Very nice little café I forget what kind of omelette I had but it was cool I had some coffee as well. That was good. It seems like a Mom and pop restaurant and I had got there when they first opened so service was great. Some of the food here is good but not all of them. Also when doing delivery it would help if they learn to follow directions and not be so absent minded. Lastly be fluent in English or else go back to Korea. I placed an order this morning for breakfast and lunch and delivery driver came without ringing the bell and not hearing the door open. It's been about 10 years or so since I visited Sully Cafe. Glad to see they are still in business! I stopped in for breakfast - ordered their breakfast burrito - you get to select one meat for the burrito - I requested two meats: bacon and sausage. They accommodated my request (understandably there is an uncharge for the extra meat). The burrito came up fairly quickly. The burrito contains the aforementioned bacon and sausage, plus eggs, cheese, salsa, and a few other appropriate odds and ends. Very tasty breakfast burrito! This was my first time coming here and I showed up pretty earlier, around 7am. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on white with steak, a hash brown, steak and cheese with everything and Bacon Cheese Burger Sub. The person behind the counter was extremely nice, and my order only took about 10 minutes. Which I though was ridiculously fast and great since in the morning it was great for a quick grab and go before work. The Breakfast sandwich with steak was good, the eggs were cooked perfectly. I think I would have enjoyed if it was a sausage egg and cheese more, so next time I would get that, but the steak wasn't bad. I wish they had toasted both sides of the sandwich since the bottom was a bit soggy. The Hash brown was also good, and kind of reminded me of the Mcdonald has browns. The Steak and Cheese I thought was fantastic for the price. I am not surprised it has a red sticker on it to denote it was a popular item. The Bacon Cheese Burger Sub was also really good, it kind of reminded me of a chopped cheese if they had chopped the beef patty. The bacon was nice and crispy. Overall, I recommend going here if you want quick service from a diner/deli style establishment. The food definitely feels like a deal no matter what you get, and everything tasted great. What a hidden gem! I tried this place out while I was coming back, early, from fairfax and I promised my bf I would pick up breakfast at 6am. This place popped up on yelp and I was the first customer to come in. I've been back since then too! It's a cute old style looking cafe. They have a LOT of options! You can customize your breakfast sandwiches without huge up-charges at other deli's. They actually know how to cook their potatoes fully and offer Crunchy Crispy Hash browns - which is what everyone looks for! I've customized a sourdough, egg, peperjack, tomato sandwich as well as ordered omelets from them for my coworkers. Everyone has enjoyed this cafe over the one's we normally pop into when we come in early to work. I like that they have different options for drinks. I grab a arizona tea and can pickup energy drinks for my friends here. I think the prices are fair, the food is quick and it's delicious! If I could give any cretique, I would say the place needs a face lift. I will def stop in for breakfast but I don't see any of my coworkers actually going for lunch based on interior of the place. Got my breakfast delivered this morning, which only took about 25 minutes. Not bad at all! I ordered the steak and cheese omelette, biscuits and sausage gravy and a side of cornbeef hash. The omelette was good and not oily at all. It had thin strips of seasoned steak, grilled onions and peppers, mushrooms with cheddar cheese on top. This combo comes with toast and homefries. The homefries needed a bit of salt and pepper, but it was fine because I just put it in ketchup. The biscuit was flaky and had a good crust to it with pieces of sausage and white gravy on it. The cornbeef hash was my favorite, they were plain cornbeef hash with just the cornbeef and potatoes but seasoned well. The language barrier between myself and the owner was difficult. I didn't really understand her, vice versa but somehow we got through it because I got my food! Everything together was only $12 with a good portion of food for each menu item. It was all delicious and well worth it. And a big plus for delivering breakfast! read more

Called in a breakfast order 10 mins before breakfast menu changes over to lunch and was accommodated. Ordered the California omelette and home fries. The food was actually pretty good considering the price. The attitude of the woman who boxed my order and rang me up left a lot to be desired. After I paid for my order she basically "dismissed" me so she could wait on the next customer. I asked for a receipt and while it was the printing the customer behind me left the establishment. This was after starting his breakfast order and waiting for the woman to finish with me. As I crossed him I the parking lot he negatively commented on how rudely the woman spoke to me. His comment was, "you can't talk to people that way, it ridiculous". Being a woman of color I be encounter that type of service several times in my life. It was nice to see that it turned off the next customer so much so that he thought not to patronize the establishment. After telling my husband what happened he stated he had a Missy with the "woman at the counter" when he once purchased breakfast from there. I'm not sure why she is so bitter but in the wake of the pandemic and businesses being forced to close each week, she might want to be nicer to her customers. So I have been working down the street from the Sully Cafe for about 18 months now and never really paid them any attention. One day a co-worker of mine was telling me how great the steak & cheese sandwich she had just eaten was one of the best in the area from the Sully Cafe. The very next day I went there and got one with fries and she was so right. The bread, cheese and meat was SPOT-ON! and the fries was some of the best I've ever had. Sunny (I believe the owner) was so kind, professional and very pleased to have my business. I am always greeted with a smile and kind rapport by her son Eric and the other workers there. I've also had the bulgogi lunch special as well as the teriyaki chicken lunch special and really enjoyed them. The prices are more than fair, the portions are just right, the dining area is spacious and clean along with a very clean bathroom. As long as I work in the Chantilly area, I plan on making this one of my regular spots to eat and my only regret is that I didn't patronize this excellent cafe sooner. We originally were going to eat at Santini's but thought it would be too crowded and so we stopped by the Sully Cafe for lunch based on the high 4.5 star rating. Big mistake. I don't understand the high rating unless the owners or their friends pumped up the reviews, or diners commented who have very low dining standards. My wife and I shared the steak and cheese combo. The sandwich was mediocre, the fries tasted like they had been cooked in month old oil. We only saw one other person in the restaurant and we ate during prime lunch hour. The restaurant had a worn and dirty appearance. I used the men's room and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No toilet paper and the soap dispenser was empty. The other reviews are spot on. There's not a single bad thing about this deli. Being korean, I've been aroundmany delis fall on their face because the owners are stubborn, or too dumb to realize how far customer service goes. Most amazing experience in a deli I 've ever had. The old lady is awesome. She immediately gave me a quick bow and asked if I am new to the area in korea. The old guy who must have been her husband or employee working in the kitchen gave me a nice salute as soon as I pulled up to the parking lot. I immediately felt right at home. The FOOD: Now I know how deli food is supposed to be. its hit or miss. You either love it or you dont. The main thing to try at every deli's first experience for me is the Steak and Cheese.
