I've purchased Oakley sunglasses from her twice. They have a very good selection. I actually found a pair of Oakley Double Double Edge in the color I wanted which was cool because at the moment Oakley isn't offering that option. The sales assistant was awesome. She admitted that she was t too familiar with the Oakley brand but seemed more than happy to show me any glasses I asked for and she even recommended different brands that she knew more about. She even gave me a a pouch for my Double Edge since they didn't come with one. I would give them 5 stars but the only thing I don't like is that they do not give any refunds. Came here on a friday, I was looking for sunglasses for myself. When I walked in there was two girls sitting behind the counter one was on the computer, another on her phone. The first girl who helped me was very rude as if she didn't wanna help me. The girl who ended up helping me was Stephanie I believe, very helpful and sweet! What you need to know: THEY SELL THEIR ITEMS ABOVE MSRP NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES Okay, so here's the story: I just purchased a pair of sunglasses here, and I feel completely ripped off. The experience was nice, the employees were helpful, and I walked away with a pair of Oakley sunglasses for $160+ tax. (didn't see the Yelp discount option, but that was my fault) Later, I find out that these sunglasses RETAIL at $150 on the Oakley website. THEY SELL THEIR SUNGLASSES ABOVE WHAT OAKLEY SELLS FOR. I tried to return the sunglasses but found out that they don't do refunds (a fact that isn't posted anywhere I could see in the store, which in itself is illegal...). It seems so stupid. If they sold their sunglasses at MSRP, I would be a happy camper. For $10, they turned a happy customer into a furious customer. Poor business practices. I called again and they said they may be able to address the situation if I came back to the store, but I live so far away it's just not worth it. Why were the sunglasses priced so deceptively in the first place? Buy sunglasses elsewhere. Ugh. read more

I'm so glad I decided to check this place out for my prescription glasses. They have an enormous variety of different kind of frames and glasses i can choose from. Even with the busy holiday they had a sufficient staff to accommodate everyone that was coming in the store. Oscar, the person that was helping me was very patient and allowed me to test every frame he had able that I wanted to try on. I definitely recommend this place if you're in need of sunglasses or prescription glasses. All you need to do is bring in your prescription and it takes less than 20 minutes. I came into this store located in the Citadel Outlets expecting to purchase a pair of sunglasses at a discounted price. The pair of sunglasses I purchased had a store price of $139.95 (not including sales tax). I asked the sales person if the glasses had a discount or sale price, she said "No" but I can do $120. including tax out the door! I thought wow this is a deal - WRONG! I got scamed - I've seen the same exact sunglasses at several other stores and on-line at it's regular price of $120 so in fact they up the price. In fact these sunglasses sell for $75.00 at the REAL discount price elsewhere. I called the store to tell them but they just said "sorry" and that they only do store credit or exchange - no refund! Just bought a pair of Ray bans here and used my check in offer of 15%off. I must say this is by far the best sunglass store here in this mall. Was shopping at citadel and came across this place. I seen some Gucci sunglasses and was seriously considering purchasing them but decided to wait and I'm glad I did. They claim they're giving you 25% off but in reality they mark up their prices and even with the discount you're still paying more than a high end retail shop. The sales person said those Gucci sunglasses were $338.00 out the door with the discount and taxes. Well I happen to see the exact same ones at Barneys NewYork at MSRP for $317.00 out the door and bought them there instead. I don't care if they were $338 or $390 but don't give people that false pretense that they're getting a deal or discount which ethically speaking is dishonest and can be considered false advertisement. All items have a manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) and if you want to be greedy and get more profit then by all means do what you'd like, but don't take advantage of consumers by luring them into believing that they're actually getting a good price. read more
