We made the mistake of ordering our refrigerator from Gringer (Frank was having trouble getting it from the distributor as it was a discontinued model and Gringer had it in stock). The fridge came battered and in terrible condition, not to mention the insane delivery issues we had with their delivery company. Costly mistake, but in the end Frank came through and got us different model, which again came in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Appliance Center.

So I decided the next day to go ahead and have him repair it. He comes back and uses a blow torch to burn some dust and cat hair from the back and bottom of the fridge instead of asking me to use the vacuum. He did the repair but I had to call them back because it's still warm. He checked and argued that it's cold, meanwhile food is getting spoiled. He said to get a thermometer and it should read 40° or lower and call him back tomorrow. I did, temperature reads at 54°. We're having upset stomachs because of this. And they won't pick up my calls. I want a refund. I ordered a new refrigerator from Home Depot that should be delivered in a few days. I don't recommend this place, they've become incompetent, rude and money hungry

I came in for a $20 product for cleaning and shining wood floors. I was immediately greeted by the back end floor manger Kris and an employee Sylvia. They were the picture of customer service. Friendly, polite, professional and spent about 30 minutes, not giving up on what I was looking for (see attached video) even going on a high lo to retrieve this product. The store is big, bright, well lit, well stocked, great selection, prices and has well trained employees who know their stock. They work very well as a team. I will definitely go back to this Lowe's and I will definitely go back again.

She scheduled delivery for Wednesday, July 15, between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and provided the store with her complete address, including her apartment number. At approximately 9:00 a.m. on the day of delivery, the delivery team called to let her know they were on the way. A short time later, they called again to apologize, explaining that they had forgotten to load her TV and would be about 20 minutes late. My mother understood and told them that was fine. While she continued waiting, she suddenly received a text message stating that her delivery had been completed. This was confusing because no one had contacted her, knocked on her door, or delivered anything directly to her apartment. I called the delivery service on my mother's behalf while she went downstairs to check. She lives in a senior citizen building with a front desk attendant, so there should have been no difficulty locating her apartment or notifying her of the delivery. To our surprise, we found the air conditioner and TV left unattended in the building's lobby alongside the mail and other packages. The delivery team never attempted to bring the items upstairs, despite assuring my mother at the time of purchase that they would deliver everything directly to her apartment. What made the situation even worse was that the delivery crew had opened the TV box to test the television, then placed it back inside without properly closing or resealing the box. They simply left it open and walked away. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to complete the in-home delivery that was promised, but they also left expensive electronics unattended in a public area where they could have easily been stolen or damaged. Considering that my mother is a senior citizen, this was especially frustrating and inconsiderate. I expected much better from PC Richard & Son. I hope the company addresses these delivery practices so that other customers--especially seniors--do not have to experience the same level of poor service.

Okay I can get beyond that, so it took over a month to get them here. It wasn't one of their trucks like the salesman assured would show up. The first person I approached only spoke Spanish, not even a word of English. The COI (certificate of insurance) wasn't complete so I had to send them away, then they said they actually can deliver on Monday. So we delayed a few more weeks and then the salesman called to go over measurements with me and said they have to send a survey team first, and this after 2 1/2 months waiting so I canceled the order. I had the measurements available to him in early May, and it is July 22 as I type. There is big disconnect because stores like this and Home Depot that contract out delivery, installation and removal. The people who come to do that, as evidenced by other reviews, are often incompetent. We had a similar experience with Home Depot.
