I have to update my negative review because the solar has been working very well and bills are usually $0 through the summer months and occasionally $9.00 per month if it isn't sunny. Also if the power goes out the battery works great and fridge, freezer some lights and electric sockets power on after only a few seconds using the battery power. The system would be perfect if we could still have water too but this is not possible because the pump is not compatible with the battery because it is 40 amps instead of 30. This is not Sunworks fault though For water the portable generator is necessary when the power goes out. I would highly recommend this company for solar power. read more

I had sunworks install my 20 solar panels in Oct. of 2013. I was told it came with 24/7 monitoring and a 25 year warrantee on Parts and Labor. I assumed the 24/7 Monitoring meant they would be alerted if a problem came up. But after a few down years I checked and saw a panel out (bad Micro inverter) so I called them. I had to cal them about 20 times at different times of the day and left messages before I got an answer. When you leave a message it says they are sorry they can not answer you during their business hours of 8-5pm but to leave a message and they will get back to you within 2 business days. It took me about a week to talk to someone. When I asked about the 24/7 monitoring they said that I had to look for problems and tell them, they did not monitor it. Seem like a bait and switch to me. They told me that I had to pay for the labor to get the new Micro inverter that my warrantee only covered parts. I asked them to show me that in my contract. They said they lost some contract and mine was one of them and this is their current policy. Lucky, I had a printed copy of the contract so I had to scan that and send it to them to have for their records. So, at this point I feel like I'm an untrained, unpaid employee of Sunworks. I have to monitor my system 24/7, spend about a week making phone calls to get a hold of them to tell them a panel is out, then I have to scan the warrantee and send it to them to prove that I don't have to pay for parts and labor. They told me it would take 2-4 week to get someone out to fix it, luckily it only took a about a week. So my panel was out just a few years and a couple weeks after I noticed it out. I currently have another panel acting strangely, reporting 1/10th production one day then 200% the next. I call them about 40 times, leave multiple message and finally get some one and they say my system is working perfectly. I point out the strange readings and they say that happens some times, it loses communication then catches up the next day. I wish I was taught this when I wasn't trained for the unpaid 24/7 monitoring job I didn't apply for. The person I got to talk to about this latest issue said the best time to call them is between 8:30am and 4:30pm because they do not answer the phone until 8:30am and leave most days at 4:30pm (but their recording says they are open form 8am to 5pm). I asked her about this and she said, "Yea we talked about changing that..."). So, don't go with Sun-You-Do-The-Work unless you want to be an unpaid employee who has to monitor your system 24/7 looking for errors then when you find one the real work starts trying to track them down, prove your warrantee they conveniently lost and schedule a repair. My solar system has been down for months. I reached out by email and the initial response was good. Someone was sent to my residence to troubleshoot in a little over a week and advised my Inverter was burned and a new one would take 2-3 weeks to replace. It has been almost 2 months and no one is answering my 5 emails or returning a call back after 4 messages. I reached out to SolarEdge and was advised the Inverter was sent to the contractor but returned to sender. I have to now hire another contractor to take care of the problem. Had roof replaced in early December 2023. Sunworks removed panels for re-roof end of November 2023 - happily taking $2600 for two hours worth of work. I then asked to get on schedule for reinstall when roof complete - could never get them to call back and put on schedule for reinstallation. When finally got an email reply from them December 20, 2023, they replied service department closed until January 22, 2024. Called company January 23 and there is now an automated voice message saying service department closed until February 20, 2024. Could not get through to any other department/live person. I tried to do business with Sundance Solar who are reps for Solcius Solar. I was promised a Spring 2022 install. Well it is now October 2022 and yep you guessed it....... Absolutely no solar is installed. I kept being told that my project was delayed because Xcel Energy had not gotten to Solcius what they neede d to be able to do the project. I was quite irritated to find out that Xcel Energy had completed and approved my solar project April 5, 2022. And they put it in writing. I found out July 15th that the Rep Deke Welling from Sundance Solar submitted the WRONG quantity of solar panels for my project. Then I was told it would be another 2 weeks to get all the paperwork straightened out. I repeatedly tried to contact Deke Welling the week of July 25th and yep you guessed it..... I still have had NO response at all. Then just a few days ago I get an email from Solcius trying to charge me a cancellation fee of $5011.80 for a project Solcius cancelled. I had no idea that they cancelled it. Now they are very forcefully trying to Coerce me into giving the ok to reactivate the project to get rid of the illegal fee they are trying to charge me.... Then they offered to reduce their nice illegal fee by $1500.00. Mind you this is after putting me on hold for Over 4 hrs, conveniently hanging up on me multiple times, continuing to transfer me from department to department because no one has the authority to fix this, very rudly talking over me, calling me by the wrong name continuously in the conversation, doing everything they could to try to tick me off to get me to hang up on them and then telling me they were going to put this bill into collections BEFORE THE ILLEGAL BILL IS EVEN DUE. Yes we can thank Anna and Samantha at Solcius for that. If every company could cancel your stuff and they be in breach of their own contract and then charge anyone a fee. Sunworks installed our solar system 14 months ago and this is the second time it's gone out. It took many many emails, text messages, voice mails, and a three month wait with no solar power generation before it was repaired. Here we are three months after the last repair and it's down again. Again, no power being produced, again many many calls to Sunworks, along with many texts and emails to at least get a tech sent out, but no resolution yet and no communication from Sunworks with status. The technician thinks the recently replaced inverter is out. He says the manufacturer, SolarEdge, wants to do some testing on their end before committing to replace the inverter again. Excuse me? Whomever is in charge at Sun Works should contact this vendor and remind them who the customer is and how time is money when the solar system we invested our retirement savings into isn't producing power. We understand systems can fail. What makes us sick is the ridiculous lack of customer service with Sunworks. We feel absolutely helpless when we see our system isn't working because we know we have to go to battle with this company to honor the warranty on the product they installed. read more

