Kyle did a great job fixing my pool. I had many problems. He got me set up with a new Salt water system, as mine had been broken for a few years. He also replaced a huge area of Pebble Tec. Actually two areas. His crew was very nice and did a good job. I felt his prices were fair and he was honest about what needed to be done. Very professional and work done in a timely manner. His communication was great. I will continue to have Kyle fix my pool!! Oh, he also replaced many of my leaking pipes. It looks pretty nice by my pumps now. read more

5/5 stars if you can get a call back! I called the day I closed on my new home for some pool repairs. Kyle called me back very quickly and Brad (who was so helpful and did a great job) came out the next afternoon. I was so impressed and, when I asked about hiring them for regular maintenance, was told to contact Kyle. I texted him 3 days later to set up weekly maintenance, sign up for their "pool school" service, and have the pool light repaired which happened to go out. He said he would call me the following day but never got back to me even after I tried to contact him again. I've waited over a week now so I guess I'm not getting a call back. read more

These guys are amazing. Less than 24 hours from my first phone call, my pool was 100% fixed by a very thorough and honest troubleshooting methodology. If good communication, dependability and reliability are important to you, choose someone else. Kyle was great at selling his product, and incentivizing me to leave a positive review in order to receive a 10% discount on his service (don't believe the posts you see, as I am certain they were incentivized to leave reviews in exchange for their discount as well). However, several months later, each time he has come to do work, there have suspiciously been more problems after each visit. What's worse is when you try to reach Kyle to address issues potentially caused by him or his team, he does not respond to text messages, calls or return voicemails. I am very surprised to see him still in business based on the poor interpersonal and customer service skills he shows. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere, and would recommend you do the same. read more

I had been broken since I bought my house. I've never been able to use it. I've shopped around for someone to fix it but nobody was able to take on such a labor intensive project. That was recommended by a friend, and as soon as he saw the hot tub he got straight to work. He got me the best prices. He worked very hard, sometimes hours on end, and got it done within within days. If it weren't for Brad, my hot tub would stay broken for years. I called this guy from my work line to setup a job. I left a voicemail asking him to call my cell phone to schedule a visit for a pool remodel. This stellar human being then calls my cell twice in a row and then my office line. When I answer he begins harrassing me about why I have a CA number but live in AZ and then proceeds to ask me a bunch of questions about what I do for a living. This guy is very paranoid and I suggest anyone looking for pool work stay far away from him. Disgusting. read more

This is the second time I have had work done by this company. Earlier in the year I had a railing put in the ground by the steps to make it easier to get in and out of the pool. What a superb job with no damage to the decking or any part of the pool...it looks like it has always been there. Earlier this month I noticed the motor was making noise and that the vacuum was not working as well as it had. I was getting a lot of air into the system and decided it was time to change out the motor which sounded like it was dying. Today, at approximately noon I called and spoke with Kyle Elliott, the owner. This afternoon, approximately 3.5 hours later, Brad called to advise me he was on his way. Brad discussed replacement of the motor, installing a check valve, etc. The explanation of what needed to be done was very thorough. Absolutely the best service I have used for my pool as I have used other companies in previous years for a variety of pool related problems. Brad was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Called Kyle on a Friday night in regard to needing a Salt Chlorinator System for my pool. On Sunday evening he responded to me and had Brad call me on Monday. Brad was able to discuss the various systems with me on the phone - spending a considerable amount of time doing so I might add. After determining which system I wanted to go with I asked Brad when it could be installed as I was planning a trip out of town soon and wanted it installed prior to my trip. They said they could work on my spa. Well, they messed up my spa by treating it like a pool. I can't say they do good work on a pool, but don't believe them when they say they can work on a spa if that's what you're looking for. If you don't know what you're doing when it comes to a spa, please just say that. So upset I let myself get scammed by these guys. Would not recommend because if you can't be honest about what you can and can not do how can you trust them to do good, honest service. read more

I was charged for a pool light repair that Kyle admitted his technician performed incorrectly. When asked if he would be willing to fix the mistake for a reduced fee, basically the difference in price for what should have been done the first time, he said he would have to discuss it with his technician and get back to me. I never heard from him again. Pretty much wasted $300. I didn't even ask for it to be redone at no charge which frankly, any good business would have done since it was, in fact, their error. read more
