The team showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn't rush anything. My siding looked almost new after the wash, and the windows were so clean it felt like someone removed the glass completely. The gutter cleaning was a big help too, I usually dread that part, but they handled it professionally. It's hard to find companies that truly take pride in their work these days, but Rus and his crew really do. I'll definitely be using them again in the spring. Highly recommend.

The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. We were quoted $210 for gutter cleaning on a 2.5 story house with a detached garage. We think it was a great value and will use this company again. We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.

Don't spend a lot of time comparing options (like i did). He's the right one - the referral i got was spot on... Photos are from one room (the last one they did) ___The Choice___ After nearly 15 years in our home, we decided it was time to freshen up the interior with a full paint job. I looked around for a few people and got two providers to come in for a quote. Isaiah came recommended from a freind that did a full gut rehab and had a great experience with him. The other was a reco from the house next door after they had a full interior paint job. Isaiah's pricing was much better and more transparent. He actually included one page for each of the 3 floors, with specific details of the work to be done in each area and the price for that room/section. His price was also better than our other option by a meaningful amount. It wasn't cheap, but the proposal was so detailed, I felt like it made sense. It was also easy because he is a responsive communicator and seemed to be "on top of things" when we exchagned notes. __Scheduling__ We gave him a small deposit (20% or so) and decided that we wanted to wait 2 months before beginning work (trips and guests). He put us on the calendar, but life happened. About 2 weeks out, we needed to push back 2 more weeks. He flipped a few jobs and accomodated us - which he didn't need to do. It was a HUGE blessing to us. ___The Work___ We expected it to be a 2 week job, but it took 16 working days (3 weeks + a final saturday) to do the work. The went floor by floor, essentially 1 week at a time. We have a lot of space and needed a fair amount of repair work from water damage and sub-par previous patchwork. We also had a lot of trim to re-paint. Plus, it was our fault: He worked with us on all of that and a few odds & ends that we asked for after he started. It raised the price, but was more than fair and probably screwed up his schedule by a day or two. They were good at the start time every day, which helped (plus or minus 20mins). They wrapped each day at a good time for us too. They also worked clean and covered everything on the floors they were working (the repairs created a LOT of dust). It was typically 2 guys, sometimes 3. Most floors were color matched, with a few changes. ___The results___ We are VERY VERY VERY satisfied with the work Isaiah and his team did in the house. The work was crispy and they were quick to address any last minute quality issues we saw as we inspeted every rooms (lots of them). The repair work was flawless and we're finally back in a "new" looking house. I can't recommend the Isaiah enough.

I don't often post reviews, but my recent experience with this cleaning company was so disappointing and concerning that I feel obligated to share it. I hired the service for what was described as a deep cleaning at a rate of $220. The owner and manager, Jack, personally assured me that the cleaning would be comprehensive and thorough -- covering detailed work on floors, baseboards, kitchen appliances, and bathrooms. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. The cleaner arrived late, spent a very short amount of time on-site, and did only the most superficial work. Surfaces were barely wiped, floors looked untouched, and several key areas -- including corners, fixtures, and counters -- were ignored altogether. The result did not resemble even a light cleaning, let alone the deep cleaning I paid for. When I reached out to Jack, he initially admitted the job was substandard and promised a full refund. However, shortly thereafter, he completely reversed his position -- refusing to issue the refund and instead adding an unexpected $20 "cancellation fee." He then informed me that he would "no longer be discussing the matter," abruptly ending all communication. This kind of conduct is both unprofessional and deeply concerning. He is one very rude and dishonest individual. The combination of false promises, lack of accountability, and refusal to communicate demonstrates a troubling disregard for customers. It's one thing for a service to make mistakes; it's another to mislead clients, retract commitments, and invent arbitrary charges after the fact. In agreement with the previous reviews, this business operates in a dishonest and misleading manner. It's a scam. Giving them even one star feels unfair. Jack's handling of this situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. This entire business is a scam. Lazy and dishonest workers! I strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. If I could give this company a negative star I would. I had the service "cleaner" come in and when I came back I felt like they may have swept the floors if I was lucky. I asked them to do certain services and they said they would do it "on the house" and never did. When I was doing a walk through of my house, I immediately felt as if I had been scammed for $220. Please don't support this "business" and do not use there scamming service. I asked the Sunday Cleaners to do a deep clean and I have never had my house cleaned so poorly. Not only that the woman was only there for a couple of hours which wasn't humanly possible to clean my house in that amount of time. I remember beign shocked when she called me to tell me she was done. The woman clearly wanted to get out of my place before even stepping foot in it and collect her check. My cleaner was in my small house (944 sq ft) for 2 hours ($80) and I could tell she mopped the floors, vacuumed and wiped down some areas like the fridge and freezer but I still had to spend a lot of time cleaning myself, like the floor of the bathroom and all the cabinets/shelving before I could even consider moving in. It's likely my fault for not asking more questions about what a "move-in" clean entailed but I guessed it was going to be a bit more thorough than what I actually got. I probably should have gone with the "deep clean" in this situation.

The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.
