I asked for a trim and then some light layers with long bangs (chin-length). The trim alone took nearly 30 minutes as it seemed she was counting each individual strand on my head. You'd expect with such attention to detail that both sides of my head would at least be symmetical but she cut more "bangs" on one side of my head than the other in a completely botched attempt at layers. Definitely not interested in ever returning. read more

This is the worst haircut ever! I have been growing my hair out from a pixie for the last year and finally had grown it to almost shoulder length. I asked the hair stylist (who I overheard say she had only been there for 2 weeks) that I needed the hair the back of my neck off my collar because that is the regulation when I wear my military uniform. I also said I wanted to keep the length in the front because I had been growing it out for a while, I just wanted more a bob shape because it was looking kind of shapeless. The stylist then held the comb up to the back of by neck and asked "up to here?" to which I answered, "I can't see where you're pointing because I can't see back there". She repeated this question 2 more times, I guess varying the length, but again, I cannot see the back of my head. Then I told her "I just need it off my collar so I can wear my hair down in uniform". She then half-heartedly cut all of my hair in a strange, shapeless, uneven cut that was way too short, I now cannot even tuck my hair behind my ears and it is driving me nuts because it keeps falling in my face. I pointed out to her that I thought it was uneven 3 times, after which she arbitrarily trimmed some pieces of hair and the cut is still noticeably uneven. The entire process took all of 15-20 minutes. I have never had a hair appointment take less than an hour because of the shear volume of hair I have,even when I go to Cost Cutters or Supercuts. I told her I didn't like the length and I still thought it was uneven, but it got to a point where I just didn't want her touching my hair any more. I left without having her dry it because I knew I would hate it even more and there was nothing I could do. When I got home and it dried I realized I looked like a little kid who tried to cut their own hair. I can honestly say I have never gotten a truly "bad" haircut and I really am not fond of complaining, but I am now embarrassed to be seen by anyone because my haircut is comparable to that ugly girl in that move "Atonement", which my boyfriend has stated he hates on a number of occasions. I was also set back a good 6 to 8 months of progress growing my hair out. I am going to schedule a visit with a stylist that I usually use, but didn't this time because I could not afford it at the moment, but not looking this stupid any more however, is worth the charge to my credit card. read more

Angelique definitely knows what she's doing! All I asked for was a simple crew cut that is usually done with only a trimmer but she styled my cut by hand with scissors by hand and it looks awesome! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. read more

Worst haircut I have EVER had!!!! After visiting many salons over the years expensive and inexpensive I found a girl named Ashley at this supercuts on 20th st. and camelback. I loved her and have been going there for the past 2 years. I recently moved and took a special trip all the way from Mesa to see her and found out she had moved. I decided to take a chance a have another girl do my hair (I have long, thick coarse hair). I always let them know up front how specific I am when it comes to my hair and how I want it. I am always in that chair for AT LEAST an hour if not more when someone does my hair....this lady cut my hair in about 15 minutes and said "OK, is that it?" I looked at her startled, looked at my hair and asked if she even put all the layers I asked for and she just said yea, then I asked her to feather the front of my hair and she literally got the scissors went down both sides next to my face and said "There. That it?" I was done I did NOT want her to touch my hair again so I said yes. I HATED my cut, she left my hair thick on top, long and thin on the bottom and gave me those gross blunt layers that look like someone just chopped my hair straight across. She needs her license revoked. Now I need to let my hair grow for another 6 months before I get it cut again. That is how bad she left it. My sister also went and had another lady do her hair, she was not excited about her cut either! I will NEVER go to this salon again!!!! Warning-If you see a chunky short lady, bad attitude, curly red and brown short hair DO NOT SIT DOWN! If anyone knows where Ashley went please let me know! read more

I have cut my hair twice here and before everything was perfect The girls were very nice very polite and patient but on this occasion Vicky the stylist got really upset because I used my phone had a emergency call so she didn't finish the job appropriately, she rushed through it, she didn't even clean up with a warm towel like they always do. When I brought it up she argued with me saying that I was rude and that customers are not always right. I never got on her way of cutting my hair I just didn't talk to her while she was working on my hair cut and is my thought she took it personal. read more

This is not your average Supercuts. It's a very nice, upscale location and everyone here is so nice. I've been going for the past 5 years or so, to see Andy. He is insanely good and has an amazing following (book ahead). If Andy is on vacation I'll see Lisa, as she has also been here for many years and her customers rave about her as well. Use their app or call in to book ahead so that you don't have a long wait. It's worth it, and you too will come to love this little gem. I'm new to the area and read some reviews of this location before I went. Some good and some bad but enough good ones for me to give it a try. I walked in right behind another customer so there was two of us in line. The gentleman who came over to the counter to check us In took the customer in front of me telling him "you have two people in front of you it will be 20mins." I walked up next and he said to me "you will wait 1 hour, there's 3-4 people ahead of you". I have no problem waiting I'm a patient person. But when you come off rude towards me when I watched you be polite to the person in front of me, that's when I get irritated. And you add a range # of people ahead of me when you tell the person in front of me something different. I understand the feeling of being busy and overwhelmed but don't take it out on a customer that walked in for a service (what your at super cuts to do). I walked out, not worth the wait if he was rude to me the second I walked in, can't imagine how the rest of the service would have gone. read more

I normally go to this location for a trim and it has been a good experience but my experience with JAI was AMAZING!!! He truly cares, and has an excellent ability to know what was right for me. I have received so many compliments and should have done this long ago. I got my hair cut shorter, colored and my eyebrows waxed. I feel my haircut makes me look younger, my eyes stand out and the contrast between my hair and skin looks so much better. I appreciate that he was honest and took the extra time to advise me.
