I left here crying. I don't give many one star reviews at all but if I could give zero, I would. I don't care how good the food was. Our server, for absolutely no reason, was the rudest girl I've ever had the displeasure of being served by. Oh my God, she was so bad. My husband and I saw her pass by our table countless times before finally getting us waters. 10 minutes of waiting. No greeting, just "Are you ready to order?" She then slammed our pretzel on the table and never checked in on us. After finishing the pretzel, we were given our entree (Wagyu Sliders) and she didn't even bother to take our empty pretzel plate. The table was tiny, so it was a struggle to find a place for it without it falling off. We had to ask her to remove it. The food would have been great but my appetite had vanished. It was all pretty bland. We didn't get any beer because I just wanted to leave asap. If her goal was to get us out as quickly as she could, it worked. I was going to give myself a couple stays to get over it, but it's been two days and I'm still brooding over it because I don't get what we did that pissed her off so bad or if she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on customers...I'm never coming back here. Busy Saturday night at SBC. 45 min wait. Once seated, greeted by Chance who was our friendly server and had a laid back attitude despite being slammed with a lot of tables. Our food arrived in a timely manner & was typical pub food. I ordered the falafel sandwich which was huge but a little dry. Still good but would probably order something else next time. This is a popular and busy restaurant, so be expected to wait 30-60min at peak hours! Inside is bustling and has a corner for kids to play. The chicken sandwich was delicious and the hot honey wasn't very hot but brought a dimension of flavor that was well-liked. Came here for lunch on our arrival day. I ordered the flight to drink which was 6 beers and boy was I not ready. Refer to my picture for the beers I ordered. Surprisingly, the stout was my favorite. I haven't drank stouts in a minute but this one was unbelievably smooth and light and somehow managed to have the strongest and most delicious flavor of chocolate. If I get a single beer next time, it'd be the stout. My least favorite was the peach farmhouse ale. I don't think I like fruity beers at all. The others were just okay and very similar, not sure id order those solo. To eat, I had the burger and fries with a side of aioli. Oh my, this was also an unexpected yummy meal. It was so good! I'd give it a 5/5. Also tasted the pretzel with the beer sauce: 5/5. Honestly if it weren't for the fact I need meat with all my meals, I'd just have eaten the pretzel alone; the bread was so so soft and melted in your mouth. So our food took an insane amount of time to come out and they comped part of our meal. The thing is our server was super up front about it which threw me off a bit (in a good way). She straight up told us that our meal had been forgotten. Which, im ngl, is a first. Im always suspicious that that's the reason delays occur but most people make up excuses. She was just straight up about it but in an apologetic way. And I really appreciated that. Somehow I still felt the service was 5/5 despite waiting nearly an hour to eat. And I know because I had to stop drinking the beer on my empty stomach I'd definitely come back for a meal here read more

Loved this local pub. A great selection of beers on tap. Had the oatmeal stout, nitro stout that tasted like chocolate milk and a local pale ale. The pomegranate mule was delicious with a nice heat at the end from the ginger beer. Service was fantastic. Our server came by to take our order quickly but was happy to come back since we couldn't decide. She checked back often which I always appreciate. Ended up getting the beer pretzel with a yummy cheese sauce on the side. Tasted homemade. We also had the brew house salad. One of the best I've had! So many toppings and a huge size. I'm a big fan of stout beers -- like, it's the only type of beer that I enjoy -- so I really wanted to try someplace in Sunriver that had really good dark beer, and I hit the jackpot with Sunriver Brewing Co. The Nitro Cocoa Cow is seriously *the best beer* that I have ever had -- perfect for my tastebuds. It was creamy and smooth, with a rich dark chocolate base. To accompany the beer, I got the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and fries. The chicken was crispy and delicious, and my tastebuds were dancing. The bun didn't hold up the best, but there was a lot going on there. The fries were perfectly crisp on the exterior, yet fluffy inside. Yum. The atmosphere is lively and loud, and the servers did a good job of managing the busy room. Would go back in a heartbeat. read more

This was the second time we had eaten here after being in Bend for medical treatment. The food is out of this world, the beer is fantastic and the staff are the best I have met in 40 years. They work as a team, never sitting around gossiping always ready to get you anything, from napkins to an additional drink! I only wish we had something similar in Klamath Falls, I'd never leave the place. I have had the fish and chips as well as the Wagyu sliders, both were fantastic. Parmesan fries are the best. You have to try the Barrel conditioned beers, stouts and porters are my favorites. If they ever open a place in K'Falls, I'll eat there twice a week at least! read more

