Absolutely delicious food! Would definitely come back again. The presentation was lovely. My favourite was the fried chicken wings!

I give this a borderline 4. I've gotten takeout here before and the food was good. However, this time, I ordered the massaman curry and it was excessively sour. I think the chef mistook water for lime juice or something. The cashew chicken was good though as was the mango sticky rice. Price is average, and service is good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of seating, though can get a bit loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was quick and the ambiance was lovely, perfect for a date night or a fun night out with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food however, was kinda mid. Ordered the most basic dishes, the Pad Thai and Pad Gra Prow and they were pretty oily.

I drove an hour to come here, and the service was excellent. She was very accommodating and suggested many dishes to me. The food was excellent, with many great flavors and amazing taste Se

Came here with some colleagues for a team lunch. The place was packed at noon on a Wednesday, so I recommend you make a reservation! I order Khao Soi with beef brisket, mild spice level. As expected, the curry was decadent and clinged on well to the noodles. The crunchy noodles gave the dish a nice contrast. The beef brisket was flavourful, but not quite tender. I couldn't finish the dish, so I bought the leftovers home. I was worried that the noodles would be overly soggy but it held up well. I added a few cooked shrimp to the Khao Soi and voila, I had dinner!

The khao soi is just so good that you should probably get it. The curry mixed w the crunch crispy noodles is just the best. The noodles are also really solid. There were plenty of veggies and meat and spice and basil. Your mouth becomes happy just eating it. We were there on a Friday at lunch and we basically had to flag the server down to order and to pay our bill but other than that, if you want delicious, consistent, solid Thai food, I'd give this place a try.

Sukho Thai was once my go to restaurant in the area, but for various reasons, I haven't been there for a few years until recently. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Wellington location wasn't like how it used to be. Maybe it was because I went an hour before closing, but the chicken nuggets seemed a tad bit undercooked, despite its great crispy exterior, and the pad thai was too high in acidity, and tasted off. The Limeade though was quite refreshing. Nonetheless, the staff here were all friendly, and inviting. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, making it a great place for casual gatherings. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as you do need to go up a flight of stairs upon entering.

I ordered Khao Soi and Mango Margarita. Both of them tastes good. I love the curry. The service is just so so. The lady who serves is not very friendly and didn't help us take the photo.

Good food. You can chose the level of spices you want in your dish, which is convenient. The fried rice and curry were good.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very tasty and authentic Thai food in Toronto in a nice trendy decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Obviously parking is a challenge but if you are in downtown this is a good choice. I did find the portion size a bit on the light side but the food was good.

I usually go to Pai Northern but Pai didn't make reservations and we were tight on time so we picked Sukho Thai which you can make reservations. Ambiance: Modern and traditional Thai decor. Warm and inviting. Service: Amazing service! Our food came hot and fast! Food: Very flavourful, we ordered pad kee mao with shrimp And beef. It should have the thicker noodles usually but this time around they used the pad Thai noodles. Very good and spicy! We also got the garlic chicken nugget as an appetizer it was crispy and juicy with the sweet dipping sauce. I took one star off for the change in noodle and also there's not as much selections as their sister restaurants but the pros are excellent food and you can make reservations. Would definitely come back again.

Best chicken khao soi, very tender and flavorful. But everytime we r here, the portion keeps getting smaller and smaller to a degree we no longer can easily put the crispy noodle in, honestly if u gonna shrink ur portion like that, at least keep ur price steady. The shrimp chips r huge portion tho, dipping it in khao soi is delicious.

