On a few occasions they have helped us to get the best product for the best price even if was at a different business. If necessary, you can always get your prescription from them and get it filled elsewhere. Their parking lot is pretty small and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful driving and parking here. There is a light to get in and out of their business and it is needed as the street is busy. Even though spaces are limited, we have always been able to get a spot. Recommend giving these guys a try.

This time, I was called in right away and luckily the last staff member saved the frame style into my profile so that saved a bunch of time. My appointment was for 5p, they actually accommodated for an earlier 3pm visit since I was already in the area. I went with a pair of Dita frames and they called me to tell me they were ready in about a week. Overall, they get 5 stars from me because they have the speed of service down now and it doesn't feel like I'm spending too much time there. The frames were perfect as well.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit this morning around 9am. I was assisted by…read morefemale optician (I see her name here on the chart but won't be mentioning it), and unfortunately, the service felt misleading and unprofessional. Without informing me, she added Illumacoat Ultra and an insurance plan to my order. I only realized this when my total came out higher than usual, so I asked the cashier to print an itemized receipt after I had already paid. If I hadn't specifically requested that receipt, I would not have known these extra charges were added at all. When I questioned the additional charges, instead of removing them, she repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep them. She then told me to "just try them" and said I could return them within 30 days if I didn't like them. However, returning them would take an extra trip and additional time out of my day. This could have been avoided if the charges were never added without my consent in the first place. What made the situation worse was that she told me I would lose a "20% discount" she personally gave me if I removed those add-ons. After going home and reviewing my receipt, I found that this 20% discount is actually standard for all customers purchasing their first pair. It isn't something exclusive she provided. I've been coming here for a long time with Kaiser insurance, and in the past, staff have always clearly explained and asked before adding any extra services. This was the first time I felt pressured and misled into paying for something I did not request. The amount itself wasn't a lot, but it's the principle. I ended up agreeing at the time because I had just gotten off a night shift and didn't have the energy to argue, but the experience didn't sit right with me. The frame is a large size to protect my eyes from the sun. It is way too large to wear with clear glasses every day. I tried it on and looked ridiculous. After my eye exam, I brought in my Ray-Ban frames to get new lenses. When the glasses came back, my vision felt slightly off. I let the staff know, and they took the time to troubleshoot and make adjustments, but the issue didn't fully resolve. They then recommended a new exam. Although I was past the 90-day window (completely my responsibility), I decided to move forward with it. I'm glad I did the new prescription was spot on, and my glasses are now perfect with no issues at all. What really stood out to me throughout this process was the level of care and professionalism from the entire team. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to help. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted, acknowledged, and genuinely assisted never ignored. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I should also mention this appears to be a completely different team from the last time I visited (which I believe was around 2023), and they've truly raised the bar. Whoever is managing this team should be proud. This is a well run, highly professional group that works seamlessly together. They truly deserve recognition (and honestly, a raise).
