Checkin experience was smooth despite lack of tap pay. Pictures online are overly processed & don't adequately convey the feel or reality of the accommodations + common areas. The rooms aren't a complete disappointment when factoring in all the modern amenities: robes, slippers, mini bar, Apple TV, views, coffee, in-room dining, mugs, etc. But the lack of traditional features like: a microwave, phone, functional windows, central air, clean carpeting... make the rooms feel like a stiff institution, overdue for a renovation. Mini bar snacks also need better rotation to prevent spoiling/melting. The sleep experience was mediocre & so was the bath; our hand shower leaked but the alcove tub was sufficiently deep for a soak & great for bath bombs. While the snacks weren't all fresh, we received excellent service at the rooftop restaurant. Remi specifically, took excellent care of us in navigating food allergens. The entire food service team was the most professional of any hotel restaurants here in Tulsa. Views & ambience made the dining experience unimaginably spectacular. Although this property is in a great location, safe, well-staffed with equally well-trained employees, & competitively priced -- I wouldn't stay again as it wasn't the staycation we expected. I would recommend this location for the convenience of a pool, spa services, food options, & amazing hospitality; anything but the room essentially. 3.5/5

This is a review for the hotel itself. It is a great boutique hotel. Staff are sweet, we had no issues. The rooms are SUPERIOR!!! I will stay here again anytime. It is a very modern trendy layout. We LOVED it. There are several floorplans available. For my needs, we went with the one king option but there are many different ones. The views are spectacular. The rooms are beautiful. The decor is perfect for me. The floor is concrete which I prefer- I hate allergens and other people's germs. They provide house slippers for the room. In lieu of gross unclean coffee pots you get a kettle and high quality coffee and tea options. Plus there is a craft coffee bar in the lobby. There is also a high quality mini fridge in the room. Srsly the best hotel experience I had have in America. Check out my pics to see what I mean!

Amazing hotel and great location for what I was in town for. My sorority sisters and I stayed here while in town for a conference. The check in process was great, the roof top bar was so nice and the room was amazing. Can't wait to stay here again. It took a while to get the check once we were ready to leave the roof top bar but it was inbetween happy hour and evening service so that may have been the hold up.

The mezza at Soma in the Brut Hotel was $18 and consisted of two hummuses and assorted cheeses. You can pick 3 or 5 of their mezza options, so we said next time we would only do one hummus and get more of a variety next time! It was delicious, a perfect amount of food for a two-person appetizer. The entrees were both really nice. Grant and I both liked the steak frites dish better overall. The pasta was homemade and the noodles themselves were incredible. I wish there were more pasta offerings because that was definitely a highlight! I really liked the dish, but I wouldn't order it every time. I ordered a salmon filet on the side and think, for me, it was necessary to make the fresh pasta into a meal! Steak Frites Prime KC Strip, chimichurri, garlic parmesan frites w/summer salad Fresh Pasta tossed in lemon, garlic, parmesan, asparagus, peas, shiitakes

Likely my first hotel review on Yelp maybe because how unique this hotel is and how much it stands out in my memory of interesting hotel spots. I believe it used to be an apartment complex. Downstairs they have a cool lounge / breakfast or coffee shop area, and outside they have a pool and small lawn games. The rooftop is pretty cool and I didn't get to try the restaurant but I'm sure it was good. Moreover, the room has a lot of nice amenities/features, including complimentary vials of shower gel etc., coffee and those sleeping masks you put over your eyes. Overall recommended place to stay at if you are in Tulsa!

Yum Yum. Give me some. You know this girl likes a nice brunch - we three girlfriends had a fun luncheon brunch and and had cocktails and delicious entrées and then went and sat on the outdoor patio for a good while and chattered even on a crispy fall day. I have also had the opportunity to eat dinner here and it is very delicious and always a beautiful spot sky high in downtown Tulsa with stunning views of downtown and the refinery and the river. Yes, I did say stunning views of the refinery, kind of tongue and cheek, but they're kind of pretty when they're lit up at night or emitting lots of steam during the daytime. Any rate this is a great little establishment and I'm proud it is here in Tulsa! There were quite a few little snags and snafu with our orders and the service is a little bit green but hopefully that will improve what time and also I hope they get drink service outside.

