The only reason this review isn't a 1 star is because of Frank. Frank is good people. The delivery team (Nick) is the worst. I have never heard so many excuses and missed delivery timelines. I took the day off work to be home to accept the delivery, at 8 am I get a call from Nick saying he's stuck at another delivery and will be there by 11 am, 5 more calls and 5 more excuses. Then he just turned off his number and missed the delivery. I was very close to cancelling the deal over it. The communication with these guy is absolutely awful and once the issue happened they blew me off. They are still blowing me off as I tired to connect on why my hot tub is over heating. Going to love the warranty battle if I have a lemon. I am not saying I regret buying this tub, but this company should act professional and deliver! Also make sure you have everything in writhing as the delivery team tried to get an extra $500 for the delivery and removal of the old tub which was included in my deal. I had to call Frank so he could call them to tell them to pound sand. If you go ask for Frank.

In May 2026 I broke my arm and was unable to get into the spa to maintain it, just put chemicals in. Eventually, the spa started to grow algae. On June 22 I called Southwest and asked for a service call to do a drain, clean, bring new filters, and fill. They put me in contact with their service person Noah. He was supposed to come out on the 26th. Between June 26th and July 8th Noah canceled 6 times. I let Southwest know and they gave me their "sincere apologies". When Noah finally came out, he did the drain and clean but did not replace the filters (which were filled with algae). He did not fill up the spa with water like he was supposed to. He kept the breakers on and the jets were running dry. When I filled up the spa and turned the jets back on, gunk and insects came out of where the filters are located. I removed the filters and they were the old ones. All of that went right back into the Swimspa. Again, it is filled with algae. I tried to take care of it myself, but it's out of control. I have also lost power to the spa. I called Southwest, and told them what happened with the filters and asked for a service call. I was told that Noah did not work there anymore and would send someone else out. They said they would be out on Friday, July 31st. and would call me back with a timeframe. I received no such call. I called and left a message at Southwest on July 31st and told them to not bother coming out and that I was going to leave this review. I received a call back almost immediately. I spoke to Brent who said he was almost at my house. After talking to him I discovered that I was going to be charged a $150 service fee and almost $80.00 for new filters. I told him I was not going to pay for a service fee to correct damage that was done by their company.

They recommended we hire a pin point leak detection company, who drained our pool and found no leaks ($650 down the drain). Separately, they recommended acid washing our pool and we trusted them when they said it would bring out the white in the pebble tec. Instead, we got unsightly streaks throughout our entire pool. We hired a new pool company who promptly found the source of the leaks (a twisted O-ring that happened when the previous company changed out the filter). Replaced it for $25 and no dirt since. But the ugly discoloration remains, and I've tried working with them to help me repair this, to no avail. I'm highly frustrated every time I look at the pool.

The technician arrived around 7:00 a.m., about an hour before my scheduled appointment, and then sat outside my house for roughly 15 minutes without knocking, calling, texting, or otherwise letting me know he had arrived. I reported an intermittent leak from my filter tank and provided photos documenting the problem. The technician told me the issue was likely due to a dirty filter because the pressure was reading 35 PSI. However, the filter had just been cleaned, and I did not feel my concerns or the photos I provided were adequately addressed. The technician told me he needed to contact the home warranty company to determine how to proceed. After that, I never received a follow-up call, text, or return visit. Instead, I later learned that the work order had been submitted as completed. The most frustrating part is that the problem was not resolved, and after the appointment my pool pump stopped working altogether. Communication was poor, the issue was not fixed, and I was left with more problems than when I started. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