I heard great things about this place, so I was very excited to visit here on a Tuesday evening with my boyfriend. We arrived for dinner around 6:30 p.m. and it was already packed! The vibe was fun and lively, and I enjoyed looking at the decorations all around. We were greeted by a young friendly waitress and she seated us in the middle area of the restaurant. She brought us water and gave us a few minutes, so that we could look at the menu (accessible via QR Code on the table). When she came back, we ordered Crispy Spring Rolls (appetizer), ChefNuit's Padthai with chicken (my main dish), Lemongrass Fish (my boyfriend's main dish), and Thai Iced Teas (drinks). While waiting, we revisited the menu and talked about what we will eat if we come back next time (there were lots of tasty-looking items!) A few minutes after, our Thai Iced Teas arrived- and we imagined ourselves in Thailand as we sipped and enjoyed the vibe of the place. We were excited when our main dishes arrived (we were very hungry!). My Pad Thai was delicious- the mix of vegetables, the chicken pieces, and the thick noodles was well-balanced, and it was the right amount of saltiness. My boyfriend said his dish was also delicious- the fish was fried to a deep golden colour and it was crispy without being oily. He also liked that the portion was very generous! Throughout the evening, our waitress came by to check-in on us and refill water. We had a great time and we talked about returning for another visit to try other items. Yummy food, great service, lively vibe, highly recommended!

The tapioca dumplings are unlike anything I've tasted before. They serve it with a side of lettuce, mint and peanuts. I liked the dumplings better without the sides they served! The lettuce and other add ons dim the flavors of the dumplings. So I prefer just eating the dumplings straight on. The Messemen curry was so flavorful and the beef was so tender! I'm a big fan. If you're a fan of Thai curries then you'll definitely like this! The Mango purple sticky rice dessert was also really tasty! It had a tasty coconut sorbet and it all went really well together. Service was good, food came out quickly, vibes were good. No complaints here!

Unfortunately, the day took an unexpected turn when I had to go to the hospital, and for a while I thought I wouldn't make it at all. As a testament to both the kindness of my friends and the exceptional staff at Lao Lao, they were able to accommodate us even though I arrived nearly two hours late on a busy Saturday evening. Originally, our table was only reserved until 8:00 p.m.--the exact time I finally arrived. Thankfully, with the help of our incredible server, Savanna N., everything worked out. Her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help truly made the evening possible. More than anything, I hoped the wait would be worthwhile for my friends, who were visiting for the first time. I'm happy to say they absolutely loved it--especially the outstanding hospitality and customer service. A huge thank you to Savanna and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. As for the food, every dish was delicious. Nothing disappointed. The papaya salad was such a hit that we ordered it twice. The Beef Massaman Curry, Crispy Lao Spiced Chips, Banana Leaf Steamed Fish, and the seasonal Vermicelli Noodle in Chicken Coconut Red Curry were all exceptional. Although it had been about a year since my last visit, I was delighted to see that Lao Lao remains consistently excellent in its food, quality, and service. Bravo!

The food is packed with flavour: rich, aromatic, and properly spicy when you ask for some heat. I was quite impressed with it... probably rate it slightly higher than Pai and Thai Barn Na. Food (4.5/5) - nice menu with lots of variety and overall good food quality. - Khao Neow Gaeng - this is one of their signature dishes and was fantastic! Stir fried pineapple curry with coconut curry sticky rice. What a great mix of items with great flavour, served in a half pineapple. - Khao Soi - a nice flavourful mix with a tasty curry broth. - Moo Tod - fried pork belly served with a lime sauce. This one was just OK imo... bit on the dry side. - Pandam Toast with Coconut Ice Cream - a really tasty dessert with a toasted custard piece and creamy ice cream. Service (4.25/5) - this place gets busy but they are fairly well staffed and keep an eye on the tables to make sure people are moving through quickly. Maybe can appear a bit standoffish for that reason but not rude at all. Atmosphere (4.25/5) - it has two levels for dining and also a small patio out front. Not as elaborate or upscale an interior as Pai but functional. Overall (4.4/5) - A definite repeat to try some of the other dishes. Be aware that it can get very busy so book with reservations.

Inside was quite spacious between tables, and they were playing throwback tracks. We ordered a mango salad to share, which was okay but not my favourite.
