This is the first time I've come back to Super Nails expecting a different outcome than my last, but unfortunately the results were the same. They had to repaint my toenails because there were OBVIOUS hiccups in the evenness of the paint, and they charged me $10 for this ugly job. Secondly, my shellac nails have bubbles and uneven coloring as well. $30 total for a job that was worth $5. I will never come here again. They had no customers but was rushing with my nails for absolutely no reason at all. I tipped $5 and wish I had spent it on a smoothie across the street instead. I came here with my mom last week since she has been going to this place for years. I had the man John do my shellac nails and a basic $35 shellac pedicure as well. He started with the pedicure and cut my nails extremely crooked, and seemed as though he was in a rush, even though the store had just opened at 10am. He was massaging my legs so hard I ended up with bruises on them the next day, and he burned me with the wax he put on my feet. Once he finished and started on my shellac nails, he had misshaped them whenever I had asked for a coffin shape and all of them were different sizes, and there was acrylic still left under the nail he didn't drill away. He was extremely rough, and just today three of the nails popped off with complete ease (I was simply buttoning my jeans), and so I just ended up popping off the rest. It was a complete waste of money, not to mention I was charged $90 for both services all together. I'm unsure as to why I was charged $65 for a basic shellac set with only one color and no extra designs when they were supposed to be priced at $35, but I am extremely disappointed and will never be coming to this place ever again. Went and got a Deluxe pedicure for $35 and left a $15 tip... I sat with my toes underneath the light for almost and hour gossiping with my cousin and got into my car to see that the Polish was all messed up! I called while in the parking lot and I was told to come in the next day to get a re polish! I returned today to get told to pick a color and when I did they said that I needed to find the same color to paint over them! If anyone has ever gone to a nail place then they know that the colors are all mixed up if they are not being used! Seriously... I need to look through all the colors to find the exact OPI color that I do t remember the name of!!!??? To cover them up I could have just stayed at home and painted them myself! got pedicures here for the first time. came on a sunday a little after closing (6pm) but they still took us. i got to soak my feet while my niece had hers started right away. i hadnt had a pedicure in a long time so i was over due for one! after soaking my feet for 15 mins they guy that did mine scrubbed and took off all the dry dead skin for 10+ mins. he did a great job. filed my toes, cut my cuticles and then lotioned me up for the warm towel service. my warm towel service was rushed...only lasted a little over a minute before he wiped off the lotion and seaweed mask. afterwards he gave me a couple of layers of the polish i selected and then cleaned up the mistakes. stuck me under the uv light to dry. whole pedicure lasted a little over 45 mins. my niece's pedi is still going...id say hers was definitely worth the money for time spent actively getting her pedicure! she got french tip, so i would have added an extra 5 mins, but shes going on an hour of getting an active pedi! would come back and would recommend to others! spa pedicure is $25 deluxe pedicure is $35 there were a couple of other options. will add pic of price list. read more

They did a very good job took their time. The shops is small and at the end of the shpping center next to Target. You would miss it if you weren't looking for it. Only other thing is they are alittle pricey. read more

Eddie was very sweet and gentle. However, I can't say I'm happy with the service. I got gel French manicure. They turned out pretty, but it seems it was only lightly coated. Within 24 hours, the paint already was chipping off. Within 2 days, the nails started to brown. The cost of the manicure was $35 and feel like the quality was not good. Not sure if it was the polish was good or if it needed more coating. I've had gel manicures and they lasted much longer. Eddie's customer service was excellent, but I had to go to another salon to get the nails redone. read more

The ONLY nail salon in San Marcos worth my time! I've been to almost every other one and had them constantly break and chip. The lady here is so sweet, very hard working and does a wonderful Job. She does get busy because there are only 2 employees so appointments are always best. But she's great! And they have so many options like SNS, gel, shellac, solar, etc. Absolutely 0 complaints. I came here to get my nails done and i love how nice everyone was, as soon as i walked in they were able to take me in to get acrylics. they look super nice and the lady that did my nails was very cooperative and nice. I am for sure coming here again. read more

The older lady tried telling me that she couldn't give me a refill on my colored powder acrylic nails because I had them done else where and the color wouldn't match. It was the exact same as the other place. Then proceeded to tell me that when they do refills they only out the powder in the back and not a fresh coat over the whole nail. Went to have my nails done here on 7/24 for my wedding on 7/30. I walked in with a picture and asked if they could do exactly like the picture, otherwise I would go somewhere else. They said "yes". They did my toes and then proceeded to do my finger nails. Half way through my finger nails, they determined that the really couldn't do them and did I want something else. I felt stuck at this point and didn't know what to do. I reluctantly said yes, even though my idea of my nails was shattered. They made me pay full price even though I didn't get what I wanted. I went home and hated the whole experience. I ended up going somewhere else who could do the picture. The other nail salon pointed out that this nail salon did a horrible job. The polish was on my cuticles and was already pealing. It was thick in some places and thin in others. It even had a hair sealed in the polish. WOW! NEVER going here again. read more
