I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

We had passed by so many times over the years and I never noticed it was located next door to Tacos Kissi, a taco eatery on Bethany Home Road. Mainly because Serkland is a small shop with just a few parking spots in front, and if you close your eyes as you drive by you'll miss it. Let me continue here on why I write this review. We needed service to our pool motor and I ended up calling Serkland to have someone out to service our pool motor. I wasn't in no hurry as I am fully aware that some businesses have a difficult time finding good people and especially parts are sometimes hard to obtain, and after I called I was told that he can't get a serviceman out for a couple of days which I was okay with. Fortunately I received a call much sooner and the person who introduced himself as Justin asked for our address to make sure he was headed our way. When he arrived I directed him to our unit and I felt very comfortable with him as he knew what he was doing. He worked to put a new unit which had to be put together and since it was a sticky humid day I had to give him some cold water. After all he is working outside. Justin did wonders and had our pool running again. I can't say enough about this place of business. We got taken care of by some knowledgeable people and nice people as well. The only thing I have to tell you is that they are not open on weekends but they will take care of you and whatever you need to take good care of your swimming pool. I know this is one of my shortest reviews but I was really impressed with Serkland.

We met multiple times before the project. After the project was completed, we've had nothing but problems every few months with the quality and rush job they did. We spend $30k+ on hardscapes and plants. On the blueprints, we were supposed to get a 10ft bbq area and we only have about 7ft. He offered to scrap the area and rebuild but it was already completed. Who wants to go through that after completion and weeks of construction. Everything he shared sounded like it would be of the utmost high quality, like metal trellis and a garden bed. He built our trellis and garden bed out of pallet wood which probably cost them nothing. The putting green was built with different (cheaper) turf than what we asked for at his showroom. Everything was just bait and a switch. If I had to guess, it cost me about 30k+ and his company maybe 10-12k. They put in a gas barbecue fire pit and said that everything would be done by the book including a permit. Well a few months later I find out there is no permit and it was not done by the book. This is crazy!! Unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone and will post this on all social media. Not once has he come in person besides the initial meetings. He leaves the dirty work to his managers Josh Ervin and Stephen Yoder. I've had to ask them to come out numerous times to fix or repair things that should've not had to been repaired if done correctly the first time. I'm once again trying to reach out to them for a dangerous hazard and now I don't get a response at all.
