They'll get the job done, that much I can say. I had a newly purchased house fumigated in November, 2019. The scheduling was initially a bit difficult because the gas company couldn't figure out where the meter was the first time they came out (not Sunny Coast's fault at all). Eventually it was tented and fumigate. My issue is with the completion and follow up. A full day after I was told the rent was removed I returned to find the garage disabled and their special key piece jammed into the lock preventing entry. I can understand this during the fumigation, but a full day after it was removed? They definitely forgot about this. So I didn't have access to my garage for a couple days because they forgot about it I guess. Next, the "glue" they use to seal the tent left a bunch of residue on 4 different walls. I had the guy who I spoke with on the phone come out to look at this and he said they'd had to paint it. Luckily I had the materials in my garage and he said they'd take care of it. Never heard back. Regardless of all this, I'm pretty sure my house is termite free and I have a 2-year warranty either way so like I said, they got the job done. read more

Gabriel came to my house 2 years ago when we had a rat in our attic. This rat was visiting both my house and my neighbor's house! We both tried to catch the rat with rat trips and had no success. I called Gabriel and he was able to catch the rat quickly and close up the holes in our attic, so we wouldn't have any other future visitors. Sooo happy he was able to catch that tricky rat! Fast forward to last week. I figured out we had a rat in our garage. I immediately knew who to call! Gabriel showed up that day and was able to diagnose that the rat was just in our garage and not in the attic. (Thank you for closing up our attic holes so well!!) We think the rat must have sneaked in while our garage door was open. Gabriel set up rat traps around our garage and caught this guy quickly too! Gabriel is professional, polite, on-time, and has very reasonable rates! Gabriel will definitely get your pest control problem under control! We have been using Sunny Coast Pest Control for several years on a routine basis. Prior to hiring Sunny Coast we had True Green Chem Lawn. There was a staining problem & still lots of ants when they sprayed so we decided to switch. Sunny Coast has done a comprehensive job for us, spraying for pests and treatments for termites. Of course these are tasks that must be performed on a regular basis. Preventing an infestation is easier and less costly than trying to remove one that has been established. I called Sunny Coast after we found some termites in the bedroom of our town house. Our HOA gets our complex sprayed every year with orange oil and this was a couple weeks after that. I thought maybe they were coming out because of the spray. After dealing with it for 2 weeks my wife was getting upset with bugs dropping from the wood beams. I called Sunny Coast based on there Yelp reviews I also called the two companies rated higher the first never called back and the second one wanted to come in a week and a half ??? I got through to Sunny Coast the answered and sent someone out the next day to inspect. Gabriel came out super nice and professional took the time to look at everything and explain why orange oil doesn't work. They are extremely polite, professional and know their business. Gabriel checked the hole house, attic and open wood and treated three locations. They also guarantee the work for a year. I live by the beach and in town homes so these things are always coming back. Couple months later we had some more come in the room I called them they came out right away and treated it for free even though it was an entirely new area of the house. Mario was the sprayer that came to my house on all visits. I had a major flea problem moving after moving into a rental home. We have no pets. The former tenant had one medium sized dog so not sure how he survived so many fleas. My ankles were so chewed up I could only go out to leave and return. Even then the critters would jump on me every opportunity. I always carried a can of hotshot to spray on my legs despite it being poison. I was desperate. They had to come a few times since they seemed to keep hatching. They were reluctant the 3rd time despite their 2 month guarantee. Blame was put on wildlife which I know could be possible but not so many fleas could happen after a spray in my opinion. They came out regardless and took care of it. Mario was great and an asset to this company. I have since learned that putting out ammonia soaked rags , moth balls and cayenne pepper are ways to keep wildlife from my yard. Fingers crossed. Sunny Coast Termite and Pest Control (Gabriel) came to our house; did a termite inspection; identified damage areas and submitted a proposal to treat the termites and repair the existing damage. His proposal was significantly less than a competitor's. He also performed a pest control perimeter treatment to (we hope) prevent ant infestations inside the house. Gabriel is courteous, professional, and competent. If we have a late summer internal ant infestation as we have had the last two summers, Gabriel will come out and recommend an appropriate treatment. I removed empty bird nests which resulted in a bird mite infestation. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. However, Gabriel Lopez came as soon as I called him which happened to be a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable about which products are effective . He showed great concern and listened to my whinning. I invited two companies to inspect my home for rodent control and to give me estimates. Persons from both companies agreed that I had a problem in my garage but not in my attic. One company suggested that I opt for the full service (through protection of the home including even the garage with a warranty). The full service costs five times as much as a basic service. With a relatively new house (less than 20 years old) in good condition, I decided to try the basic service with Sunny Coast Termite and Pest Control. Two days after Gabriel set the traps, I asked him to return because there was a dead rat in one of the traps. He returned once per week for two weeks to check the traps. After his final visit, I shall maintain the traps myself. In the future, if I discover rodents in the attic, in air ducts, or elsewhere, I might need to have Gabriel return for a more complete service (including repairs of areas where rodents can enter). I have discussed with him the possibility of returning in the future for spider problems (which I experience from time to time). I recommend highly Gabriel for his thorough work and for reasonably-priced service options. read more

From day 1 I asked for Saturday service only! I work from home but with the 1 day notice weekdays do not work....they continued to come during the week with no notice. Their last service was limited to the front yard again as I was not given any notice. I then called and asked for someone to complete the service by spraying my backyard for spiders and for fleas which was scheduled for today 5/26. When Gabriel (I think) arrived and went on a search to see if fleas jumped on him he finally told me this is a different service and it's a 2 step process of $200.00 or so! I have worked with other pest control companies in the past and not one has ever charged extra for this service. When I asked for them to come out and spray why didn't someone advise me this would be an extra fee. upon hearing this additional cost, I was very upset and told him to finish the regular maintenance and I am cancelling all future service. He went on to finish the job than tried to collect another $60.00 from me and told me the backyard is not part of the service! only the perimeter of the front house.....then why does my paperwork by the last tech state too many dogs to get in the backyard?? read more
