The tech just kept saying the unit was installed properly, but could not explain why condensate was leaking out of the rear of the system. If this is not an installation issue, you would think the tech would be able to tell me what is wrong with the unit itself. No investigation was performed. They know it's wrong and are deflecting to avoid liability. Was supposed to evaluate what was wrong with our HVAC that they installed. But the tech said it was installed properly. Even though water is leaking out the back of the unit. And refused to actually evaluate anything. At least he didn't make us pay the service fee. Would be zero stars if I could. Also kept yelling at my husband and talking over him while we were trying to explain what has been happening. This is how villara treats people who buy a home where they were the installer. A separate hvac tech from a different company was laughing at how bad villaras install is in our house. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

It was probably the most money I ever made in the 30 minutes it took me to get the information I needed and learn about Valley Solar. I had several other solar installers provide me with quotes and some of those were at least twice as much for a similar system. Some companies would not even give me a quote because they did not want to deal with Lodi Electric Utility. Once I contacted Valley Solar in January they responded immediately and I was up and running in March. The system has performed flawlessly producing power and I will break even in another 4 years. Valley Solar is very pro-active and has been out a couple of times to address issues with the system communication function. I did not request these visits, they just called and asked if they could come out and do some upgrades. Pretty impressive if you ask me. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