This one, though, missed the mark in a few spots. But first, the good... I'll start with the front desk staff, who were always friendly and greeted me upon each arrival and departure. They even mailed some postcards for me, which was really nice. The hotel is also really conveniently located. It was a short drive to almost everywhere I needed to be. In fact, if the weather hadn't been so chilly I could even have easily walked to most downtown places I visited. Now for the "meh"... My room, located on the 7th floor, had a lovely view. Other than that, it was run down and could have used a refresh. Also, housekeeping never showed up after my first night, even though I was gone most of the day. Not really sure what happened there. They did clean it the next day, though. But back to my room: from a lampshade that looked like it had been sat on to strange brown stains on the wall that had me thinking a lot about those true crime podcasts I used to listen to, not to mention the exposed wires in the wall thermostat, it gave 1-star dive hotel in many ways. The walls were pretty thin, too, and I could smell/hear the folks in the room next to me. Luckily, they put away the joints and the music pretty early in the evening, but it still detracted from the overall experience. Parking was also really weird here. The desk clerk had advised I park at the garage next store, which I did on the first night. Folks, this place was CREEPY with a capital CREEP. I especially advise against parking there if you're a solo female. And while my car was ultimately fine, navigating the enclosed stairwell and abandoned office building lobby with no visible exits just to get out of the place was not my vibe. After night one, I just used the outdoor lot next to the hotel. It was only slightly safer feeling, as it was occupied by some semi-shady characters, but at least there were various options to exit without feeling like I was trapped in an amusement park funhouse. On my last trip to Tulsa, I stayed at the nearby Tulsa Club hotel (also a Hilton property), and if/when I return I'll choose that spot again rather than the Hampton.

The receptionist again opened up the doors for me immediately. From there, you will go to the second floor, where the receptionist desk is to check in. Hotel staff is very friendly and offer recommendations if you ask. Complementary breakfast available. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, English muffins, scones etc. My room was clean, had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room. My stay included Friday, the first Friday of the month is the art walk. There was some loud music playing, but it was not too bad and they did not go past 10 PM. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, BOK, museums, etc. because the hotel is in Downtown, you can expect to see a few homeless people wandering around. You may get asked for money if you were out walking about. I was asked twice as I walked across the street to Sisserou's. During my stay, I also noticed the same homeless person hanging around in the garage. My stay was good. I would recommend the hotel.

We went back to reception and they immediately changed our room. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was smaller, but nice. There was a sign up sheet for access to the pool and you had to request staff to let you into the pool area. A nice employee named Hayley (sp) was there during our stay and she was very helpful. We checked in earlier than we planned to due to arriving in Tulsa earlier than expected from OKC. She was apologetic about not having a cheese plate or fudge ready. I didn't even know these things existed with the room, so apology accepted! Haha. She took us on a tour of the inn and did a great job of both detailing the history/current status and the amenities we had access to. Not too much later, she brought us the aforementioned cheese and fudge. Score! She also took care to note food allergies since they serve breakfast. I have none but my boyfriend is allergic to the Earth, so that's nice. We stayed in the Sage while we were there (Thursday night and Friday night, so two different prices). It's the only room that's not directly inside of the inn, so that was neat. It almost felt like a little cabin! It's attached but the entrance to it is outside while the other rooms are inside. It's a nice simple room. The bed is comfortable but I wouldn't rave about it. The only small downside is that this room doesn't have its own thermostat because it shares one with the Willow, the room it's attached to. Hayley set it for us to a very cool temp since it was hot out. It kept the room very cold. But we were also out adventuring most of the time. If we weren't, then we would just burrow under the blankets in bed. So no big deal, but I'm sure there are more picky people out there. Every morning, breakfast is served in the dining room at 9am. It feels a little awkward almost since the inn is so small and the breakfast is guests only. They're cooking just for you! The first morning, it was only us there. There was fruit, pancakes, and a plate of bacon/sausage/eggs. It was good stuff. Oddly good bacon. Second morning there was fruit, waffles, and breakfast potatoes/fritatas/bacon. The second was definitely the best. My boyfriend hates eggs; they did something to his family, I think. So they double downed on his bacon. Lucky dog. But the fritatas were great, so his loss. Random notes: - The TVs have a lot of channels but the TVs are tiny; maybe that's a hint to spend time with your travel partner. - ^ Speaking of which, the second floor has a drawer of toiletries that includes toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner/soap, deodorant, and *ahem* condoms ~an assortment~. Some other stuff, too. - The gated exit you use during the day is closed at some point in the evening. You'll drive out the entrance and return through the entrance using the code on your room key during later outings.
