I came up to the establishment just being nice I just needed someone to help me figure out a way to fix my ebike tire because I got this brand new eBay I've only had for 2 months and I was having an issue because the tube was bulging and pushing my tire out of the rim and I just needed someone to tell me if they can figure out a way to fix it or give me options well either if the manager was being disrespectful because I almost caught a case with him and the other guy was being just as rude and the other guy he was nice he gave me some options he apologized and he couldn't figure it out which I understood and I appreciate it him being honest with me instead of the manager being disrespectful and rude. I would give zero stars if I could. Went in with oil pan issue. Cost me 2k Not once did they communicate with us outside the shop and me and my wife had to call 3 days to see the status. I'm paying probably 1k in just labor.. for that service they ate about to owe me. We called and were told it's ready.. again WE called. Recieved the car was told they gave a test drive and it was all good. Drove off and car started shaking, engine lights kept flashing on and off. Smell of burning started. I wouldn't even think of doing business at this establishment. And seeing they are owned by Lambs Auto.. they can both go go out of business. read more

Called to request an estimate for a service I would like done to my car. I was told they could provide no pricing until I paid for a diagnostic at a rate of $200 an hour. This is wild! ryan main technician was awful, i just wanted to get my car looked at and they told me what i already knew, they tried to charge me $1238 for a $90 part that takes less than an hour to put in and as soon as i told them i would fix it myself the technician was very rude on the phone he said " that would have been nice to know." and hung up. this was very uncalled for because it's not like they started working on the car. they tried to guilt trip me into leaving it there and having them fix it. and when i go out to my car (manual so no park gear) my handbrake was less than halfway up. horrible experience dont go here. read more

We set an appointment on Friday 9/25/23 online for the first available time on Wednesday 9/29. We dropped our vehicle off at which time they said they did not show us having an appointment at all. They said to leave the car and they would look at it as soon as possible. (Ok- so maybe we messed up when booking the appointment online.) We checked in with them on Thursday and Friday and each time they said they would look at it soon. On Monday morning, we called and they said they were looking at the vehicle that morning and would contact us asap. No one called. On Tuesday we picked up the car and they happily gave us the keys back with no apology or reason for not helping us. We called Christian brothers on Tuesday afternoon and they told us to bring the car in first thing in the morning, Wednesday 10/3. They fixed the problem the same day and we had our car back. They claim to be a part of the warranty program through RepairPal, however after scheduling my repairs a week in advance and driving 45 mins to this shop, I was told the program doesn't work well for them, because the manager gets the schedule emails and doesn't check them. So, I was turned away, without a care. Ended up going to the manufacturer, which I should have in the first place. I was hoping to find a local repair shop to support, however that didn't go so well. While I blame RepairPal mostly, the lack of care/support from the shop says a lot. read more

I had used McSpaddens for years and had been happy with how they took care of me, but I won't be back. I took my wife's Lexus in to have them chase down a vibration that had developed. They found the problem, which was of my own doing. I had fixed a flat on her car and failed to fully tighten the lug bolts and they had loosened enough to cause vibration. When I went in to pick it up, I was surprised to owe them $285 because they had rotated and balanced the tires in the process of tracking down the problem. They did this WITHOUT calling me to authorize that amount of work and expense. I paid, but I won't be back. read more

My Volvo S90 had some problems with brakes. One of the wires supporting the brake system failed. It was not their fault. They towed it to Austin Vol-Tech and covered the costs of the repair that was over $700. Very nice. read more
