After a couple of weeks we decided on an R7 model and went in to order it which went very great. Spa was ordered and set for delivery. The delivery company did a great job and gave us easy to understand instructions on the care and upkeep. Now here is the "Above and Beyond".. A couple of handrails were missing from the delivery and the store manager made a special trip and came down early the very next morning to deliver and install the handrails... How great is that... This is customer service the way it should be.

It's a big decision to invest in a hot tub and we're so glad we chose a Bullfrog spa. We even wore our swimsuits to the store, got in an A7L and tried out all 17 jet packs. That made it easier to pick the 5 we wanted. Josh and the crew that came out to set it up for us were super helpful. We had ours delivered and then set in place a month later after the pavers were installed and organizing that went well too. We are very happy with our A7L and highly recommend it.

We are very happy with our new hot tub that we purchased from Jeremy and Henry at Southwest Spas…read more They were nice enough to hold on to our tub at their facility until we were able to get HOA approval, 220v electrical hook-up and breaker, and a small travertine patio extension built for the hot tub. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.

I found Price busters pool and spa, many miles from my house and stopped in. I had visited many independent shops before trying price busters with out any success. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. He knew in minutes what I needed and supplied me the part. I discovered that I needed more parts to finish the jobs. I drove back and they helped me with the new parts and helped me install it at the store. Old fashion expertise and friendly people. I wish I lived closer. I will continue to make the 15 mile drive to get all my pool needs. Thank you again

We did and it worked! Needed a few replacement parts and they had those too. Expensive but these parts are hard to find and we needed them. They were very helpful! We won't go anywhere else.
