I love this place! I come here every 2-3weeks for a gel manicure! They do an awesome job and are reasonably priced! Their pedicures are even more tremendous than their manis. They take their time and are not trying to rush you out the door to get the next person in the chair like other nail places do! If I could rate this place -50 stars I would. I just literally left his place after my cuticles were brutally assaulted. The technician who I presume is also the owner, carelessly attempted to paint my nails without allowing me to or requesting that I wash my hands after filing. This led to the development of bubbles on the surface. She then proceeded to tell me it was the color. I said that's fine I can choose another. She would not allow me to choose another and instead proceeded to insist on what color I should wear. Anyway long story short..This is the worst treatment I have ever had at a nail facility. This is a hidden gem.. I'm so glad I was lucky to walk in and find this place since I was just looking for the closest salon to me. The chairs are new and the place is remodeled really nicely! I picked the deluxe pedi and you get to pick two spa options for $28. I picked the sugar scrub and paraffin wax. . They used real oranges squeezed on my legs then sugar scrubbed. Ive never had a salon use real fruit for a salon service. It comes with a hot stone massage as well.. I feel completely pampered! Sad I'm moving back to California after finding such a nice place to go to!! Highly recommended! They said they are pretty busy after working hours so take a day off and come in around 10:30- 12pm.. the only thing bad was the needy picky lady next to me that kept demanding she be treated like a princess lol. read more

If I could give no stars I would, this place literally cannot keep track of who came in when. My wife and I sit there for an hour when they said when we walked in it would be 20 minutes. They finally call her back to get her nails done and tell me to go with her. Wait another twenty minutes while they proceed to sit 4 people who came after us and start on their pedicures. Then one of the guys asks me to go sit somewhere else because they need the chair!! They were the ones who asked me to move there!!! I decided to try here after my regular salon was closed...I was really hoping I'd like this place bec its close to home and fair priced, but I will definitely NOT be back. First, I really enjoyed the pedicure, very good price and a lot of options for add ons...my only complaint is I wish she would have spent more time on the callous removal. Now my nails... when I first came in the salon I showed them a picture of how I wanted my acrillic nails, they said no problem. When I sat down I showed the picture again, and again he told me not a problem he could do it. I wound up with something nowhere close to what I wanted. I wanted a pink backfill and got regular, you can see all the fill lines and drill marks. He painted the color tips when he said he would do powder. The paint on the tips looks like its bleeding down and is mixed into the natural nail part. They are super thick and the lengths are all different, the right hand all longer than the left. I kept pointing out the things I was unhappy with, and he tried to fix it somewhat but they looked soooo sloppy. I was so frustrated by this point, and had already been there over 2.5 hours, I just let him finish them. I needed to leave and thought this is probably the best they'd look. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and am so disappointed and frustrated that my nails look like this. The staff was nice and the salon was pretty and clean, but the only way I would come back if I was in a bind would be for a pedicure. .. never have my acrylics done here again. read more

3 stars because John is great but it's barely been a week and this is my 2nd nail that has broken off! The first one broke off the day after and they fixed it and now another broke off... super disappointed because it wasn't like I was doing anything crazy with my fingers I was turning a knob on my vanity and my finger slipped and then I was putting up a screen door(just to give u a background of what I was doing) luckily, I know how to do acrylics otherwise I'd be more upset due to the fact that I spent $65 for them. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I feel like it's vert necessary. I have been going to this nail salon for about a year off and on. I keep going back because I like my nail tech well I like his attitude. But my nails constantly break when I get them done here. I got my nails done two days ago, All I got was a fill and a color change which is considered a fill that costed me $45 and I got a pedicure as well with gel nails my total was $100 which is fine I don't mind paying the price but on my first visit this last time he literally had to fix my hands in my toenail Polish three different times because it was not drying. Then I had to go back the next day because my finger nail polish literally started coming off in the shower and was still wet underneath. I understand maybe the polish was bad so I didn't complain and I waited the extra time and I still tipped pretty good. But having my nails break after all of that is ridiculous especially for the amount of money that I paid. I am sad to say that I will not be coming back here. I called today which is two days later to let them know my finger nail broke and I even explain to them the situation. But they refused to fix my one finger nail today because he is not in I will not mention any names. But it is very embarrassing read more

I am highly upset with this company. I got my nails done on Monday by Steve, on Tuesday white dots showed up under my nails. I called and Steve said to come in and they will fix them. I switched to this nail salon about 9 months ago because it's closer to home. Not only are their prices about $5.00 cheaper, per service, than anyone else, Steven and his wife are incredibly sweet. They do very good work (I'm picky), and the salon is always very clean, and they always accommodate my last minute appointments. Steven and his wife treat their customers well and provide special touches that other salons seem to ignore. I've been getting acrylic nails since 1995, and visited at least 20 salons, this one by far, has been my favorite. read more
