I went to a stylist that I previously loved. The appointment was not in her schedule despite me booking online. Had to wait 45 min after my scheduled appt. Color is not what I wanted . We talked about blond highlights, but I was thinking carmel would be great too. The haircut is also not what I wanted. She kind of just went with what she wanted. I kept waiting for her to ask me what I wanted for a haircut and than all of a sudden she said we are done. Communication is key. Having my haircut redone at another salon tomorrow. read more

Dropped in for a dry trim yesterday. First time in. After making an appointment online I was taken right on time as scheduled. It was quick and easy. The shop was clean and empty. This place sucks. Went in there this morning and the place was empty except for the brainless girl working there. She asked me if I had a reservation and a mask. Huh? She made it clear even though the place is empty she would not cut my hair without a mask and reservation. I get she's clueless but last time I was there the person was at least nice but borderline competent. Theyre all fresh out of haircutting school I guess. She couldnt do a buzz with a proper side and back fade. Had little tufts of hair where it was supposed to blend in. So they cant cut hair and dont want your business. I've been going to supercuts since they first opened. I have never had a bad haircut from them. they used to be fully staffed (all of them) now you are lucky if there are 2 people there. started going to this one after mine closed. getting a haircut is hit and miss. if you show up when they open sometimes you can get right in but most of the time forget it. if you don't have an appointment they can't see you for 1 to 2 hours, and there is usually only one person there. Thankfully I am moving maybe I can find some place with better service near my new house. read more

Thought I'd impulsively get a haircut. The place was quiet, and I decided not to be off-put by the stylist who checked me in being rude. So while he was clipping a customer ahead of me, 3 stylists finished their cuts and then got very very very very very very involved with getting their equipment absolutely spotless. When I looked inquiringly in their direction, they glared & turned away. All I'd done was sit quietly with a magazine! Once it became clear that my only option would be the stylist who'd already decided he couldn't understand my speech, I thanked the shop politely and left. If I looked like crap, it's because I needed a haircut! I guess I should figure I dodged a bullet, as who knows what this rude shop would have decided it was okay to do to my hair. read more

I went in just to get my sides faded. The gentleman cutting my hair was being pretty rough (I should have said something) but I also know that I can be tender headed so I tried to ignore it. When I left, I paid and tipped him; I didn't get a receipt but didn't think too much about asking for one. By the time I got home, my head was burning in multiple spots. I looked into the mirror to find multiple areas of irritation and that he had cut me along almost the entire length of my neckline. Since I don't have a receipt there's not much I can do. But I will not be back, it really sucks when a service that is supposed to help you feel good ends up doing the exact opposite! read more

Got a wonderful haircut here a few years ago. Was in town a last week and some young guy who acted like he was a Beverly Hills stylist cut my hair and did a total screwup. The Worst Haircut I Have Ever Grieved Over Was Here! What is it about cheap or inexpensive? Does that mean they are all rejects from the Hair Cut Academy or what?....I think I could have cut my hair better if I could have stood behind myself and had sheers. I guess in this case, I got what I paid for...The haircut was a disaster, even when I explained to the woman to just cut a 1/4 inch off everywhere for shape, she cut the hair down to 1/4 inch from my scalp!!!!!$#@@!##@!#@ I was soooo P*SSED! Well... I wasn't sure if I wanted to get my hairs clipped, but after some deliberation, I went to Supercuts with my roommate. The place is nice. The staff is nice. My haircut is not nice. After asking for short sides and a blended cut, with little off the top. I came out looking like I have a "Can I speak to your manager?" haircut.
