Kyle did a great job fixing my pool. I had many problems. He got me set up with a new Salt water system, as mine had been broken for a few years. He also replaced a huge area of Pebble Tec. Actually two areas. His crew was very nice and did a good job. I felt his prices were fair and he was honest about what needed to be done. Very professional and work done in a timely manner. His communication was great. I will continue to have Kyle fix my pool!! Oh, he also replaced many of my leaking pipes. It looks pretty nice by my pumps now. read more

Expensive, will bill you for everything and nothing. $40.00 to remove a leaf from impeller. $40.00 to soak the salt cell in a bucket. Provides himself with two week paid vacation. After vacation, charges more for the missed service complications. Dishonest and crabby. read more

Kyle and his crew did an excellent job replacing our pool filter. Fair pricing and quality work. They were the only company that answered the phone on a Sunday. Will be using them again in the future. Thanks guys! Mario read more

5/5 stars if you can get a call back! I called the day I closed on my new home for some pool repairs. Kyle called me back very quickly and Brad (who was so helpful and did a great job) came out the next afternoon. I was so impressed and, when I asked about hiring them for regular maintenance, was told to contact Kyle. I texted him 3 days later to set up weekly maintenance, sign up for their "pool school" service, and have the pool light repaired which happened to go out. He said he would call me the following day but never got back to me even after I tried to contact him again. I've waited over a week now so I guess I'm not getting a call back. read more

These guys are amazing. Less than 24 hours from my first phone call, my pool was 100% fixed by a very thorough and honest troubleshooting methodology. They really went the extra mile to make sure every part of the problem was addressed and solved. The best part- I paid half of what the other guys had asked! They are my first to call and first to recommend from this point onward! read more

I had been broken since I bought my house. I've never been able to use it. I've shopped around for someone to fix it but nobody was able to take on such a labor intensive project. That was recommended by a friend, and as soon as he saw the hot tub he got straight to work. He got me the best prices. He worked very hard, sometimes hours on end, and got it done within within days. If it weren't for Brad, my hot tub would stay broken for years. I've already recommended Brad to a couple of people- I cannot recommend him enough!!! read more

If good communication, dependability and reliability are important to you, choose someone else. Kyle was great at selling his product, and incentivizing me to leave a positive review in order to receive a 10% discount on his service (don't believe the posts you see, as I am certain they were incentivized to leave reviews in exchange for their discount as well). However, several months later, each time he has come to do work, there have suspiciously been more problems after each visit. What's worse is when you try to reach Kyle to address issues potentially caused by him or his team, he does not respond to text messages, calls or return voicemails. I am very surprised to see him still in business based on the poor interpersonal and customer service skills he shows. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere, and would recommend you do the same. read more

I called this guy from my work line to setup a job. I left a voicemail asking him to call my cell phone to schedule a visit for a pool remodel. This stellar human being then calls my cell twice in a row and then my office line. When I answer he begins harrassing me about why I have a CA number but live in AZ and then proceeds to ask me a bunch of questions about what I do for a living. This guy is very paranoid and I suggest anyone looking for pool work stay far away from him. Disgusting. read more

"Fantastic service. Great price. This company was recommended to me by my pool service guy when my pool heater stopped working, based on previous experience he had with this company while servicing other pools. so I thought I would take a chance because I really like the work he does. Long story short. Fantastic Decision to go with Kyle at Can You Fix My Pool. Very professional. Great Price. Did the work very quickly...completed right before Christmas holiday. (I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to replace my heater until sometime in January.) So thrilled! I highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable about pool equipment." read more

Kyle is amazing!!! He came out to my house to clean my pool filter on short notice and then gave me all sorts of helpful advice! I'm a first time customer and will gladly be a repeat customer to someone so friendly and helpful. : ) read more

This is the second time I have had work done by this company. Earlier in the year I had a railing put in the ground by the steps to make it easier to get in and out of the pool. What a superb job with no damage to the decking or any part of the pool...it looks like it has always been there. Earlier this month I noticed the motor was making noise and that the vacuum was not working as well as it had. I was getting a lot of air into the system and decided it was time to change out the motor which sounded like it was dying. Today, at approximately noon I called and spoke with Kyle Elliott, the owner. This afternoon, approximately 3.5 hours later, Brad called to advise me he was on his way. Brad discussed replacement of the motor, installing a check valve, etc. The explanation of what needed to be done was very thorough. Absolutely the best service I have used for my pool as I have used other companies in previous years for a variety of pool related problems. Brad was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. I am so happy I found this wonderful company to take care of ALL my pool needs. I will only be calling them in the future for any pool related problems! read more

Kyle did a great job for us! He was able to come out right away and gave us a really good price compared to others. Our water line tile looks like new- no more calcium lines. He also installed a salt system and LED light that are working great. read more

I called Kyle on a Monday to install a new Hayward Tristar pool pump, it was installed Wednesday and i must say, Brad was the installer and being new to owning a pool, was very helpful in educating me about the do's and dont's of maintenence. I would highly recommend this Company and once again, thx guys! read more

We had to have an emergency repair on our auto filler due to a previous company not doing their job. Can You Fix My Pool was out quickly to avoid the pool from over flowing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions. Very reasonable price for such quick arrival. Thank you! read more

Brad was huge help. I had no idea what I was doing with my pool and he walked me through everything I needed to know about the chemicals, the filter, the motor and the whole system. The pool school was fairly cheap and it will save me a lot of money in the long run. He was very personable and I feel like I can trust that he has my best interest in mind. Plus he has a sweet beard. -Brett read more

Called Kyle on a Friday night in regard to needing a Salt Chlorinator System for my pool. On Sunday evening he responded to me and had Brad call me on Monday. Brad was able to discuss the various systems with me on the phone - spending a considerable amount of time doing so I might add. After determining which system I wanted to go with I asked Brad when it could be installed as I was planning a trip out of town soon and wanted it installed prior to my trip. He worked out his schedule to accommodate my request and had the system up and running prior to my trip. Excellent service!! read more

They said they could work on my spa. Well, they messed up my spa by treating it like a pool. I can't say they do good work on a pool, but don't believe them when they say they can work on a spa if that's what you're looking for. If you don't know what you're doing when it comes to a spa, please just say that. So upset I let myself get scammed by these guys. Would not recommend because if you can't be honest about what you can and can not do how can you trust them to do good, honest service. read more

THE BEST! Honest, thorough, knowledgeable, PRICED RIGHT! We are repeat customers, they are my first call every time I need help

I was charged for a pool light repair that Kyle admitted his technician performed incorrectly. When asked if he would be willing to fix the mistake for a reduced fee, basically the difference in price for what should have been done the first time, he said he would have to discuss it with his technician and get back to me. I never heard from him again. Pretty much wasted $300. I didn't even ask for it to be redone at no charge which frankly, any good business would have done since it was, in fact, their error. read more
