Drove home, next day 4 of my buddies helped me unload and locate, filled with water and I was tubbing in 104F crystal clear water the next morning at 6am. During this second visit, I reminded Gary of our March and April conversations. Once again, he assured me of a quick delivery, placing what he claimed was a new order that would arrive "in a couple of days." Two weeks later, on December 21, I messaged him for an update. Silence. On December 23, I reached out again, to which he finally responded: "Hi Ken, sorry I'm out of the store here the last few days and today. I will check tomorrow when I get in and will update you." On December 26, the day after Christmas, Gary informed me that the system had "magically" changed my order to just two headrests of the wrong type, necessitating yet another reorder. Today is January 11, 2025, and I still have no headrests. In two months, this ordeal will mark its one-year anniversary. The most disappointing aspect isn't just the lack of headrests - it's the continuous cycle of empty promises and the complete absence of proactive communication or problem-solving. As someone who has purchased two premium spas from Bullfrog, I find it unconscionable that such a simple replacement part request has been mishandled to this extent. We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.

The day of my appt I realized the power had blown to my backyard and the service tech would not be able to test the tub without it! I called to cancel and they were very gracious saying they would reschedule the following Monday so I could have time to get things fixed. Apparently they did not update the tech because he showed up on time a few hours later. When I explained to him that I had to cancel and why he said he would still come in back to take a look at make and model etc- no extra charge! When he came back on Monday (same guy) I felt he was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and whether I should do refurbished equipment or new (they offer this!). If you need a repair please call these guys. They are definitely honesty and looking to give the best service as possible.
