The estimator thoroughly explained the installation process (they would seal all leaks then test the new system, etc.), and replacing of all new registers. He not only advised me of two rebates that were available on my new Amanda Variable HVAC system, but he also made all the rebate processing incredibly simple. The delivery subcontractor was great in not blocking my single-car driveway with the heavy equipment. The installation technician was totally professional, he explained everything and answered all my questions; in addition, he was totally respectful of my property and pets and incredibly tidy. The young apprentice was also very courteous, responsive, and respectful, especially when navigating the ladder to reach all the registers. The crane operator arrived ahead of schedule so the tech pivoted and accommodated the timing change. Due to his extensive experience, when the technician realized the air handler was deeper than the closet, he made the necessary adjustments for a completely professional installation in line with all codes. Even the subcontractor who came to collect all the previous equipment piled on the curb, was prompt and very professional. All my interactions with Bronco HVAC staff and subcontractors were completely professional and highly efficient, and the pricing was absolutely fair. I could not be more delighted. Thank you.

I was spending $350 dollars, after Juan fixed the hvac the sum dropped to $150 per month for heating every month . I asked them to come back again and send a different tech. Juan was awesome, I forgot his last name, he redid the hvac installed motor and sealed and rerouted the pipes at no cost even though the warranty was expiring in 4 days. The job took two days and our new Amana 3-ton 17+ SEER Variable Heat Pump system was installed and working beautifully. Well, all good things must come to an end. The AC sealant gave out, flooding my attic and into my master bathroom. After much consideration, I came to realize that it was time to replace the AC, and possibly the equally old and increasingly troublesome heater. So Micah came over and presented several options and discussed which ones were SMUD rebate eligible. I went with the bundled (and SMUD rebate eligible) AC + Heat Pump combo. Micah and his son (already an industry veteran and very capable) arrived bright and early (e.g. right on time) and 10 hours later - old units removed, new units installed. The big surprise was *nothing* - e.g. none of the clunks grinds, whooshes, strained sounds of the old system. Just nice cool air evenly distributed throughout my 3/2 bungalow. The old system kept the master suite at temperature, but ran hot summers and cold winters in the kid's rooms at the other end of the house. Remember folks, true power doesn't roar - it whispers. I hate to downgrade a business. But our house has never…read morefelt properly cool for eight years. Affordable Hearing and Air put in a new HVAC system in our home eight years ago. We would have them come out to do yearly maintenance and someone would literally come and hose down the AC for $85... then we complained about how hot it was, and a tech would look at our thermostat and say it was tracking correctly. The thermostat was right where the home is coldest... They did replace a capacitor under warranty on our AC when it flunked out in summer 2022 and they came quickly. Last year I called to have them clean our AC and it was a two week wait. I decided to just do it myself with my Dad throwing a hose up to the roof. This year we had a recommendation for another company from our electrician and the owner came out, did an overall check, cleaned off the unit from pollen and buildup (with a hose) and said our coolant was extremely low. He said we either had a slow leak; he's coming back in several weeks to see how our coolant level is in case it is a faster leak. With the refilled coolant Our house finally feels cool for the first time in eight years. And we do have a cooling differential upstairs- a full ten degrees hotter than downstairs. I tested it with my own thermometer. We definitely felt gaslit for what we went through with the advice we received from Affordable. We are also planning to get a mini split system installed in a bedroom upstairs as our new HVAC guy said a house with two stories should generally have two air conditioners or mini splits installed upstairs as it's difficult for one unit to push up enough cool air especially with out triple digit summers and a flat roof house with no attic. The topper was he said our AC wiring setup on the roof was not up to code. He was shocked it was approved by the city inspector (which it was). I can't go lower on my ratings because the owner was helpful When we first moved here, and I think the crawl space install was very challenging and a very good father and son team did a good job. Joe also helped us when we had a house fire and was able to sent a team to mechanically clean our vents without chemicals per my request. He also worked graciously with invoices for the insurance company. However, I think there are some less talented technicians working here now that are not sufficiently experienced or knowledgeable who are bringing this company down, and thus I do need to revise my review.

They are my first call for any project at my house. They've installed multiple windows, replaced my furnace when it failed in the middle of winter, rerouted hvac pipes that were exhausting to the wrong area, and I'm going to use them to install some bathroom fans soon. Marcus is always very responsive & describes the work needed in detail so I understand. Ron and team do great work and are very friendly. However, only one was thoroughly addressed; the second had indoor and outdoor filters that were never cleaned and were filled with debris and dust. When that unit failed to perform again, it was almost impossible to get All Pro back out. We resorted to working with a different company (for another hefty fee!), whose technician discovered the clogged filters, as well as three leaks that needed addressing. All of this during a horrible, triple digit heatwave. We are the first to compliment companies who do a great job!
