I am writing this review for James from Excellent Pool Service because he came to my home to fix someone else's crappy work and install a new pump that I had purchased from another pool service guy back in September. The other guy ghosted me and never installed it. Even though James doesn't service my area, he came to my home as a favor to help make things right with my pool equipment. I'm so happy James agreed to come by. James worked fast, efficiently, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He installed the new pool pump, fixed the previous piping, and even painted everything so it looked nice. His fees were reasonable, he explained everything to me, and since he doesn't service my area he provided a recommendation for someone he trusts that can provide regular service and future repairs. Mr. Perez gave us a price we couldn't refuse and he was going to have this project completed in 2 weeks although the daily temps were starting to rise. His Team knew exactly what needed to be done and they started work early to beat the heat. When questions came up, he would always have a direct answer quickly. The Team worked like an 16 cylinder engine, always working in synchronicity and never wasting time, always working towards completion and thinking what the next step was going to be. In my lifetime, I have never seen a company work so well together and enjoying their job!! Everybody was fun to talk with especially Mr. Perez.
