I haven't tried the beef Wellington...yet. All the omelettes, and pretty much all the waffles are pretty much about average. Ask Brandon what a "Malted Waffle" is. Some of the other waffle options are cool sounding (cored out waffles with scrambled eggs imbedded, meat cooked into the waffles), but I haven't tried any yet. The nicest people work there and are very welcoming and although they are always busy I never feel rushed out. They do not accept reservations or calling ahead, but do a great job managing the wait times and letting you know about how long you have until you need to wait. Definitely worth the wait time and time again! Pancakes are fluffy, coffee is hot, the people are nice, and there is so many options to choose from! The place is cozy, warm and I love going there.
