I was going to a place in Rialto but it was good but inconsistent. So I started coming here since my mom comes here and she's super picky. Lol I love it. I got my eyelashes done by Wendy and she used nail glue on my eye lashes and they burned so bad I couldn't open my eyes for over 5 mins I was so scared I had Siri call my cousin to come get me on top of that it's been 3 days and I still can't get the lashes off I've tried everything my actual lashes are pulling and they hurt really bad I asked her if she had sensitive glue and she told me yes... my cousin got hers done before me a few days before and told me not to go to her but I did any way and I truly regret it. I took a break from getting my nails done so I am nail shop shopping. I did a fill at this shop,Replaced two nails,gel polish and was charged 35.00. Nails must have gotten real expensive. Before I left I asked the lady how much will it be for my next fill. She stated 37.00. Not sure why it would be more for less work. Do they just charge whatever price that comes to their mouths? I had an appointment for a pedicure and didn't get my pedicure until an hour later and the lady who did my nails seemed to be inexperienced. I understand they were understaffed but by the time she got to me my feet were really shriveled. My big toes were cracked and i asked her if she could put acrylic and to make them squared. One was round and the other was too long squared. After i asked her 3 times to fix it she complained and said she already did. I still don't like the shape but I was afraid to say anything again because she already looked at me annoyed. she tried her best and I appreciate it but one toe was still pointier than the other one. read more

I came here after a different nail salon gave away my appointment. Even though I should have been more clear on wanting a gel manicure rather than a full set of gel nails, they were very rude at this place. At first, the older man who started putting on a full set was very kind and welcoming. The extra star is for him. However, I remember telling him that I wanted gel nail polish on my natural nails before he had started. When I pointed it out again, he quickly got upset which is understanding since he had already done a couple nails but I felt I wasn't understood from the beginning. Not to mention the purple liquid and powder he was using was stinging my fingers for some reason. Needless to say, I got a regular manicure instead of a gel manicure since it was a Friday evening and I had no time to go elsewhere or waste anymore time. The nail tech was a bit rude and I could tell they were talking about me in their native language. I wish I would have tipped the older man for the couple nails he did and ran out of there. People make mistakes and it's not like he had done all of my nails. The worst part is that the regular manicure is already peeling after one day. Aside from my experience, this place didn't seem very sanitary and it's also very small with hardly any air circulation. They also didn't have me wash my hands prior to getting started. This nail salon is amazing. Went in for the works, gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrow threading and even ended up getting lash extensions. I am extremely happy with the service and the quality of my nails and lashes. I have gotten so many compliments on my lashes alone. Wendy and Ana are the best! I have been to this salon a few times and I have never had any problems. I went on Dec 5 and my normal girl or guy wasn't there and I really needed my nails done. So I went with someone new and she did tell me that she didn't know how to do the hombre (which I wanted) but she would try, considering I brought a picture of what I wanted. It was a horrible experience she was to concerned with what was being talked to around her to worry about the job she was doing with my nails. In turn my nails came out horrible they looked like a french tip instead of hombre and they were lumpy and not smooth. I was really frustrated because she took a very long time which normally I wouldn't mind if my nails were on point. there was a lot of acrylic left around the top of my nails and I asked her to please clean them up and she tried but couldn't get the whole thing off. which i had to do when i got home. a few days later i noticed my fingers were really dry under the nail and they only got worse the days after. finally i couldn't take it and i had to take them off. my skin had literally peeled off and was hurting. I went the next day to the shop and spoke to the manager. She told me she had never seen this and was i sure i got them done at her salon. I was pissed and frustrated because i really didn't expect anything to be done but an apology and maybe my $56 back. She even called the girl who did my nails and they were both like " no we are professional ". This is not professional. Please I would advise to make sure you see them use clean files and drill parts to do your nails. My fingers are still killing me. read more

Place was ok and staff was nice but it was a lil too pricey for what I got. I got a full set which was reasonable price. Than I asked for gel nail polish, it was 13.00 just for polish. I have never paid that much for gel!! Then I noticed ridges in some nails and told him, he added top coat and at the time it looked fine, but later I noticed it went back. She basically humiliated me in front of everyone the guy that I was going to do my gel color with told me he didn't know how to paint red nails so that I had to wait for someone else all he did was a mani and Linda say my toes after Wendy nails ruined them and said that I wasn't welcomed in the nail spa, that no one wanted to do my nails. All her and Michael do now is argue in front of customers she's rude and demeaning I never stepped foot in there after that day. I left in tears. read more

Only come here for eyebrows. Linda always does a great job! If it's your first time coming here she will charge $13 not including tip but she will tell you if you come every 2 weeks she will charge you $10. Other places in the area are slightly cheaper usually $7-10 but I'm willing to pay extra because she takes her time to make sure they come out perfect and she never rushes. The wait time is sometimes long 30-45mins on weekends and around 15mims during the week. One last thing bring CASH to avoid fees using their ATM machine read more

got my lashes done Saturday by wendy, my first time . it was horrible experience, never again . She put them on but kept saying I had small lashes . I asked her if it's best to wait or will it be fine to still do a whole set on me . Continued to say your good no problem look nice. well they were burning like crazy & I could feel picks , I told her but she was to much in a rush. to make a long story short , my eyes got infected , blood shot red & she glued them on my lids completely wrong . I had to go to urgent care , removed them. I paid 60.00 . I would not recommend this place for lashes . The glue & products are not the correct ones !!!!! this has never happened to me !!!!! read more

I was actually not pleased with my experience here. I usually get my eyebrows waxed in Riverside but since I moved I am looking for somewhere in Fontana. I waited about 15 min but they were busy...no problem. The lady takes me to the back and starts conversation asking if I had been there before and I told her no. She did my eyebrows which are extra thin now and then told me it would be 13 dollars since I had never been there but if I come back in two weeks she will charge me 10. Oh really?! Then I hand her my card and she says cash only and says i have to use the ATM (which would probably charge me 3 dollars). By the way there is no sign that says cash only. There is only one sign which says no checks. Anyways, machine doesn't read my card even though I had just used it so she says she will keep my ID and tells me go to the Chase atm across the way. There's about 5 cars in line for the single atm machine so I go to the liquor store instead,get cash back,then head back to the nail place. I give the man the money and he counts it then asks me how much she said. I told him 13 asked for my ID and left. I will never go back there. That was way too much work for some eyebrows. They need a sign thay says cash only and its 2015...get a card machine already!! read more

Have known about and visited this nail salon several times in the past. Each time I am here Linda is constantly complaining about her back and her wrist, as though she hates her job -- no one is forcing her do nails, so if it bothers her so much, why is she still doing them? Secondly, she likes to make easy money by waxing eyebrows, so she will CONSTANTLY AND REPEATEDLY interrupt the completion of a nail set or fill to perform eyebrow waxing for other clients. I understand the eyebrows/waxing jobs are fairly quick and easy, but my time is just as valuable to me as it is to clients coming in for waxing. The last straw was when I visited this salon for a fill. I went in on a Monday, and the salon was closed without notice. I went back on Friday, and as I have a long set of nails, Linda informed me that it would take to long to complete the job on a busy day before the weekend and asked me to come back the following Monday; I wasted my time going back the following Monday and Linda had Michael inform me that she did not want to do the nails because they take too long to finish! Linda did not even have the nerve to see me in person! If she felt the nails take too long to complete, she should have said something before I wasted a THIRD trip. LINDA DOES NOT APPRECIATE HER CUSTOMERS, and I will never return here for any additional services in the future. read more
