My 5-year-old spa developed a…read morestructural crack, which independent inspectors, including a licensed contractor, attributed to poor installation and a lack of proper foundational support. Despite our findings, Ross Herman repeatedly dismissed it as a "surface crack." He then blamed the issue on our pre-existing pergola and water drainage system, which were in place prior to installation and never flagged as a problem. I was particularly concerned to learn that Arizona law requires an ROC license for projects of this size, which Sedona Spas lacked at the time of our installation. I filed a complaint with the ROC, which resulted in a warning letter being sent to the owner. The advertised 20-year shell structure warranty was also misleading; the actual warranty is prorated and very limited. As our spa's structure is compromised and must be removed, I have requested a refund four times, but have been denied. This is the worst product and service experience I have ever had."

The day of my appt I realized the power had blown to my backyard and the service tech would not be able to test the tub without it! I called to cancel and they were very gracious saying they would reschedule the following Monday so I could have time to get things fixed. Apparently they did not update the tech because he showed up on time a few hours later. When I explained to him that I had to cancel and why he said he would still come in back to take a look at make and model etc- no extra charge! When he came back on Monday (same guy) I felt he was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and whether I should do refurbished equipment or new (they offer this!). If you need a repair please call these guys. They are definitely honesty and looking to give the best service as possible.

The tub remains inoperable 14 months later as it was not built to spec and trips a 60 amp breaker consistently. The color is wrong but the correct panels have not been received in 14 months. Apparently this used to be a family run business with a great reputation. LPI 's quality has been so negligent we are now pursuing a consumer complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General's Office.

Savannah has been great; start to finish with the process. You definitely pay a premium for any temp spa; but if you live where Summer holds at above 100F, it is the only way to fly. Can't wait to watch Fall Football from the Spa. We use our backyard more than neighbors with in ground pools....
