I arrived about 30 minutes before closing (they close at 5 PM on Sundays), and they still took me in without hesitation. The team was very careful while working on my Mercedes and made sure everything was done correctly. I was able to watch through the window while they worked, and they took their time to make sure everything was done right and that no mistakes were made. They even checked extra things like my tires, which I really appreciated. After the service, my car ran like a top on my trip out of town. That gave me a lot of confidence. The prices are very reasonable, and they even had a $7 coupon available. Overall, I feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle and wanted others to know about the good service I received. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.
