Yelp says pets allowed but sign at the check in desk says service animals only, so there's that... Been to many Marriott motels, they all have allowed pets. Our dogs had a very nice stay, they were quiet and respectful.

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed there were several sweet ants crawling on the night stand and on the floor to the entry of the bathroom. We went back to reception and they immediately changed our room. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was smaller, but nice. There was a sign up sheet for access to the pool and you had to request staff to let you into the pool area. They also never kept any towels in the pool so you had to walk to the makeshift lobby dripping wet to request a towel. The construction guys accidentally set off the fire alarm at 8am on Saturday. That's one way to wake up. The breakfast area has been moved in to the small gym space while renovating and there's hardly any room. In addition, they did not keep breakfast well stocked and the toaster broke so options were very slim.

Not my best Hampton inn experience. I stay exclusively at…read moreHilton properties when I travel. And Hampton Inns most of that. They're budget friendly, free breakfast, good rewards program, typically a good room. So let me explain my issues. 1) A/C - the air temp in the room never got below 74f the 2 nights I was there. They have a thermostat on the wall that runs nothing - not unusual. There is the separate unit in the wall and that where the air conditioning comes from. I set it on 70f the 1st night. It never felt real cold and the wall thermostat never got below 74. Having encountered this before, I had my own thermostat in the truck and set it out the next day next to the bed. It showed 75f. It's a big room so I moved it next to the air coming out and it showed 72f. I said something to the front desk and she said they would check it out. Not sure if they did but most likely it's regulated. Not sure why as the unit ran all the time. 2) shower water pressure. Almost non-existent. The bathroom sink had great pressure. The mini bar great. The toilet great. The shower not great. Not even ok. And to get hot water, the pressure decreased even more. So I was prepared for this too. A pr of pliers and removing the shower head revealed a water reducer. Once popped out, great pressure. These two issues are both intentional to save $$. And maybe for the occasional traveler who would overlook these, not me. So this HI is way down on my list next trip to Tulsa. The rest was Hampton Inn usual. Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room.

The water pressure is somewhat weak. The towels are way too worn out. I like new looking white towels... the towels here are dingy looking. Checkin by Leah was excellent and super friendly... she did a fantastic job and offered assistance if I needed anything during my stay, she thanked me for being a Diamond member. Thank you Leah

One, worked to a frazzle man, is bartending, taking food orders, AND delivering those food orders for room service! The Starbucks wasn't ever open at the advertised times. I went to have breakfast in their other restaurant and chose to order off the menu instead of the breakfast buffet, and that was a big mistake. The middle aged Asian man that took my order was sorely lacking in any customer service training. He brought me a room temperature coffee carafe that I sent back, then had to ask him 3 times if my omelette would be coming out soon. 45 minutes later he brings me an over cooked brown omelette and cold hash browns that had obviously sat around for quite a while. I took a couple bites and asked for my check. He couldn't care less. Now my room--the toilet flushing handle was just hanging out of its hole. Very difficult to flush without having to reconnect it each time. Pretty amazing that housekeeping didn't have that fixed. I called the desk to have it fixed and no one ever showed up. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Too dim. My room faced a large empty parking lot area that had loud banging noises every night until 10-10:30PM EVERY night. This Marriott property needs a visit from their headquarters. Marriott should be embarrassed.