I got solar through SunWorks approximately 6 years ago. I was pleased with the process and the installation was well done. At that time, I was told my system was monitored and they would let me know if panels were not working to their fullest. I looked February/March to see how they were doing. I discovered on a sunny day I was getting almost no production. I immediately called and Could only get voicemail. Over the next few days I called over and over till finally getting someone. She advised that she had been hearing sell reps had been telling customers that for a long time, but it was incorrect. She said she would set up a service call for someone To contact me the following week. No one ever contacted me. I called back again and again till I got someone. She was nice and assisted me. She sent my info to a tech group to do a remote check. That took days. Finally they got back to me and said the problem was on my side. She advise the inveter needed to be replaced and covered by warranty but the work was not and would be $400. And that it would take 2-6 for delivery. I asked how something that cost almost $40,000 could fail in only a handful of years And not be covered. Also the fact that my power costs me $400-$500 a month (thanks PGE). I stated by the time this is completed it's going to cost me $3,000-$4,000. Unreal. At 6 weeks I contacted them and they said they would advise me when it arrived And it should be any day. We are now at 8 weeks and I can almost not get any response. I guess it's time to get a lawyer. Not great service what do ever. read more

Please DO NOT work with this company. I don't feel right writing bad reviews, but I need to save other people from the headache. My husband and I were in search for a solar company and wanted to have them installed by summer. We found Sunworks and were interested in the price and the warranty, so we signed contract 02/10 with a design and number of panels we were happy with. We had a site survey 02/22 to see if we would be eligible for panels and after that it is was silent for a while. We waited patiently and finally received an approval and official design. The design was nothing like what was discussed with the sales agent, so it was sent back and redesigned which took additional time. When we got the revision we signed and had my credit checked. It's 03/16 and I finally receive an automated text alert saying they are prepping material & crew. After 2 weeks of silence, I call/email almost every other day and still hear nothing. It's 04/14 and after finally getting a hold of someone and we schedule installation on 04/19. The installers come inspect the roof for 2 hours and tell us they can't install because the materials they have will go straight through our ceiling. I was upset because the site surveyor spent 3 hours inspecting our roof back in February! What was even the point? It's 04/20 and after sending multiple more calls/emails, I get ahold of someone. That person said she would talk to an engineer and get back to me the next day before my vacation. It's 05/05 (DAY 84) finally heard back after calling yesterday and sending a long email requesting to break contract. Suddenly Sunworks doesn't feel comfortable installing the panels on our roof 84 DAYS LATER. This is after the fact THEY ALREADY RAN MY CREDIT and opened a loan. Regardless if our roof was not qualified for installation, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED AFTER THE FIRST INSPECTION! Now I need to see if my credit is okay causing me more work and stress. There's also no point in the warranty because if something goes wrong with your panel in the future, there will be no one to help you. There's also no communication between the sales people, site surveyors, and the installers. Something wrong happened every step of the way. Horrible customer service and no reliability whatsoever when you try to contact someone from Sunworks. It seems they only reach back out with support once you start pulling your hair out. I have been a customer of this company since 2014. This company has not solved any of my equipment issues since it's been installed. I have contacted all the people involved in our problems . They all tell me that I need to deal with SunWorks. Since they installed the Tesla batteries. including Kimbra Gaudette who is the worst person and customer service that I've ever experienced. In my lifetime she has been a huge problem for this company. I have testimonies from numerous ex-employees about her and the way she operates. She is a liar and she does not respond to any thing. We recently had tesla batteries installed in 2021. They have not worked properly since the install. I have contacted Sunworks on numerous occasions and even contacted Tesla. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the programming. At install Sunworks promises that they monitor your system. This is a lie. I would stay very clear of this company. SunWotks front office are a bunch of crooks. Just look at the reviews. itIt tells you everything about how SunWork operate. I am seeing a person by the name of Rhett T responding to these reviews. Who is this guy? Is he real? I never ever spoke with this individual. I don't see this company in business any longer or even much longer. Thatis very unfortunate being that we never got support from these people except for the run around. Kimbra has instructed employees to lie and not give too much information. We have a problem with Snail Tracking on our panels. We were never notified of this problem on the tech visit. Kimbra had employees come out and look. They were instructed to say ever is ok. When it wasn't. We have had 2 Tesla battery since 2021 and we've had Solar since 2014. We recently got a true a bill from PGE for $2200+ for the year 2023. I have an email that's over two weeks old. I never not gotten a response to my latest problem. I've even contacted Kimbra personally on her cell phone and that she has texted me in the past with. I've had an experience very similar to Ciera (who asked the question about getting service help) and others who've had a hard time getting a response from the company when something goes wrong. SunWorks did a great job adding a Powerwall to my existing system in early 2020. The crew did a great job and communicated with me well. I had no complaints at that time. The Powerwall worked perfectly for about two and a half years. After my solar inverter failed and was eventually replaced, the Powerwall system stopped working. Tesla told me to contact the installer (Sunworks). Two phone calls and an email to Sunworks have not been returned. I've waited a week. Sometimes the only way to get a response is to leave a review on Yelp. