Yesterday was the second time that I've used Belle Air in the past four years. They deliver consistently great service! I hope they continue at this level for many years to come. Our issue yesterday was overflow condensation that leaked over the pan due to lack of periodic maintenance. I was really happy with Belle! We noticed a leak coming from our secondary drain pipe on the outside of the house and everything we read online indicated this could be standing water around the AC unit that wasn't draining and to stop using the AC immediately or we could cause permanent damage to the unit. Of course, this happened on a day it was 109 out and the next couple days were going to be similar. That night, I reached out after hours to several AC repair professionals via Yelp and our upstairs got up to 89 degrees. Ugh! Luckily, the next morning I heard from Belle early on and despite having a very full schedule they were going to fit me in but would have to follow up with the time as they worked through their day. They were also understanding and said if I found someone else to come sooner and told me not to worry if I did. Sure enough, just after lunch I heard from Belle who could be my way in less than 30 minutes. Thank goodness! They came and soon discovered that it was simply the main drain line that hasn't been vented properly by the home builders. They were able to resolve it quickly and it didn't cost me any more than the standard service call price. Within an hour my house was back down to tolerable temps and I've been enjoying my AC since worry-free! I will definitely use Belle in the future and sincerely appreciate them squeezing me in despite being very busy. read more
