On the delivery date, the driver claimed that they've "accidentally" loaded the incorrect model for the dryer, and it will be delivered along with the washer the week after. Another week had passed, I didn't receive any follow up on my order. When I called the store again, they said that they still don't have the washer that I've ordered. In addition, the sales person "Yuen" asked me to call back next week to remind him. (is this a business running by headless chicken.. requiring customer to remind them about order???) Another week had passed, I called and left a message and nobody ever called me back. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this store. I would NEVER ever buy from them again. Hopefully, they are not going to give me a hard time when I demand my deposit back for things that I have ordered three weeks ago and still have yet been delivered as promised.

Unfortunately my refrigerator was too old and the new part does not fit (not their fault that Frigidaire does not make the part I need). His prices were reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to figure out the situation. I had to get a new refrigerator and Freddy helped install a new waterline since PC Richards was not able to do so. Freddy is very responsive and works during weekend hours (came on Sunday twice) so convenience was definitely appreciated. The day after the install, the apartment was filled with gas (the dryer runs off the gas line) due to an incredibly poor and dangerous installation job. The fire department and utility company had to come out to take the unit out of the wall and diagnose the issue. After weeks of repeated attempts to get them to apologize, fix the issue, and refund us, we finally got someone there to put the unit back in but without once saying sorry for endangering our family's lives. DO NOT buy from these people, all the reviews about the folks there are true. Terrible work, terrible customer service, and dangerous installation. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and we're currently pursuing a charge back with our credit card company.