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Sunworks talks a sweet line to gain your business based on lies. They will tell you that they monitor your system and contact you if it ever fails. That's a lie. They do not. When you need your system serviced for warranty work, they do not call back, email or respond to you. IF you are lucky enough to get someone to schedule an appointment for you, you must say word for word what they want you to say in writing with cost and all, if you don't say what they want you to say no appointment for you! When the service guys show up be ready as they will tell you one thing and write it up as something different. Then come back out and say it's something else again! The best part THEY WILL STEAL YOUR EQUIPMENT THAT YOUR WARRANTY COVERS and then lie to you and say that your equipment request was denied when you have proof that your equipment WAS sent to their warehouse (I have proof that SMA sent the inverter to Sunworks warehouse with date and time to Sacramento) Sunworks then told me that SMA did not send it as there is nothing wrong with my system. Sunworks will then store YOUR warranty equipment in their warehouse in Sacramento for other jobs and tell you that your equipment order was denied. They WILL WAIT UNTIL YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRES TO TELL YOU THIS, so they will be able to charge you as THEY DO NOT DO WARRANTY WORK BECAUSE THEY MAKE NO MONEY!! How this company is even in business is beyond me. I do know that a partial owner of Sunworks is a local politician, so as he is pushing the solar agenda he also has a shady company!! Sunworks installed my 10 panel system in Nov-dec 2018. Getting the ok to turn on had a little delay with PGE but installers were quick and neat and one day here and gone. No issues. About 2 yrs in my app showed a panel doing zero-- I kept leaving messages for Jay. After a couple weeks i called the main number and got healped quickly (Jay no linger works there.) An optimizer was out- quick replacement, no cost. Jan 2022 my app was showing zero. Rebooted the inverter but nothing. Turns out the inverter had gone bad, they said I did well to get 4 full years out if it. Again no cost, the only bummer was waiting 6 weeks for it to arrive. Does not respond in a timely manner to current customers. I keep getting the excuse of a staff shortage, but that does nothing for me as the customer. My solar panels are not producing ANY power, and although I've reached out to the company and spoken to their representatives on numerous different occasions, I get the same answer... " staff shortage" or "I'll email _______, and he will get back to you" or "oh, I'll have this escalated to our managers"; it all ends up with the same results, NOTHING! UPDATE: the solar is STILL not done. Why? I can't get my electrical panel to pass inspection. Correction: it DID pass inspection. The city of Santa Clarita gave me a permit and everything BUT... Sunworks told the inspector for their Solar Panels to go ahead and inspect the electrical panel as well, for funsies I guess, and he UNPASSED my previously passed inspection. I didn't even know you can do that, but apparently... yes... they can. Now I either have to rip it out of the masonry and stucco the last inspector made us put back and approved, OR I have to build an ugly cement platform beneath it. Sunworks has not offered any solutions despite causing this problem for me, only that they'll charge me $2500 to build this platform. Gee thanks. Guess I'm going to learn how to pour a concrete slab on Youtube. I'm currently paying for panels on my roof that are doing NOTHING. UPDATE UPDATE: Well, it's June now... Is it on? Hahahahahaha! I have no idea! I've built my slab, passed my inspection for the second time, got my PTO, and now... *shrugs*. I can't see the monitoring. WHY YOU ASK? Oh the guy that does that has Jury Duty, apparently! Yay! That's right. There's only ONE guy that can activate my system. ONE GUY. And he's GONE for the next god knows how many weeks. In February we signed an agreement with LG solar to have 29 LG 345w panels installed. We asked about having one more panel installed in hopes of getting more return for the investment we were making, but we were told our space was completely maxed out. On the morning of May 3rd the sunworks installers showed up and began installing the brackets for our system. I spoke to the installers just before they went to lunch and realized they had 30 smaller wattage panels with them. I tried calling our rep to discuss the sudden change to no avail. I then received an email from the LG service rep letting me know that the panels we originally purchased were unavailable with an addendum to the contract adding the 30th panel that was told wouldn't fit previously. They were planning on adding an unpermitted extension to our roofline to make room for the last panel. After much back and forth and no solution we no longer felt comfortable with Sunoworks installing our panels. We sent an email letting everyone involved from Sunworks and LG know that since they were in breach of the contract we would not be moving forward. A month later we received a bill from Sunworks for $5760.45 for "Job Costs" along with an agreement that they would come out and remove the brackets for an additional cost with no guarantee that the roof wouldn't be damaged accompanied by a lien on our property. We tried to contact both LG and Sunworks to find a solution that would work for us all, but they were unwilling to remove the lien or come to a reasonable solution. read more

