The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. I wanted a full remodel, Deck, Pebble Tec, and Tile. Jake explained the process and gave me a competitive quote. This was on Wednesday, he started the project on Friday, two days later. The job was completed in less than nine days. He kept every promise and did a fantastic job. His crews were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after each day of work. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that.