The appetizer was not available--okay get over it! Our food came-- wings were cold, the Cubono sandwich had excessive mustard, no pickles, & very limited pulled pork. We also told the waiter we wanted to order takeout at the end of our meal. He brought the order with our food. His comment was, "Well it's here now." We asked for a refill on water-- no response. This place was crackin on a Sunday night at 6pm (Sunday before President's Day). When checking in we were told that it would be a 45 minute wait. Because my husband is fasting, I didn't want to wait that long for a table. So I asked the host about placing a to go order. She recommended that I do so online because it would be faster. So we stepped outside and I placed the order online. The website said that my order would take 50 minutes! So we decided to walk around the village to kill time. But about 20 minutes later I received a text that my order was ready so we picked it up and headed back to our hotel room. We had a wedding dinner there with around 50 people and was amazed at the quality of food and service! The staff was so friendly and courteous! The food was excellent and service was superb! It started out with appetizers that were being continually filled without even asking! EVERYONE bragged how the food was perfectly cooked, with so many people it was incredible! The main dishes which were individually chosen were great! You could hear the whole group bragging on their food! Sunriver Brewing has great beer. It is my favorite place to eat and drink when we visit Sunriver. Yes, the menu is more expensive than similar places in PDX, but that's a resort town norm. Not every dish is a winner, and one of the specials (Etouffee) from our trip was disappointment in its design (it wasn't burnt, the overwhelming flavor of the whole dish was just gravy). But more-often-than-not, the food is great and the other special we ordered (hot honey chicken sandwich) was really great. So if you are in Sunriver, you should eat here, at least once. And drink here probably more than that. Note for parents - They have a little kids play area. It is greatly appreciated and enables a longer outing with impatient little ones. read more

This is my first time writing a review, but I had such a unique experience at Sunriver Pub I thought I would give the pub and their employees a GREAT JOB review! My friend and I were eating at Sunriver Pub. We waited to get a table on the deck, but soon after sitting down, it started pouring down rain. We ran for cover, after covering our food. The pub quickly got us a table inside and our server (Heather) braved the downpour and brought our food inside to our new table. She made sure the food was not destroyed, and we continued to enjoy our meal inside. Fish and chips were delicious even after surviving the rain storm. My partner also enjoyed the Quinoa bowl. Truthfully, they have a resort/destination customer base, they could be charging even more! They know they have the best beer in town and still keep the prices reasonable. The bartenders are on it and quick to offer another one. We have had the pretzel with mustard and cheese as well as the nachos and both were quite yummy- I especially liked the tomatillo salsa on the nachos. Chances are if you are in Sunriver you may be looking for an outdoor activity like hiking, biking or floating down the Deschutes River. These are a few of my fun things to do. After that - it's time for some comfort grub and a cold brew. This pub has 4 IPA's that make my day. I went for a pulled BBQ pork sandwich with slaw. I could barely get my big paws around the bun and the pork was sliding out. I also enjoyed a bowl of potato asparagus bacon soup. Hit the spot! I'm giving this 5 stars on a brewpub scale. Salad was fresh, lemon vinaigrette was light and very tasty. One of the very very few brewpubs that has an NA on tap! Actually I'm sober 12 years and this is the first for me.. I had the wagyu sliders and they were very very good. I'm a bigger guy, could have eaten three but the two in the meal were just right. Great service as well. I was a bit leery of the lower yelp rating but yelp tends to be more tough on places than Google. Note: extremely busy when we passed by on a Saturday summer night. We had a long day driving to Sunriver. We were tired and hungry. This place had the most vegetarian and pescatarian options of all the restaurants. We got to sit right away at the bar. The beer was amazing! Had the fresh hop ripper. Ordered salad, fried cauliflower and fish and chips. The salad and cauliflower were great, unfortunately the fish was ice cold inside. I brought it to the attention of the staff quietly and they were very apologetic and quickly made us fresh fish and chips and it was fantastic!!! They were so nice about it despite being super busy. When the check came they even took off the fish and chips. We tipped on the full amount of the bill plus some because they were so nice. We will be back and get more food, especially the fresh hop!!! read more