I can't imagine how difficult it would be to work with them had I hired them to do an installation and had issues down the road. I really feel as if I dodged a bullet here. This company sucks. Bad. Although they installed solar on my roof, this did not come with complication. At the time they had no issue with installing it on my metal roof (barrel vault roof tiles) and said their installers were qualified. While they were qualified to install the solar system, they damaged much of the roof around where the system was installed. Fortunately I had requested additional language in the contract to hold them liable for such damages. Which they stood up to - which speaks for them. At this point I would have given them a 4 stars review. However, now I'm trying to extend the system. They refused to do it based on their prior experience with my metal roof, which is understandable. However, any extension still needs to be compliant with their warranty terms, for which I need a waiver from them. Initially they got back to me via email, but I still don't have anything in my hands and now they just let my calls go to voice mail and never get back. Same goes for email. It's even impossible to get a hold of someone via the company main phone line. So needless to say I'm stuck waiting for their waiver, or I just proceed w/o it and take the risk that they won't do any warranty work on their part of the system later if I have it touched by someone else. My recommendation: stay away of this company and take your business somewhere better, and more responsive. read more

The system is working smoothly and has enabled me to be essentially self-reliant for my electric needs. During the initial planning process, communication was not as efficient as I would prefer, but Dan Dawkins then took the project lead and things progressed more efficiently. The end result is great. Update: 9/20/16 I was going to build a pool with a small down payment and decided to go with panels first with that down. As I said below salesman was very informative on his first visit and mentioned they had great financing "options" which I told him I'd need financing. Months later as I have become more serious and prepping financially to start the panels job he seemed to have forgot my need for financing and when it came down to it I was only given one financing option which I was told I'd need my house to "NOT BE IN A TRUST" and if it was I'd have to get a lawyer and switch it. Not sure if that is the norm but that is not a great option for me. I've decided to not go with this company and will be looking elsewhere as I save my money. Salesperson was very informative on first visit but subsequent emails were answered late in first occasion and second occasion Kris never responded to my emailed questions over 9 days ago. Not good service and I haven't even had any work done yet. Not a good sign. I'll be looking at other solar companies if this is the method of operation they use. read more

