Had the chance to eat at The Summit and it was quite the experience. The only way to eat here is you either have to be a member or be the guest of a member. There are two restaurants TH1RTYONE Kitchen on the 31st floor and The Penthouse on the 32nd floor. We ate at The Penthouse. For drinks, I enjoyed a hot toddy, which was really good. My partner had a hot tea with honey - he enjoyed it. Mae waited on us and she was absolutely fabulous! For an appetizer, we had the tuna tacos. Those were fabulous. I also ordered the warm spinach salad, which was scrumptious. For dinner, my partner had the duck and I had the ribeye. They were both delicious. My favorite part of my dish was the Brussels sprouts - they were so good! For dessert, we both had a affogato. It was a nice finish to a lovely evening. If you have the opportunity to check this place out, do. Nothing beats the view! read more

First, this is a private social club so to dine you either have to be a member or be a guest of a member. I was a lunch guest recently, and dined on the 32nd floor in the dining room. They also have a more casual cafeteria style lunch buffet in their grill area. The dining room is a nice scenic and appropriate area for a business lunch or an easy paced meal. Delicious sourdough bread was brought out to start. We both had the cheeseburger and fries. Sweet potato fries are also offered. The burger is cooked to order, and it was a good sized patty - maybe 4-5 ounces? The soft bun and accompaniments were fresh and the perfect complement. Fries were served in a catchy "fry basket" and were crisp yet not burned. We both had a piece of Boston cake from their delicious looking dessert cart which featured carrot cake, cheesecake and their signature chocolate pie. The Boston cake was light with a creamy filling separating the airy layers of white cake. A light dusting of powdered sugar adorned the top. The Summit Club is a great Tulsa mainstay - give it a try if invited! read more

While on business in Tulsa we were treated to dinner at The Summit Club in one of their private dining rooms. The restaurant was located in the "penthouse" on the 32nd floor with panoramic views of Tulsa. We were there at sunset and let me tell you the view was spectacular! From Executive Chef Bill Lyle's lambchops to the cherries jubilee, my meal was fabulous. I regret not taking a picture of the cherries jubilee because it was the size of my head! If you get a chance to sample this fare while in Tulsa I highly recommend. read more

This place is something else. As with most Petroleum-esque clubs around the USA, this place is first class. Located on the penthouse (30th story) of the Bank of America Center in downtown Tulsa, The Summit Club features impressive panoramic views of the surrounding area of Tulsa. The furniture, artwork, and woodwork inside the club convey a feeling of being distinguished yet unpretentious -- "classy" if you will. I had the privilege to attend a special dinner here for my company and I was very impressed at the venue. The food prepared for our party of about 100 people was served buffet style. There were a variety of different types of food prepared. I sampled many of the different foods prepared for our party. The food was outstanding -- high quality, served hot (which can often be a challenge for buffets), and the servings never went empty. All of the food, even down to the bread was high quality -- delicious. The dessert spread was unbelievable. Different types of cakes and pies -- AMAZING. The employees here are professional and did a great job ensuring our party members were cared for well. The Club features the main level for formal dining, and an upstairs area with more dining and a bar. The top level features an outdoor patio -- perfect for your after dinner drink and cigar. It's the perfect spot to talk business deals, future plans, and the history of a city steeped in black gold. Although this is a private club, consider yourself lucky should you get the opportunity to attend an event here. Wonderful food and wonderful service! Always a delight to slow down and dine. Table side Caesar salad is delicious. Used to have soufflé every night but that may have changed with the new ovens.
