We were having guests over the next day and knew we wanted the pool looking clean and filtered. He fit us in at the end of the day and patched the plumbing problem. We had a great time with our guests thanks to Brad's responsiveness. Later when the replacement salt cell housing arrived we had him back out and we had him replumb our entire system so that all the pipes were straight and the filter and pump were situated fully on the pad like they belonged. He also patched a suction side air leak at our request, and he will be sending us a quote for a full valve replacement in case the patch goes bad and we opt to pay for a more permanent fix. Highly recommend due to responsiveness and good workmanship.

We felt comfortable from the beginning of the process to the very end. Mike was always checking in at every stage and made sure there was no oversight. NO kidding. We had our pool done in about 6 weeks from signing the contract to filling the pool with water. We interviewed at least about a dozen or morel builders throughout the valley from large to small cos. Most of the time, the follow up was horrible. We were lucky to get a call back, let along a decent price quote. It was pretty frustrating. I highly recommend Taylor Made. Quick to call back when we had any issues or concerns. Went the extra mile when it came to customer service. Happy with our new spool and have had many compliments on it!!!

This is an afterthought review! I honestly didn't know…read moreSerkland was close by. My wife was the one that suggested I call. We had passed by so many times over the years and I never noticed it was located next door to Tacos Kissi, a taco eatery on Bethany Home Road. Mainly because Serkland is a small shop with just a few parking spots in front, and if you close your eyes as you drive by you'll miss it. Let me continue here on why I write this review. We needed service to our pool motor and I ended up calling Serkland to have someone out to service our pool motor. I wasn't in no hurry as I am fully aware that some businesses have a difficult time finding good people and especially parts are sometimes hard to obtain, and after I called I was told that he can't get a serviceman out for a couple of days which I was okay with. Fortunately I received a call much sooner and the person who introduced himself as Justin asked for our address to make sure he was headed our way. When he arrived I directed him to our unit and I felt very comfortable with him as he knew what he was doing. He worked to put a new unit which had to be put together and since it was a sticky humid day I had to give him some cold water. After all he is working outside. Justin did wonders and had our pool running again. I can't say enough about this place of business. We got taken care of by some knowledgeable people and nice people as well. The only thing I have to tell you is that they are not open on weekends but they will take care of you and whatever you need to take good care of your swimming pool. I know this is one of my shortest reviews but I was really impressed with Serkland.

We are completely dissatisfied with the service and we would never use them again. A very dissatisfied customer!

We first called Good Neighbor after seeing their signs in the neighborhood before we bought a house with a pool. Monte went out and looked over the pool/equipment (for free) before we purchased the house. He told us about some potential issues which we were able to resolve with the seller prior to moving in. Monte and his crew haven't missed a week since we started their weekly service. His pricing includes all chemicals so there are no extra charges, which is great for budget. He has automatic billing set up via credit card so you don't have to worry. We have had SEVERAL issues with our pool equipment due to a large tree in our backyard that drops leaves like crazy from the slightest breeze. Monte has come out several times to fix a clog, backwash the filter, repair the vacuum and countless other things this tree has messed up. He has tried everything possible to help our pool run smoothly without having to get rid of the tree. I finally made the decision to take the tree down, but Monte has tried 8-10 different solutions prior, on his own time, and always showed up when he said he would swing by. Thank you to Monte and his team. Our pool is always sparkling, clean, and chemically balanced. They really do a great job, you won't be disappointed!

Their after build service is exceptional and we are very happy two years after completion. Great guy, great company and staff. Definitely 5 star.

In February of 2018, my wife and I decided to use Jeromey and his company based on video 3D model…read moreand his word which he shared would be exact to what we saw. We met multiple times before the project. After the project was completed, we've had nothing but problems every few months with the quality and rush job they did. We spend $30k+ on hardscapes and plants. On the blueprints, we were supposed to get a 10ft bbq area and we only have about 7ft. He offered to scrap the area and rebuild but it was already completed. Who wants to go through that after completion and weeks of construction. Everything he shared sounded like it would be of the utmost high quality, like metal trellis and a garden bed. He built our trellis and garden bed out of pallet wood which probably cost them nothing. The putting green was built with different (cheaper) turf than what we asked for at his showroom. Everything was just bait and a switch. If I had to guess, it cost me about 30k+ and his company maybe 10-12k. They put in a gas barbecue fire pit and said that everything would be done by the book including a permit. Well a few months later I find out there is no permit and it was not done by the book. This is crazy!! Unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone and will post this on all social media. Not once has he come in person besides the initial meetings. He leaves the dirty work to his managers Josh Ervin and Stephen Yoder. I've had to ask them to come out numerous times to fix or repair things that should've not had to been repaired if done correctly the first time. I'm once again trying to reach out to them for a dangerous hazard and now I don't get a response at all.