Sunworks recently installed a Tesla Power Wall system as a backup to our solar panels. The Power Wall is now three weeks old and performing to our expectations. We believed the Power Wall was superior to a generator for the simple fact of NO maintenance. The solar panels and batteries literally minimizes our reliance on the grid which, was what we're seeking. Its unfortunate that we needed to add a system such as this, as an insurance policy in the event of PG&E's summer shutdowns. Last summer we endured two-four day, and several overnight power outages and don't want live through this again. We believe this was a good investment in our property as well as, maintaining a quality of life during power outages or unforeseen natural disasters. The Sunworks installation team did a fantastic job and completed the project in two days. Overall we're extremely satisfied with the professionalism from sales to installation. Bravo! read more

I put our inquiry for a newPV system out to bid using 'Energy Sage.' After reviewing 4 competitive bids,I chose Sunworks because their salesperson was extremely engaged, informed and flexible. He helped us identify local financing for our system, facilitated the loan application, and drove rapid installation of our 5.7 kw system (5 weeks from date our deal was signed until installers arrived to take down my 14 year-old system and install all new racking, inverter and panels in 6 hours! I could go on and on with praise for this entire company's commitment, availability and professionalism. Purchased a system from Sunworks in 2017 and everything has worked fine till last month. Called Sunworks as I noticed my panels were reporting any power generation. Called them to report the issue and was told they don't have the staff to look into my issue nor do they know when they will. Was told to call the inverters manufacturer to see if they can do anything. Turns out my inverter is broken. I have been on the phone several times with both Sunworks and Solaredge and neither have provided a solution to my $40k solar problem. Started the process for Solar in November and finally went under contract in December yet solar wasn't installed until February. Upon inspection solar failed inspection by PG&E and needed additional items fixed or installed. My husband took off additional time to allow them and PG&E access to the attic both times. Upon completion Sunworks did not follow through with PG&E and our solar was still not active in May after several calls and emails. Finally in the middle of May it was activated and we were promised by our reps that we would get reimbursed for the delays. Customer service has since been horrible about honoring that commitment and is still not reimbursing us. We had to start making payments on the solar before it was even activated. The whole experience has been a nightmare. Our two reps have tried to help get this resolved and keep getting told it will get taken care of yet we still have no resolution and are being told those are the normal times it takes. I'm sorry, I've had friends get solar installed and it taking less than a month. This took 6 months from contract to actual functioning solar. Chad Reese at customer service has not resolved this and has even escalated it with Brett O'Dell. Do not use this company if you want solar installed and activated in a timely manner or want a company that stands by their word and doesn't make you, the customer, feel unappreciated and not listened to... *** Update: after a lot of back and forth and playing the wait game, Sunworks did compensate us for a small portion of our bills during the time that they did not have our solar activated. read more

