When I visit the store in person, there are often no employees available to assist customers. It is extremely frustrating to be unable to reach anyone by phone or receive timely customer service in the store. I understand stores can get busy, but consistently not answering calls and having limited staff available creates a poor customer experience. If the phone is not going to be monitored, customers should at least be informed of the best way to reach the store.
