In addition, the sales person "Yuen" asked me to call back next week to remind him. (is this a business running by headless chicken.. requiring customer to remind them about order???) I came in for a $20 product for cleaning and shining wood floors. I was immediately greeted by the back end floor manger Kris and an employee Sylvia. They were the picture of customer service. Friendly, polite, professional and spent about 30 minutes, not giving up on what I was looking for (see attached video) even going on a high lo to retrieve this product. The store is big, bright, well lit, well stocked, great selection, prices and has well trained employees who know their stock. They work very well as a team.