I manage contractors for a living on commercial buildings and was impressed with the sun works team. I was demanding with my schedule, cost (I got 5 bids), install and attention to detail. Sunworks delivered 100%! And went above and beyond my expectations. My 2 neighbors also went with them after seeing how I scrubbed the bids and did some background. They were not the lowest bid and not the highest, but the most responsible bidder after picking apart the bid and checking backgrounds and past projects. Make sure you get a "like for like" bid from the other contractors.... They all tried to sell me a cheeper less proven system... All of them started with deferent equipment. It took me 5 weeks in all before I had all 5 bidders bidding the same size system and equipment. Sunworks knew they were in for it at the beginning when I modified the contract with additional language and removed some of theirs. Aspen and the owner met with me to discuss and although they were a little nervous about all the changes I demanded they agreed and we came to a FAIR agreement on my 5.5kw system Would defiantly recommend going with them if you have gotten at least 2 other bids. Brent the sales VP did a great job of taking all my calls and responding to my emails ( I like to deal with the decision makers) even after hours! As in life, there will always be an unhappy experience with a construction project, the key was Sunworks open and honest communication that made mine go so welI. This company absolutely does not listen to the customer/prospect. We initially were very interested in a system for our home due to extremely high energy costs. We had a couple of basic requirements on the placement of our panels (we didn't want them on the street facing side of the house). Sunworks quotes consistently placed the panels on the street side of the house. We would tell them no, we aren't interested if the panels are there. Then would ask if they could rework to other sections of our roof. They would promise to get back to us but then weeks or months would go by and no follow up from them. Then they would resurface to try to get our business again. I would repeat the same requirements. Then they would quote with the panels again placed on the street side. THEY DO NOT LISTEN. Finally I told them I was done going through this process with them. They asked for one more opportunity to present to us. I agreed to a phone appointment only on a Saturday morning at 10:00. The appointment was to go over the proposed layout and give me an idea of the cost structure. The salesman finally called at 10:25 and had not even started to look at the house. To be honest, he sounded like he had been out drinking all night and woke up late for his appointment. I told him to do his homework and call me back. As before, no call back for weeks. Then the salesman's boss called to again try to engage in the discussion. I repeated the concerns about placement, he assured me he understood, and he said he would be sending the proposal. That was weeks ago. Then just this morning, he called to again ask how the proposal looked (the one they never sent). I told him I never received it, and then started to say I was done trying to do business with them. Instead of apologizing and thanking me for my time, he actually just hung up on me. I won't post what I actually think of this person now - but I'm sure you can figure it out. Stay away from these guys. Your home is a huge investment. This company is absolutely fantastic, I have nothing but the best things to say about them. They use the best products, they have been in business much longer than their competitors, and their warranty is second to no one. I was so impressed with the company, I asked if they had any jobs available! Unfortunately, I had to cancel at the last minute, due to a family crisis. I've had a horrible experience with SunWorks. I've spent over $100,000 on my solar system and it don't work. I bought battery backups that don't work. I've even had to replace both my batteries because Sunworks took over a year to try to get the RMA figure out. I bought 2 replacement batteries and Sunworks agreed to reimburse me for them. They owe me about $20k. Never paid me. Oh and my solar still don't work. Monitoring don't work. Chad Reese does nothing but lie to me every time I call him. Customer service is horrible. I would advise any body reading this review to run away from Sun Works. They are terrible. read more

A few weeks ago early in the morning Sunworks Solar company did an estimate on my neighbor's house, somehow the company's van crash in to my kid basketball hoop , this happened while both my kids were in the garage getting ready for school. My wife heard a loud bang and ask our kids what happened. They said the van crash into our hoop just now. After my wife went outside to check the hoop one of the came out of his van and try to fix the hoop. The hoop has flip upward and the guy is trying to pushed down, he was having a hard time try to pushing or snap down the hoop, is because you need to unscrew a few bolt in the backboard to snap back down the hoop. I guess he pushed or pull down too hard and it crack the backboard. The next day this safety lady Jennifer Cook was here with the crews, my wife told her what had happened and she gave my wife her business card and said she will get back to us, because she will do some investigate. They exchange email the next few days, after she found out is the company's fault and she said the company will purchase a new backboard for the hoop. OK that is that........ But is been a few weeks now and nothing had happened. We try to contact her and the company in Roseville CA by sending email & phone... no reply, no one call back. I want it to know what kind of company would hire such an irresponsible person to work for their company read more

Easy to work with to get the proposal and get moving. They took care of a lot. We needed to have our panel upgraded and there were some logistical issues with that. So far we are liking having solar. read more

terrible company to deal with,wont honor what they tell u prior to work starting. I have tried to communicating numerous times...no response from upper management....ie Valarie Serrato . prior to starting job i informed our salesman roof is old ,not in good shape ,there inspector came out and said good enough. our salesman said "we will takeoff/reinstall at no cost to you" when you decide u want a new roof put on. On the advise of Sunwerks inspector we went ahead and put on the panels. 4 years later we are going to put a new roof on.3 professional roofing companies came out and said "those panels should have NEVER been put on tour roof". Sunworks refuses to honor what we were told. Litigation to follow ! read more

This is one of the worst ideas I had for fixing up my house. A complete waste of time and money. Especially the money. The finacing was not clearly explained and I should have looked closer which was my mistake, but overall having solar installed was not worth it at all. Wish I could take this mistake back as it will cost me thousands more than it should have. Really think about it if you are considering solar. Make sure you fully understand the costs/benefits because you will most likely lose out. Just invest in higher efficiency equipment. I have had this now for 2 years and am deeply regretting this install. Any little bit of money I may have saved on electricity is just being wasted paying for the install and then some. Was better off before I had solar. read more
