Update: PC Richard delivery, wow! You get an email reminding of your delivery and after 8pm the night before, you click a link on that email to find out the time frame your delivery will arrive. My time frame was from 8-11 AM, and the following morning (I had two deliveries) both of them came within the same hour of each other. Not to mention one of them included a live tracker for the truck! So neat! The other delivery gave us a phone call with a very accurate time estimate. One delivery included installation of an AC unit. They were super fast, efficient, and considerate. I have rugs in my room, one is especially fluffy, and they made sure not to step on it which was so nice of them because they certainly didn't have to since there wasn't much room around where the AC was going in. My initial review stands. This location is a pleasure to work with and my delivery experience with them was phenomenal. The consideration they give to customers is outstanding. Just like J said before, I always get my appliances from Louis at PC Richards. He is always the nicest person, he never upsells, and he is honest good people. I just changed all my appliances after buying a washer/dryer and television during the pandemic. The Memorial Day sale is happening but that doesn't matter. I bought a full stainless steel 4 appliance "set", meaning they are appliances from the same label. I had to choose between LG or Samsung. And Louis is the like a 1970s TV Show - Just The Facts! A very limited partial selection of a full PC Richards experience. It's heavy on a few PCs, a few tablets (Amazon & Samsung, no others), partial appliances, a mattress section in rear (appropriate for the residential area), and an accessories are in the front. It's surprisingly efficient with its selection, with just enough of some category to fulfill its existence and in stock here but not a wide selection. They cater for the area's immediate needs which would bring customers in to buy right away which is wise. Staff knowledge remains quite good as customary with PC Richard. There're the usual bevy of highly discounted specials of all types & sizes in the entry walkway. There're 10 parking spots on the side, enough for most times, and just 2 blocks from the F train Kings Hwy. All in all, small, efficient, good, smartly designed, but all ahead to see they've what you need first. read more

Last Saturday we went in to purchase an air conditioner. The salesman was very professional. But, for some reason the store does not stock soundless air conditioners, it had to be ordered. Which we did and were told that it would be ready for a pick up this Thursday. That we would receive a call once it was in the store. We didn't receive a call, we called ourselves and in turn my husband had to go to Atlantic Ave to pick it up. My issue with them is why not stock product that we ourselves have already brought two of in the past and why not tell the customer where exactly they are going to be picking up the product. read more

I like this PC Richard location. The place has it all from digital cameras to plasma tvs. They have a friendly, but not pushy, sales staff that will assist you with getting the item you want and showing you accessories you need. One guy was nice enough to show me a digital camera I had seen online and said, "they sell this carrying case for it...but you don't need this one, they have a cheaper priced one over here." I thought that was pretty cool, since most sales people want you to buy the most expensive item. Parking sucks though...its on busy Kings Highway and their parking lot is a sliver on the side of the building with maybe 10 spaces. I always seem to get lucky and get one of the lucky spaces when I go there, but its a pain in the neck to get out of the spot since its so tight. Anyways check them out if you need some electronics, they are just as good as Best Buy and better than Circuit City in my opinion. read more

My family and I have been shopping at P.C. Richard & Son at the Kings Highway, Brooklyn location for over 15 years. They have a diverse selection of appliances, electronics, and other. The store layout is set up in a way that is easy to find what you're looking for. The sales team is very knowledgable about a multitude of products and are very eager to help you with your personal needs. Why would I give them 2 **s? The 2 **s are solely due to the delivery process and manager dealing with the issue. If this was not an issue, P.C Richard & Son would be a 4 **** review. You can stop reading the review if you don't care about these issues. What happened? My family purchased multiple Air Conditioner units to have delivered and installed in the apartment. It was also agreed upon that the old non functioned AC's would be removed from my home. We told PC that we have to give our building 48hour notice of the delivery and that everything needs to be delivered and removed by 5PM. These were the RULES of the building. If they did not follow the RULES, the building security would not allow for the delivery. We took a day off of work to have everything delivered so we were already losing money but that was our choice. We chose a date for delivery and paid for the product. PC explained to us that the delivery guy would call in the morning to confirm time. We received a phone call at 8AM telling us that the item will be delivered between the hours of 2P-4P. We said great, its within the allowable delivery time. What ended up happening was that PC never showed up between this time slot. We called the Manager of the Kings Highway store and he began stalling saying that the delivery guys were backed up. He said he would get back to us but never did. The delivery guy finally called at 5:30P and according to the buildings rules, it could not be delivered. We lost a day of work and were not able to have the item delivered due to the delivery guy deciding not to keep his word of having it delivered between the allowable time frame. The manager didn't help at all either by not asking how he can fix this problem. He just gave us excuses and said he will work on the issue never to be heard from again. We decided to completely discontinue our order and have decided as a family never to due business with this particular PC office. It's a shame because we shopped from this location for a long time. read more

We are still covered under our service contract for repairs on our dishwasher purchased at P.C. RICHARD. Called for repair waited 4 days for service. Once arrived the technician had an attitude and refused to install the part we were told to order. He did give us advice to use paper plates! It was a huge waste of time and money. It's been over a week and machine still not working and P.C. Richard has done nothing to help. I will not shop at P.C. Richards ever again. read more

I recently bought a top-of-the-line Miele vacuum cleaner and not only am I completely satisfied with the product but I was especially pleased with the sales support from Joseph. Joseph pointed out the more economical models first and did not push me towards the higher priced model which I eventually selected. He was cost conscious and particularly helpful/patient with me as he showed me how the various models worked and then demonstrated in detail how to use all the features of my chosen model. While he was discussing the various warranty options with me, another representative (Danny) and the store manager (George) wandered over to answer any other questions I had and also to help me in selecting a warranty option with accompanying explanations about how the repair service would actually come to my house to fix the vacuum cleaner if there were problems during the warranty period. Awful customer service, if you order online. There is no connection between the store people and online management: one says one thing, another one - different. They are not willing to help you, once they got your order wrong. On store's sales person recommendation, I ordered a TV set online (they didn't have it in store). Not only they delivered it to a wrong address (although the address on the order was right), they also misplaced the type and we got a smaller size TV set than what was ordered. No one in the store was willing to help. Avoid this company at any means! read more

I will say that if you are looking to buy an appliance, the employee pricing sales are by far the best prices, so be patient and wait for that to happen. I truly saved around 60.00 on my appliance. They would get a five star from me except that although the salesman Danny was very good, he was extremely laid back and almost every time I can to the store to see him, he was on a coffee break.
